My trash service through this company has become very infrequent - it is supposed to be picked up weekly on Monday. This is the second week in a row that service has not been rendered. The lack of regular trash pickup is a problem. About three weeks ago, I was able to get someone on the phone to pay my bill. Now I'm unable to connect with anyone and told the operators are busy, call back later.

At some point, it does become a health problem. Plus, they took my payment which covers September/October/November.
I see they have a location in ********* too. However, only one phone number is listed for them as my trash service provider.
Can you advise me what to do?

My trash cart was picked up on 1-20-22. I tried numerous times to call ,
No one answered. I assumed they had closed and hired another service on the same day. I never received another bill. I was current on my payment through 2-1-22. Now they have turned me over to a collection service. I still can't get through on the phone. What can I do? I don't want this on my credit report. Thank you.

I have trash service with Best Value been with them about 2 months. I have had to call several times because my trash was not getting picked up on Thursdays which is my day. They have credited my account 3 times already because they missed a week. This Thursday will be the 4th week they have nit picked up. When I do get ahold of them they just apologize and tell me they don't know when they can pick up. I asked to cancel my service and get refund they said they can pick the trash can up the same day but it can't have trash in it. Which it is full they have nit picked up in 4 weeks. I have been calling them fir 2 days and have not been able to talk to anyone. I don't know what to do from here all I want is my trash picked upBusiness Response

Our trash has not been picked up in a month. We have been trying to contact for weeks but the phone system puts us on hold for 10-20 minutes and then hangs up on us with no answer. We've called a dozen times or more, different days of the week / times of day with the same result
I'm not sure if we owe them a payment but they haven't sent us any notice to that effect and obviously we can't ready them to find out over the phone. We've received credits before for poor service but at this point we just want to cancel service so I can go with someone else, but we can't reach them to do so.Business Response

I was informed a couple of weeks ago that this company is no longer in business and that my dumpsters would be picked up soon. There was no mention of a final bill. The dumpsters have not been picked up yet. It doesn't seem reasonable to introduce a final bill to the equation at this point rather than just getting out of my life, however I won't fuss about paying it if it shows up and appears to be valid charges for services I actually received once upon a time and didn't already pay for, and if at that point the dumpsters have been picked up. I pay for a trash service $** every 3 months of service, and I am supposed to have my trash picked up every Monday. My can is always on curb by Sunday night. However over the course of this last year starting slowly it would not be picked up maybe 1 week per month, called and was told that the truck broke down, okay no problem, then it increased to 2 times per month and now 3 times per month., then I am told driver shortage, then I am told they will come that day and it never happened but when you call back you get a different response. When calling them, Do NOT choose option for SERVICE ISSUES because nobody answers that line but they will answer to take your payments. Again this week my trash can is still sitting full on the curb. I have tried to stick it out with this company during their struggles of no drivers, broken truck and so forth but I am done because it doesn't seem to be getting better only worse. My last paid service fees are over this month and I am switching to a new company.Business Response

Best Value trash service has only fulfilled about one half of the services I have paid for since starting their service yet they continue to collect the full amount of money for the service. As of today, they have missed more than 12 weeks of services that I have paid for, 3 of which are currently consecutive. I do not choose to sign up for services with the company they provided as I have already chosen a different service. A credit to an account that doesn't exist will not give me my money back for services this company failed to provide.
