I just received a phone call from their office informing me that there were filters that needed to be replaced every six months, this is the first we have heard of this..
the cost of filters total over 300.00 plus a service fee. The sales pitch was the filter had to be replaced every five years. We feel like we were mislead. I can buy a lot of bottled water for 300.00. I should of gone with my gut and not bought from them. The young man that came to our home to do our water test was very condescending and treated us like we were stupid.Moore Water & Air

We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised in this complaint. The reverse osmosis filters do have a life expectancy of six months to a year depending on water quality. Typically, we do see these lasting closer to a year. Our records do show that your system was installed in 1/11/2024 so it seems that your filters have made it to that year mark. We apologize if there is any confusion with the expected maintenance of the system. We appreciate your business and will be having the sales manager reach out to you to follow up on any other concerns you may have.Review fromRuth B

This company acts like they do nothing wrong. Their sales person lies just to make a sale. Their pitch is you save money. Actually if I could go back to my brita sink filter I would. It was cheaper. And water tasted better. There pitch is they give y a deal on soap to save with. Their soap is horrible. Then they tried to push air filter. Needless to say when all done it cost 9000. The same system you can buy from lowes and home depot for 3000. Don't fall for them .They hook you up with PCI who steals your money. I pay 121 a month and only 30. Goes on principle the rest goes to interest. Oh and they don't ask you if you want to be dragged through a credit check they took my score of 697 and dropped me down to 620 with there constant credit hits. So my advice stay away from Moores Water And airfilter company.Moore Water & Air

Dear Mrs. B****,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We sincerely value your business and strive to provide exceptional customer service. Your recent complaint came as a surprise, as we believed we had resolved all of your concerns and that you were satisfied with the resolutions. However, we want to take this opportunity to revisit the matter and ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
Here is a summary of the steps we’ve taken to resolve your concerns:
Defective Product Replacement:
When your initial unit had a defect, we replaced it with a brand-new unit, even though our warranty only required us to repair it. Additionally, we covered the cost of the higher water bill caused by the defect to minimize the inconvenience to you.
Air Purifier Return:
At your request, we accepted the return of the air purifier and issued a full refund. While this was beyond our standard policy, we wanted to ensure your satisfaction.
Free Service Call for Water Odor:
When you reported a bad smell in your water, we sent a technician to your home at no charge. Upon inspection, we found bacteria in the drains causing the odor when water ran through them. As a courtesy, we treated all your drains with bleach to resolve the issue.
Soap Replacement:
When you expressed dissatisfaction with the soap products, we replaced them with alternatives that better suited your preferences, again going above and beyond to ensure you were satisfied.
System Value:
Our systems are not standard units available at retail stores. As the exclusive dealer for Home Depot, our products feature proprietary designs with 32 patents, enhanced filtration technology, reduced salt usage, and a lifetime warranty on filters. These unique benefits differentiate them significantly from lower-cost alternatives. We strive to ensure these features, and their value are clearly communicated during the sales process.
Financing Terms:
We partner with third-party financing providers to offer flexible payment options for our customers. While we do not control the interest rates set by these providers, the rate you received was a promotional rate lower than our standard terms. It’s also worth noting that customers have the option to pay off financing early without prepayment penalties, which can significantly reduce total interest costs.
Credit Impact:
Credit checks are a standard part of any financing application, but we regret any unexpected impact on your credit score. We aim to ensure every customer fully understands the financing process before proceeding, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear to you.
Throughout this process, we have made every effort to address your concerns promptly and have gone above and beyond our standard policies to ensure your satisfaction. If there are still unresolved matters or further steps you’d like us to take, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter, and we remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction.Review fromBilly H

I will make it short and to the point and with there was an option for less than one star:
"DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU ARE TOLD"
1- We were not sold the type of system we thought we were getting (Smooth Talkin Salesman)
2- We were charged $12,000 for the same system someone else was sold a week prior for $8,000 (Confirmed).
3- Within 16 hours, I let them know I was not happy with what they installed, and I wanted it removed. I asked to have my old system put back as per the contract.
4- Old water softener was destroyed, and we were out the money for a replacement when they took their system out.
5- After they removed their system, out ceiling in the basement was damaged ($1,000), our cabinets in kitchen had hole from drilling and they drilled through my tile behind the refrigerator to install the water line. All cost falls on homeowner.
6- Never spoke with the regional sales manager after several calls. He did finally called after I was already standing in their office. The message he left on my phone was downright condescending. Local sales manager was good to work with at first, but turned sour on the day of the uninstall and made things much more uncomfortable than necessary. After hours, and I mean hours, of going back and forth, they completed the uninstall which could have been done in less than an hour.
7- I was floored when the sales manager actually asked us not to give them a negative review, because they took care of me (Wow)
8- I bought a Rheam System for $1000 Installed (Same water test as their system)
9- Bought a Waterdrop system for $800 Installed (Same Quality Water)
The gift card, knife set and sockets are not worth it.Moore Water & Air

