    Absolutely worst customer service. I order a ready ship blanket on June 5th, per their website ready ship items ship in 10 business days. Once the 10 days had passed I emailed their customer service to see about a shipping update with no response. A few days later I sent a message to their instant customer service which is automated and got sent the “read the shipping time” message I HAVE READ IT! I ordered a ready ship item because it was supposed to ship the fastest and I’m trying to finish our sons nursery. I messaged again 2 days ago asking for a shipping update with no response.
    It’s ridiculous that you can’t even answer with a shipping update, I’m not asking for a refund or even mad that it’s taking longer than stated but I am upset that I have reached out several times asking on a time frame and get nothing in return especially when these items are not cheap.
    I never do reviews especially since I work in customer service but since this company refuses to acknowledge that I’ve reached out several times.
    Don’t waist your time ordering from them. I just hope the blanket comes as stated and is a good quality.

    I ordered bedding from DBC back in April, I sent a few messages throughout the couple of months regarding updates. I would receive short and abrupt comments from staff stating it takes 6 weeks and nothing more. I was told June 2, 2023 my order would ship, a tracking number was provided. However,,,, DBC stated it was shipped, but USPS confirmed it was never picked up. I reached out SEVERAL times asking for confirmation on shipment, either no response of short comments skirting around if the order was shipped or not. Until yesterday, after waiting months on my granddaughter bedding- and mind you, my daughter is due anyway,, I receive an email stating the order will be refunded, the shipment NEVER shipped and I was being blocked!!!! Blocked! This company is horrible, HORRIBLE!

    This person became hostile and unreasonable:
    "If my order is not overnighted to me tomorrow, I’m reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and google review will be negative. I have waited MONTHS! And you have not mailed this out!!!!! I want it"

    Order was canceled immediately.

    Please do not order from this company. She is a scammer. Very rude customer service. She does not deserve a star. I told her I was going through Paypal to get my money back and she said I threatened her. ????. Shame on you for treating people like this. They trust you enough to order from you and this is how you treat them. She should be shut down. ????

    DBC Baby Bedding Co is a business, and not one person. This individual waited for shipment of the order and filed a chargeback. Times are hard, but that is stealing. The shipment did get stopped with usps, and order was canceled. Scamming is stealing.

    Absolutely terrible customer service and hateful responses from owner. She makes threats, calls you names, and is outright horrible to paying customers. She claims we are scamming her when asked about shipping and refunds when in reality she seems to be the one scamming customers by giving them the run around on their orders that are completely paid for.

    This person was messaged and told that the order was held from shipment since the cheetah minky didn't deliver last Friday. She was told this less than 10hrs ago, which was Monday. She then went straight to etsy to get a refund. So yes, her made to order item shipped. She waited for it to scan in, then scammed for the money back. We understand times are tough everywhere, but don't try to steal. If you needed the money, just say you need the money versus waiting for it to ship then get a refund direct from etsy. Unfortunately for you, the ship team has put a stop delivery on the shipment so you can not get free bedding too.

    They don't deserve 1 star. The worst customer service and shipping I have ever experienced. Ship date was supposed to be 3/30. After reaching out because my items didn't ship they were so rude and told me it would ship the next week. The next week came and still no ship date. I received tracking information on 4/10 but the package never got dropped of to the PO until 4/18. U received a package on 4/22 with the rail guard and changing pad cover missing with a packing slip stating they would ship separately. No anticipated ship date of the two items or an explanation. I again emailed and sent a chat bc there isn't a phone number to reach them. I got no response for 3 days, but saw they were posting on their facebook page. I submitted a claim with Paypal, and I agreed to return the 3 out of the 4 piece crib set I received for a full refund. I returned the package via priority mail to the address they provided to Paypal costing me $**.** to ship it. Prior to doing so, they sent me a chat saying I can send the items back but the disappointment from the mother will be on my shoulders and called me a thief and a scammer. My daughter was already disappointed weeks before this when the items that she based her whole nursery around were not there and the company was giving no updates or explanation. I still haven't figured out how I could be a scammer or thief when they had the $***.
    I checked the tracking on the package I sent and it was being returned to me as the address was a non deliverable one. I then reached out to Paypal again and they ruled in my favor and told me to keep the items when they return to me and stop all communication with DBC. Within an hour I received an email from DBC with an invoice attached for a 3 piece bedding set and a message saying I have 3 days to ship the package again, pay the invoice, or they would send me to collections. I again reached out to Paypal and they advised me to contact my local police and also the department of internet crimes

    This person received her items, told PayPal it was not as described because the cow minky was not symmetrical. The address on the package is the ship to address.
    , therefore she did not return it nor asked for an address to check what she had put down if she did. So PayPal refunded her and she stole the bedding. Thief. You will have to love with stealing.

    The item being asymmetrical was 1 of my complaints to PayPal. The first and most important was that I didn't receive everything I ordered and no explanation why or an estimate of when I would. After waiting almost 2 months for my order and reaching out the the company via email and chat with no response, I filed a dispute. I think I was more than patient up to that point. My daughter and I even commented on your FB posts and instantly got deleted and blocked.
    The address I mailed the package to was the address Paypal told me to send it to which is the address of your business. I paid to have that package returned to you which I shouldn't have even done that. You should have provided a shipping label, since you are the one that didn't fulfill the order. PayPal sided with me because I am not in the wrong here and I am definitely not a thief. You should really reeavuate how you treat customers and call them scammers and thief's when they actually act on such horrible service. Most of your customers are buying from you for a new baby coming into their family and entrust in you to provide what is advertised. You have caused such unnecessary stress in what was supposed to be a happy time. The scramble to redecorate a nursery in a week is not fun. BE KIND

    And, I provide PayPal with the tracking number and they forwarded it to you. They also called USPS when I saw the tracking said it was being returned to sender. USPS advised that the address was a non deliverable address.....your business address you provided to Paypal and the same address on Google. I can provide tracking here too, to prove this point as well.

