Placed an order in March 2024 and still have not received the items or a refund. Sent an initial email which the company responded with shipment issues and it would take longer than expected. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and ANY information, of which I have had no responses. This company needs to refund the hundreds (if not more) of people who are in the same situation as myself!Initial Complaint

I ordered two items in April 2024. It has been 7 months and I have not received my order. I emailed the business and got a blanket response that some items take longer to ship. I emailed again in July and told them I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. The reply was they are having supply issues and that they are not able to cancel my order and to please be patient. I reached out again in September and have received no response.Initial Complaint

That the company collected my money on April 26, 2014 for $87.01 for Order # *****. I still have never received my merchandise. They responded on May 08, 2024 to my email. Placed online order April 24 2024 and paid $37.54. Never received the order . Never received a notice of shipment . I sent Several emails to company inquiring about the order and request for refund . A few emails were never addressed at all - Some were answered with a generic “please wait 6-8 weeks due to supply chain difficulties.” I have requested a refund but the generic letter says that they can not issue a refund if the order has already been shipped but I never received a shipping confirmation email . On April 16, 2024 I placed an order. I received my order confirmation and that three items would ship. Only 2 out of 5 of my items arrived. I emailed them several times about my order and was told they were experiencing some supply issues and the order could take 4-6 weeks. I have not heard back and do not have all of my items. On April 28, 2024 I placed an order through Wrenley & Brynn, receiving a confirmation email shortly thereafter. My credit card was charged for the item. I emailed the company on June 9, 2024 as I had not received the item or even been notified it had shipped. I received a response that they were having supply chain issues. It is now July 31, 2024 and I have heard nothing else, even though I emailed last week and this week asking for a refund.Initial Complaint

Purchased a dress from company on May 6th, 2024 for $37.00. Reached out to company on May 18th and they said longer than usual due to high volume of sales. Reached out again on June 28th, 2024 to inform them I never received item. On July 3rd, they stated some items are taking 6-8 weeks for shipping. At this time I requested a refund. No response. Reached out 7/16/24, 7/19/24, 7/20/24, 7/22/24, 7/23/24, 7/27/24, and 7/30/24. No responses received and no item has never been shipped or received.