Dear BBB and Mr./Mrs. B*****,
We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised in this complaint. While we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, we believe this situation has been misrepresented and requires clarification.
1.Type of System Sold: The system sold to the B*****s was exactly as described during the consultation. At no point was there any misinformation or deviation from the agreed-upon system specifications. The customer signed a contract detailing the system features and pricing.
2.Pricing Complaint: We cannot confirm the alleged pricing discrepancy. System prices may vary based on promotions, configurations, or additional services requested by customers, which we were transparent about at the time of sale.
3.Request for Removal: The B*****s informed us they were unhappy with the system within 16 hours of installation. While we regret that the system did not meet their expectations, it was professionally installed as per their request and contract. When asked to remove the system, we promptly scheduled an uninstall and complied with their request by 11/13.
4.Old Equipment: The B*****s explicitly authorized us to dispose of their old, non-functional water softener. We followed their instructions, discarding the system as requested. After their cancellation, they demanded its return, but it had already been damaged during disposal, per their original directive.
5.Property Damage: We were not made aware of any alleged property damage (ceiling, cabinets, tile) during or immediately following the uninstall. Any claims regarding damage were not reported through the proper channels or substantiated.
6.Efforts to Address Review Concerns: During the uninstall process, the customer repeatedly expressed their intent to leave negative reviews. To address their dissatisfaction and show good faith, we left a key part of the installation—a new water line to their refrigerator—at no additional charge. This water line took over 4 hours of labor to install and would typically cost $800 or more. We hoped this gesture would demonstrate our commitment to resolving their concerns and encourage them to provide balanced feedback.
7.Communication: While we strive to provide prompt communication, there may have been minor delays over the weekend. By Monday morning, we were fully engaged in addressing the B*****s’ concerns and completed the uninstall despite logistical challenges.
8.Customer Request for No Review: A member of our team asked for balanced feedback to reflect our efforts in resolving the situation, not to stifle criticism.
9.Post-Resolution Purchases: While the B*****s opted for alternative systems, we cannot comment on their satisfaction with other providers.
In conclusion, we acted in good faith, adhered to the terms of the contract, and went above and beyond to resolve the situation amicably. The decision to leave the new water line at no cost exemplifies our willingness to accommodate the customer despite their cancellation. We regret that this experience fell short of the B*****s’ expectations despite our best efforts to assist them.
We thank you for your understanding.Review fromEric B

5 starsMe and my wife had a guy come in and give us the presentation. He was great to have. He was knowledgeable, well spoken, witty, and wasn't pushy. Which was a huge thing for me and the wife. Answered all the questions we had quickly and it was an all around wonderful experience.
The installation was incredible. When the Tech showed up, he was polite and showed up within the time frame we had set up. After showing him where we wanted the unit, he had it set up and ready to go in a matter of hours. He worked fast and actually surprisingly quiet. After installing the unit, he gave me a quick but detailed explanation of the system and how it works. Again, another wonderful experience.Review fromIvan F

Had filters replaced roday. I was quoted a price over the phone and they final bill was $150 more due to additional labor time. I think that if I am quoted a price to do a job, the cost of that job should be what I was told. Very unhappy, was not prepared for this.Moore Water & Air

1 starDO NOT RECOMMEND!
We were sold a water filtration system that was told it removes “rotten egg smell “ from my well water. From the time the system was installed the smell did not disappeared.Had several tech in a span of four months over the house and had the same results. A supervisor was later send and he suggested for the anode rod in MY water heater be replaced, which I did.
I also by passed the system to do a comparison test. Results, NO more smell !
Now , what am I supposed to do with this expensive system that was told it would work for my situation?
Calls to the Head Office and a visit to the Tulsa office got me the same answer “ will have a manager call you tomorrow “ eight months later and still waiting for a call back.

I had signed up for a free home water test at ******* I was shopping when I was approached by an employee who told me I would receive a $20.00 gift card for signing up. I was scheduled for 2 days after signing up. On the morning of the visit I began researching the business and as I figured, I would not be able to afford the product. Adam called me to confirm my appointment about 45 minutes prior. I told him at that time I was going to cancel and I explained to him my reasons. Adam was very understanding and canceled my appointment. I was expecting a high pressure sales pitch, but that did not happen. There is nothing worse than high pressure sales! I can't vouch for their products, but the person I spoke with was very kind and professional.Moore Water & Air

They have not returned calls when they say they will. Since the equipment was installed last spring, it hasn't been functioning 100%. What I paid $10,000 dollars for. Every time a service tech comes out, they're never on time, the don't fix the problem and I take time from my work for this. My credit score took a hit for this. I haven't missed a payment. But this equipment hasn't been right since they put it in.Moore Water & Air

Worst choice of companies ever! Got the system installed in 2023 and ever since we have had issues with the drainage and installation. Multiple complaints and multiple revisits to come out and fix. Then my roof caves in on my head because of the bad installation and they give me the 12 month warranty garbage. The line was ripped after only 14 months of use. There is no wayvthat is regular damage over time. Their own guy, Chad N******, told me he would have done the installation differently because it was bad and they constantly told me the guy who did the install was fired. 20k worth of damage to a 100% disabled veterans home that had a brand new baby 10 days old from the NICU less than 12 hours from getting home. Chad N****** came to my home and aggressively tried to bully me into doing what they wanted and called me a liar about how things have occured. I have never before been treated so badly by a company in my life. Don't trust them, if anything goes wrong they will deny and try and sweeping any issues under the rug.Moore Water & Air

Dear Mr. C***, we understand your frustration as we do realize this was a sensitive time for your family. Moore Water Treatment did send out the service manager to assess the situation on 08/14/2024 at which time he found that there was a rip in your water line. The installation of your equipment was on 06/12/2023 there have been no issues with this line since installation. The service warranty is within the first year of installation Moore Water Treatment will cover any installation errors. The service manager's inspection did find that this does not fall under the service warranty which he notified you of. However, Moore Water Treatment did not receive any written bids to repair damage to ceiling, if you have any further questions, please contact our office manager Kaylee and 316-265-6111.