    If I could rate them a ZERO I would. Worst customer service ever. I purchased a bed setting, rug and outfit. Original ship date was March 20. A week after that I reach out requesting information bc the track order was not working. They told me that the rug was on back order but it would be in the following week and my items would all be shipped out. I left it at that. 3 weeks after my original ship date I finally get an email my order is being shipped. Received it Friday to ONLY get the bedding, I reach out to customer service asking why my items were not all shipped together when they originally made me wait bc the rug was on back order. Customer service was extremely RUDE saying they told me it was going to ship yesterday (un true bc yesterday was Sunday and they are barely responding to my message request from Saturday asking about my other items) on top of that told me I was “raping customer service” which I haven’t been rude to them at all I’m asking legitimate questions when it comes to my order. They canceled my remaining items without my consent. I’m being induced and needed the gown and rug for my baby’s new born shoot to which now I won’t receive. I don’t recommend anybody to purchase from this company. I had never made a purchase here before and they had explained my account was blocked. Very devastating now I won’t have the items days before my new born photo shoot and to be spoken to rudely by customer service. If I could return the bedding and get a full refund I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Customer service is everything when running a business, these people have no manners, especially in dealing with expecting mothers 39 weeks pregnant and going into labor any day, so I have every right to be upset that my order was not handled and shipped by original dates. I ordered early for this same reason to ensure everything would be in on time, only to be, berated by customer service.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE! Will hold your money for months so you can’t get it back from the bank by keep changing the shipping date. When ask about your order they become extremely rude and mark you as “spam” so you can’t contact them about your order. Very sad the site can’t be shut down for fraud. Pregnancy is supposed to be happy time, how sad they prey on pregnant parents wanting something special for their baby.

    If I could give a zero star I would!!! I ordered 3 items which cost over $100 back at the beginning of February! I completely understand hand seen items take longer but no updates were made on Shopp so I reached out to the company via email, no reply, I then messaged them on social media and got a generic reply to check order status which I did. The order status said my items are would ship out today, again, I checked all day and no change. I reached out again stating I wanted a status update or I would request a refund, no reply but they automatically issued the refund! I have now waited a month for nothing!!! Customer service is everything and if they had simply replied to my message saying they were backed up or whatever, I would have patiently waited but they didn’t… no explanation, no apology, nothing. Seriously the WORST customer service EVER!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Buy with caution!! Worst customer service EVER!! Don't get me wrong the product is super cute, what I received. I place an order and when it shipped they only shipped a few of the items I ordered. When notifying them of the mistake they said I had a packing slip which I didn't, they told me that I received more items than I actually did. I ask them when my other items will ship they told me sometime the following week and here we are on week 2 with no product and no replies from the company. There is no customer service number to call and actually speak to someone. I just want what I paid for so that the baby bed can be fully decorated.

    This purchaser is under investigation for fraudulent purchase.
    This individual was told the production facility was waiting on the minky for the sheet and ruffle blanket. She was told again yesterday for 30 minutes of conversation with the customer service manager.
    She and the other person stating to be the purchaser were flagged in the system as fraudulent.
    She was told the other 2 pieces were scheduled for shipment on Monday.
    Here is the end of the conversation with the fraudulent purchaser as of yesterday.

    "You can go back and look in all the messages in your time.

    The remaining items are scheduled to ship on Monday."

    This order should have been canceled from the beginning. As she and the other person, kept changing the order. This went on for 2 weeks.
    ************************* And was flagged by our fraudulent system as a fraudulent purchase.

    Fraudulent not at all. Mistake on order yes because I wanted the serape skirting instead of the blue. So I ask them to change that they were going to charge me an extra $15. The 2 people were my daughter and I who were just trying to make sure we had the right set ordered. We'll come to find out I ordered the wrong set so I ask if the could switch it to the correct set. Which I didn't think it was that big of a deal. And they fixed it with rudeness and I waited patiently for my order well it was a month to the day that my Oder was placed and I was wanting to know where my order was. They shipped part of it, when I messaged them for my missing items they told me I had a packing slip inside my box which I didn't so I didn't know what they were doing. I emailed them and tried to get a hold of them on Facebook because that is the only communication they use to tell them I was missing items. I purchased the 6 piece bedding set, some burp cloths and a separate blanket. I was missing the separate blanket, the fitted sheet, and the pillow covers. I messaged them telling them what I was missing and they insisted that I wasn't missing what I said I was missing. By no means was I trying to steal from them I am a paying customer and want what I paid for as they would want as well. I looked back through my emails to see where they told me they were waiting on product and never found that email. I would definitely buy with caution from these people.

    I ordered a 6 piece set with a cow print pillow as pictured on their website. I received a turquoise pillow instead. When I contacted the, they told me it wasn't part of my package. I sent them a picture of what it shows I ordered, they were ruse and told me "you can purchase that pillow." So they advertise one item and ship you something else. The pillow that they sent isn't even the same color as the comforter. Very frustrating.
