    When placing an online order they pop up and offer a promo code at checkout without informing the customer that utilizing the code makes the sale final and negates the ability to then return the items for a refund. Obviously no one is going to place an order for clothing, sight unseen, if they are aware they will not be allowed to return it should the item not fit. This is what happened to me when purchasing two dresses from this business. Order number ***** was received and tried on the day they were delivered and neither fit. I contacted the company for a refund via two emails and both times was assured that utilizing the proffered promo code at checkout to save $11 meant the sale was final and I was unable to receive a refund of my $62 purchase. Had I been informed that saving $11 would make a $62 purchase a final sale and prevent me from being able to return clothing I was purchasing without knowing if it will fit, I would not have done so. Upon mentioning this on their ******** posts, they blocked me and removed my comment, thereby preventing future customers from being forewarned. This is clearly their routine practice and how they make their money, as all ******** posts older than the amount of time it takes for purchased items to be delivered has an angry face as the predominant reaction, indicating the majority of their customers are unhappy and unable to receive resolution or warn future unsuspecting customers. This business is clearly a scam.

    I ordered a dress from this company and researched plenty of reviews before ordering. On their website and in multiple comments on ********* the company promised returns and exchanges for clothing that did not meet expectations. After receiving the item, it did not fit, so I emailed the company, requesting a return, and did not hear back in four days time. I then took two ******** to comment that I was attempting a return and had not heard back, and the company blocked me from their ********. I have since emailed them again, but I do not anticipate a response. I would hate for this to happen to others, too.
