    Best mattress ever! I will never not own the Premier Dream Cloud Hybrid mattress- Cali King Comfortable, customer service is excellent and arrives on time and super easy to set up! This mattress saved us from having to go on our roof during Hurricane Helene as we had 18 inches of water inside and the mattress was on a bed frame that sat 8 inches above the ground. I ordered another one since our previous one got flooded (bottom part was in salt water for 8 hours). Get this mattress. You won’t regret it.

    Overall excellent product. Side wall of mattress is soft but once you are in bed it is so comfortable and you are cradled by the memory foam top, you just fall asleep and wake up very rested. The quality of all items that make up a mattress, frame,headboard and working movable parts are of top grade and well assembled. Overall outstanding product. This item is highly recommended.

    The customer service is terrible. My daughter has been waiting on a mattress from them for 6 days. Fed ex most likely lost the package but Dream Cloud would not help at all. They justy kept saying it's on its way. We asked to replace the mattress but they said that they couldn't until it was found. When asked to cancel the order he said he could but only would get a partial refund for now because they have to trace the mattress to make sure it's lost and he was not sure how long that would take. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he would have to put in a request and would get a call back in 24-28 hours. Crazy!!!

    I love the mattress. I find it soft yet supportive. It’s so comfortable. The sheet set is soft and really keeps me cool. They fit the mattress perfectly. I am going to order more!

    This company is a scam!! Do not purchase anything from them!! They are owned by Ashley Furniture but Ashley acts like they never heard of them!! I ordered a mattress and foundation online. When I looked mat the invoice they had added a "sleep set" which consists of a set of sheets, 2 pillows , mattress cover and pad for $250+. I immediately called them (<10 minutes) and told them I didn't order the "sleep set". They said they would try to cancel it but it might ship anyway. Two hours later I received a call and was informed the mattress was unavailable and would I like to choose a different model. I said I wasn't interested and to cancel order. The next day I get an email that said my mattress would be delivered the following day. I called them again (each time I have to spend 30 minutes or more waiting) and told them the order had been cancelled and do not ship it! Again I was told they would try to cancel it but it may get shipped anyway. They said I can just return it. I was out of town but to my surprise when I returned the mattress had been left in front of one of my garage doors in the snow. It was covered with 4" of snow and the cardboard box it shipped in fell apart when I tried to move it into my garage. I couldn't find a phone number to call but after researching on the internet, I found a number and someone provided a return shipping label (which I had to print out- very inconvenient since my printer wasn't working). FedEx picked it up the next day (before I could print out a label), without checking to see if the return label had been affixed. The FedEx driver took off before I could explain that I had not been able to print a label. Two days later FedEx dropped the mattress off again without speaking to anyone ( this time I was home). I forgot to mention the mattress weighs almost 100#! I called several numbers again and finally got someone to arrange pickup the next day without a return label. There is more but I ran out of characters.

    As someone who is heavy, gets hot during sleep, and sleeps on my side—this mattress hits all the marks. It keeps me cool, I don’t wake up in pain, and it’s so comfy. I’m getting great sleep and I really love it!

    After a month on my new Dream cloud mattress I have noticed physical changes. My back no longer is sore in the morning and I feel refreshed and well rested. I am very happy with my purchase!

    Excellent mattress, mild edge support. The mild edge support, is tolerable for a daybed; As a Senior Citizen, it could be substantially more. It’s a keeper, at least for me; Though future acquisitions, would take edge support into consideration. Thanks.
