      These people have been very unprofessional and not helpful and I got in an accident were I almost lost my life. It’s interesting these are Americans I’m speaking to… now my wife and I are in collections and these people do not care. The supervisor screamed at my wife on the phone (what a coward of a guy) knowing he wouldn’t act like that if we were face to face. Looking for some result ASAP!!!

      Took my car in for a repair that was under warranty and dealership diagnosed it within hours.. great, right? Well it was until they (dealership) contacted MPP and they approved for "repair"
      Little did I know they were trying to give me USED/REMANUFACTURED parts.
      Anyway, part and everything arrived.. This whole process took about a month and a half... Only to have received a bad replacement and having to wait another 2 weeks. I called and asked why I had gotten a replacement that was USED and they simply said "well we dont know why the donor vehicle was totaled so we're going to use this part anyway"
      I had to go out of pocket for about $1200 despite having paid the FULL price for a part they were only willing to meet me halfway in. Person handling my claim was clearly annoyed with me even calling, didn't even bother to try and hide it to make my already near 2 months of waiting seem like it mattered to them.
      Later that same call i found out that I had the alternative of getting a brand new part for a price which would have avoided my near 2 month wait time.
      They have no communication and are near impossible to deal with.
      But at the end of the day.. The problem was fixed, with major bumps on the road, however, they stuck it out. Be more transparent and diligent.

      Came to find out after my service visit that you can’t change your oil and filter before the 5000 mile mark. We are heading out of town on a trip through the mountains and I usually change the oil and filter if it’s close which it was, I found that it wasn’t authorized by MPP until it had already been changed. It has been hard to find car dealers in my area that accept MPP service plan, I will have to pay closer attention next time??

      Service for RAV 4 2021 XLE was done at Joe Myers Toyota NW Freeway. My Service Advisor was Kyle Smith. He was really good, did advise me the right things and got my vehicle the most essential service done in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
