    I ordered two dresses from Wrenley and Brynn on May 5, 2024. I received an order confirmation email right away. I emailed the company on June 14, 2024 to check the status of my order. I was told they were experiencing some supply chain issues along with being understaffed. I was advised by ******** ** to wait 6-8 weeks from the initial purchase date for my items to be delivered, but have heard nothing and received nothing since this correspondence. When I click on the web address within the email for Wrenley and Brynn, it now goes to a page called Sugar Rose Boutique.

    On April 24, 2024 I placed an order. I received my order confirmation and yet it is July 16, 2024 and I still do not have my order. I emailed them a month after placing the order and was told they were experiencing some supply issues and the order could take 4-6 weeks. I have not heard back and do not have my item.

    I ordered a clothing item. It arrived late and was not of the quality purported to be. It was also ill-fitting. I checked the website for returns and was instructed to email them for further instructions. I tried three times to email them for return instructions and never got a response.

    5/8/24 - I purchased 2 Bexley striped jumpsuits for $63.22, which never came.
    6/2/24 - I sent an email asking about the product and was told by ******* K, that there were some supply chain issues and I could wait I told her at this time, no I'd take credit.
    6/5/24 - followed up with ******* but never heard back
    6/20/24 - followed up again and never heard back
    6/28/24 - sent an email to the general customer support address regarding credit and never heard back

    I placed a dress order in March 2024. The tracking showed that the dress was returned to them but I never received it. I wrote an email 3/20, 3/28, 4/11, 4/29, 5/26 and 5/28. Only twice did they respond saying it was still coming and they were experiencing delays. I don't care about the dress at this point but would like a refund.

    I purchased an outfit on April 29 and over 2 months later I still have not received it. The company doesn’t not respond to emails other than by sending template messages. They stole my money and will not cancel or refund despite multiple requests.

    I placed an order for a jumpsuit back in April, Order #***** and still haven’t received it? They will no longer return my emails. For a few earlier emails they would say it will still ship but coming internationally. Now nothing. I asked for a refund and still nothing

    I purchased a dress online from retailer on April 23, 2024 for $37.00

    The item has yet to be delivered and after reaching out to them I got a canned email saying it may take 4-6 weeks. I have requested a refund but no response. Many comments online suggest this may be a scammer.
