      Had an issue with my whole home softener/purifier. I called Moore for them to look at the unit. Ben came out to troubleshoot the unit and determined the unit was faulty. Then Jake was out today to replace the unit. He was able to replace our RO filters under the sink as well. So our home is back to tip top on water quality. The whole home unit was covered under warranty and there was no charge for the replacement of the unit.

      Just received our new Moore water and air products. Mike our salesman was very delightful to work with and did a wonderful demonstration. Billy was our installer and just put our system in yesterday so have not had time to enjoy our new water yet but our installation went very smooth and was done expertly. Can’t express enough how easy the whole process was from beginning to end. Everything was done as promised and at the time promised. Thank You

      If I could give zero stars I would! This is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!!
      I just moved to this state and was signed up for the water test from Home Depot when I had to purchase a new washing machine. The guy had a great sales pitch but I was reluctant to purchase b/c I do not like soft water. However he told me how not only do I get a $500 gift card from Home Depot for purchasing during the week of the 4th of July, but also that I would get 8000 points every month for 4 years on the gohealthy360 website to use towards detergents, soaps, and cleaners. How that alone pays for itself because I wouldn't have to buy laundry detergents, soaps, cleaners etc. He even did a monthly budget with me to add up how much I spend currently vs how much I would save based on that alone!! It was the biggest part of his sales pitch for me how the program pays for itself and he said it several times during the visit so I KNOW I didn't misunderstand. I am a widow and single mother of 4 and had my mother in law staying with me, so I budget every penny and am very careful how I spend so I KNOW that I did not just pull this out of thin air! I'm sure it will get construed as I was confused, but I know that is not the case!! I literally gave all my products away to other people to get them turned on to this program believing my points to renew thinking no big deal, I will order more for myself next month only to find out that that wasn't the case!?!?! I still haven't received the gift card either and it's been several months. I feel like I have been lied to with the entire thing and wish I would have never agreed to this sales pitch! This should be illegal! Now I will tell everyone I know to NEVER buy from this company you CANNOT TRUST THEM! The entire sales pitch was lies! I am extremely disappointed.

Your system is designed to use less salt than other systems a typical family of four to five will go through three to five fifty-pound bags of salt each year depending on water usage. The soap package you received is designed to last up to five years also depending on usage for a family of four to five.       We've had our system for 6 months and have experienced a some issues. However, Moore Water has always sent people out to our home and stood by their product. Chad serviced our unit today. He quickly identified the problem and got our RO system working again. Thank you!

      Been using Moore since we bought our home 4 years ago. The filter works great, only way to get the best tasting water as far as I'm concerned. Every technician who comes out to replace the filters has been quick and friendly, never tried to upsell us. Great company, great water.
