On March 29th, I ordered two dresses, for a total of $68. On April 11th, I received a delivery, which only contained one of the dresses. The email I received from the company stated that both dresses were in the package, which was incorrect. I emailed the company on April 15th, inquiring about the second dress. I received one reply on April 15th, assuring me that the other dress was on the way. I have since emailed them three times (on April 16, April 22 and April 30). They have not responded and have blocked me from their ******** page (which seems to be a common issue from others who have experienced something similar). The one dress that I received was so poor quality (and completely see-through!) and in no way near what was advertised. I feel like I have made several good-faith attempts and they have completely ignored me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a blue and white jumpsuit. They sent me a pair of black shorts. When I reached out to them about exchange and/or refund, I was told their policy of "final sale" on purchases when discount codes are used. Purchased item (dress) on March 19, 2024 - paid $37. ***** ******. Emailed the company on April 1 after receiving item and not finding it to my satisfaction in order to request a refund/instructions on how to return the item. Also submitted a return claim on the company website, to which I also didn't get any response. Emailed again on April 16 and April 19. Submitted a question on the ******** page to ask for shipping instructions, after which the company blocked me from the page. Didn't receive any response to any of my multiple inquiries, and website does not have instructions on how to return the item other than saying the policy is to initiate a return within 30 days and buyer has to cover the shipping costs (no address for where to send it). I ordered 3 dresses . They said go by size chart. I did and they all were too small. I thought I could return them but I couldn’t since I used a discount code. I contacted the company asking for a refund. The response was they could not start the return/refund process because I used a discount code. I replied asking what does a discount code do to an order to make it ineligible for a refund. No response.Initial Complaint

Order placed 3-10-24 for the amount of $63.65. I ordered two dresses and had to get customer service to even give me a tracking number. They were very helpful until I received the dresses that were not as shown and not to the standard that was described. They came directly from China, in Chinese packaging. I emailed customer service about the quality and was told it would be passed along. They will then block you on social media so that you can’t see or comment on their business practices or the quality of the product they sell. I purchased three dresses from their website on March 19, 2024. I received 1 of the dresses. Under the ******** ad, in the comments sections, they said folks should receive their products by Easter. Their website does say most of their items ship from overseas and can take 2-3 weeks. I emailed them asking about the other two dresses on 03/31/24 and again on 04/09/24 and they give the same standard message of it's coming from overseas and can take a while and I will receive a shipping email when it ships. I have not received any emails that my other dresses have shipped. They said " We have no way of recalling the package(s), but I'd be happy to assist with a return request if that's still how you'd like to proceed AFTER the order has been delivered." Well, it hasn't been delivered and I don't know if it ever will. Tomorrow marks 4 weeks. I didn't use a credit card and they don't do paypal so I have no way to dispute the charge. I tried to warn other's on their ******** page, but they completely blocked me.Initial Complaint

Saw an ad for beautiful dresses from a USA boutique on F*******. I emailed them to see how long shipping was. I was told 3-5 days and my order should arrive in time for my event. I placed my order and it took over a week to receive tracking. When I did get tracking it was coming from china and wasn’t even through customs yet. I emailed them to let them know I needed to return the dress because even though I ordered a size up and it fit, it didn’t come as described and the dress is open in the front all the way to my breasts. The dress is in no way wearable and made from cheap, see through material. I requested to start a refund and was told that I didn’t qualify due to a 15% off code being added to my order automatically without my knowledge and made it a final sale no matter the reason for return. They stopped responding when I told them I wanted a refund and I have no clue about the promotional code. I commented on their f******* page but they deleted it and blocked me on their page. I read a post of 100’s of people have the same issue. They scam people by getting them to think it’s American made and at a cheap price then send Chinese product and give the discount then states it can’t be returned and won’t respond to anyone after this happens. *update* I did just send an email threatening to start a lawsuit with people and they automatically refunded my money in 7 minutes of receiving the email from me.
