    We have been a consistently current customer of ******************** for a year. Friday we received an email saying they would be going out of business and that they would no longer providing services. We have paid up front for 2 1/2 months of service that will not be rendered. I emailed the company they gave me a phone number and its not a working phone number.

    No trash pickup for 3 weeks. Paid through May. Want a refund and cancel my service.

    Residential trash service for weekly trash service pickup They have not picked up trash for last 3 weeks on scheduled Monday's. Company is having issues with truck maintenance, scheduling and other reasons. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Very disappointed customer and requesting a refund for the service they did not provide. Also they were notified this customer has ended the service with them and had to sign up with another provider for this type of service to take care of this where Trash Bandits dropped the ball and didn't follow through.

    I also have their 2, 96 GL toters too.  I have not received any response from them either all communications stopped  with this company to customers. I had to go buy 2 brand new 96 GL toters out of my own pocket for the other company to use going forward where I had to change trash companies.    I will need to know when a refund will be issued for the 3 weeks of pickup They didn't do and when they will pick up their 2 gray toters that is included in my bill that was paid thru 03/01/2025.   Very disappointed in Trash Bandits Thanks

    Hello,

    Trash Bandits never responded to me either.    ************* stopped with all customers in area, they are same scenario as me and didn't come pick up their toters, finish the service that was paid for and left customers hanging for multiple weeks not picking  up scheduled trash and no refund of account. Another of their competitor ****** Trash is getting lots more customers switching to them to handle their service where Trash Bandits did wrong to customers and didn't make it right.   That is very nice of the competitor to do that to help customers.

    We have trash service with Trash Bandits. There are supposed to pick up our trash every Thursday. However they have not been out to pick up the trash for 2 weeks in a row now. We have called multiple times, the voicemail says it is full now, I have tried emailing them directly and they have disabled messages from being sent. We have paid our bill and expect the trash to be picked up. I also think they should be responsible for any extra trash that has piled up over the 2 weeks

    We are completely paid up with Trash Bandits yet we are going on 2 plus weeks of no trash pick up. Missing a week and then doing a double amount pick up the next week is bad enough and feels like a complete rip off. To make it worse they miss a week, say double amount pick up next week, and then dont show up! Our court has our trash and our neighbors trash piled up and now blowing down the street, while other services have made two trash pick *** already to their customers.Terrible.On top of poor service, when you attempted to reach out to the company to inquire about anything they do not take calls, return calls, or respond to email. Complete disregard of customer service. Nothing but regret switching to Trash Bandits.

    Trash bandits in taking money from people and not doing their service. They have not been collecting trash and and only come 2 times a month because they say their trucks keep breaking down. They refuse to refund anyone for time times they have missed. People try to call and cancel their service and they never answer or respond to voicemails.

    I have only had trash pick-up twice out of the five weeks in October. I have contacted the company four times via email. They responded twice- the first response said they would be looking into it. The 2nd reply indicated they would have talk to the tech to see why it was not picked up. The last two emails have went unanswered. I have called and left a phone message that has gone unanswered. The web site is no longer available. Concerned this company is no longer in business. I am paid through December.

    Been a customer to ******************** since **/**/24. started having issues in August of this year. They didnt pick up all of September except for one week tried to reach out. Cant contact them because their website doesnt work. Phone number goes straight to voicemail. Tried calling them to cancel service. Find any sort of refund no response had to switch to a different trash company had to leave a email threatening to contact you guys in order to get a response from the trash bandits. in their email they just gaslight me into saying that my trash wasnt out and that they completed service which is false because the last three of the four weeks I have not received service then at the end of the email they just canceled my account without the offer of a refund

    Company did not pick up trash on Fri Oct 18, 2024. Pick *** not reliable. Always an excuse if we do hear from them. This time no notification. Wont return emails. We just paid for the next 3 mos. At this point we would like a refund & move on to another company we can rely on.

    Trash isnt picked up on a regular basis! Just paid a couple of weeks ago and yet again this week they did not pick up trash! They average every other week not every week like they are suppose to! They dont answer phone! Phone is full when you get their recording! They dont reply to emails either! On their website they had trash wouldnt be picked up on Labor Day due to holiday would be a day later but they did come on Labor Day but my trash wasnt out because I looked on website and read it would not! Did get an email after I emailed complaining about that which they stated website was wrong and that they sent a mass email to customers to notify them which I didnt get and according to Danville chatter on social media a lot of other complaints also didnt know that! Now this and more people in the same boat! If they can not provide service I want my refund! They most certainly emailed about billing! Wished I never paid them! Not reliable now I have trash and have to put back in garage in hopes they will do their pickup this coming Monday but who knows if they will!
