I have had numerous issues with this company picking up my trash. I have used this company since about 2014. It used to be only an occasional missed week being serviced. In the last 12 months it has gotten worse. I would call the business office and would be promised a "credit" to my account. I honestly never really saw a credit on any bill. Recently, as in 8/2022 I was calling every week since they hadn't picked up. On 9/2/2022 I finally had enough. I called and spoke with Annette and told her that the trash had not been picked up for 3 weeks. She transferred me to a "Supervisor" named David as I wanted to close my account and have their cart picked up. I was informed that it could take up to 30 days for the cart to be picked up but a refund would not be given until the cart was returned. I'm still waiting as they still haven't picked up the trash or cart and it's been an additional 2 weeks since last contacted. I tried again today 9/19/22 I still couldn't get through to find out the status of getting things settled. I'm now paying for 2 different trash services and only getting serviced by one.Business Response

This complaint is regarding Best Value Services ************************************** my residential trash service. I paid my quarterly fee for my trash to be picked up every week. They're supposed to pick up every Tuesday & the day after if there's a holiday, but it would take them up to 2 weeks to pick up after a holiday. My trash has only been picked up 1 time in the month of August. I've canceled service & they will not credit my account until they pick up the trash can. They told me it'd be at least a month or more to pick up the can & they still haven't empty my trash since August 14th 2022. Due to me getting new service I'm short on money having to pay 2 seperate trash companies. This is unacceptable in every way. Thank you kindly,

I retained their services to have trash removal every Thursday morning. They have never been consistent and have not picked up my trash for several weeks. My trash now sits in a huge stinking unhealthy heap in my front yard. It has exceeded the limit of my container and is now a health issue to the community. I can not reach them by phone and they have not contacted me. Repeated failing to pick up our trash but happy to collect our payment. When we call to issue a complaint because the trash wasn't picked up they place you on hold and then hang up on you. My husband and I have called multiple times today (8/29/22) beginning at 8am and still have yet to speak with a representative and it is 4:44pm. Their website does not offer an email or comment option. No way to resolve this issue yet our trash continues to pile up and will soon invite rodents. Unacceptable customer service.Initial Complaint

* I have lived in my house for about a month now and decided To use them as my trash service I paid my $** for three months the first week no trash pick up and I called and complained the second week no trash pick up I called and complained because my neighbors across the street came over to my house telling me that my trash was in their yard because for two weeks my trash had not been picked up finally the third week comes it is not picked up I called again and they added a discount to my account for the next billing cycle they finally pick it up on the third week here we are on the fourth week and still no trash pick up I've called every single day and no one answers the phone or you get a voicemail saying sorry our call Volumes are too high call back later when the business opens at 8 AM is when I called in I hardly ever get through on my first day of calling so I have to call back again on my second day and barely get anybody by 3 o'clock in the afternoon and along with this they always say I'll let the driver know or they'll take down my address and have a The driver come pick it up by the end of the week and it never happened. I do not accept there response because they have only picked my trash up 3 times and here we are again 2 weeks later going on 3 weeks with no trash pick up and no one has informed me that they are no longer pickup up my trash. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever been with. I need all of my money back, not just for missed services.

Back in March, I believe it was, I paid for trash service for the year. In the last 5 weeks Best Value trash service has only came ONCE and that was almost 3 weeks ago. Prior to that they were skipping some weeks and coming on random days but at least they were coming. This week I have called 3 times to have my trash picked up and the lady keeps saying they will here the next day which they have not. My trash is over flowing and my neighbors have also been griping about the eyesore. And because it's so full I've had to start putting trash bags in my hot garage to get it out of the house. I tried calling again today to demand a refund and to cancel service but nobody is answering. I get an automated recording stating that they are experiencing high volume call to try back another time then hangs up. That was after hold for 6 minutes.Business Response

We have had this trash service for almost 2 years. Every month is a gamble on whether they pick up our trash or not. They are supposed to pick our trash every week as per agreement by both parties.
