3 starsHad ac inspection done. Tech was fantastic. Was told Furnace needed repairs. No price quoted or items to be repaired. Tech wanted to know only how much we could afford. Felt pressured into committing. Supervisor was called and again was being pressured. Did not commit. Not very professional to not discuss repairs, prices, terms of financing. Will seek second opinion as scare tactics to upset my disabled wife over this is unprofessional and will not do business with. Regardless of high reviews, nothing but second rate in my book if you have to pushy and pressure b.s. tactics.Review fromJames B

Every time they show up my ac stops working. Now they do not show up for appointments.

I watched the tech switch some wires, he also pulled a red jumper wire out and told me that I was going to have to replace the fan
I haven't been having any problems with ac nore did we have any problems with the furnace last winter. I had another company come out for 2nd opinion they switched the wires back and said that was weird but all looks goodLBA Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing, Inc.

The service tech hit a snag in his trouble shooting, and called in a more experienced team member. A good learning experience. Also a good example of the mentorship element that is part of the company’s DNA.

We had an excessive condensation issue in our basement on the duct work and were very concerned. We called LBA and they came out on Monday. Tyler spent nearly 3 hours inspecting and talking with us regarding the issue at hand and options that would correct our problem. It had been an excessively hot, the air conditioning system was working overtime and with a couple of minor adjustments our issue was resolved. Tyler was pleasant and professional!
