      This company has been so amazing. Zaid was the best salesman and explained everything to me very clearly. MJ my tech who installed my equipment was also so great! He even helped me with my with my refrigerator water pressure. I am looking forward to using he free cleaning products provided as.

      “Won” a free water test while at Home Depot Moore water came out did the water test; salesman made a lot of promises. Took a while for them to come install we are dual military and trusted them this is the first house we have ever bought wanted to make quality improvements. This turned out to be the biggest scam ever! We would never recommend to anyone who doesn’t just want to waste money. We aren’t really home to begin with but when we are no difference in water quality the worst part is their shady practices with the payments 1 &1/2year to date we check on the payments and how much we had left because we determined it wasn’t worth moving with since it did nothing to benefit us other than having holes drilled and not being able to access our water heater. $121 monthly doesn’t sound horrible until you look closer $47 to principal $77 to interest that is $622.30 to principal and 1679.17 to interest after all this time. What an absolute nightmare! This has been the worst experience, we want to be out of this contract ASAP we would never recommend to any military families or anyone else this is just a pit for your money to go into.

      Was offered a Free water test that was scheduled for 9am today and I get a call a few minutes after 9am saying that they didn’t want to come because my system is 2 years old. I just moved here to Kansas and have never had these systems and the employee at Lowes assured me they would come to educate me on the products and try to upsell me which I was considering to upgrade. My mother is in the process of buying a house here and will need a machine. We will definitely not use this company for our water filter and system needs. They care about the sell only, not the customer.

      The salesman made lots of promises that were false. He told us how we would get free house supplies each month through this special program. The points you get each month don’t even cover the ridiculous shipping. The salesman told us it would be super easy to install the water softener and even went with us to look where it would go to “make sure” our house was compatible. Fast forward to the technicians coming out to install. It was not an easy install at all. I know have a cramped utility closet where I can’t even access my water heater. The cut so many holes in my ceiling and did no patching at all. I have screwed on drywall pieces that are jagged and look awful. The WiFi app doesn’t even work either. The water felt soft for maybe 2 months before it went back to normal. We were never told the total amount financed and instead just an idea of a monthly payment and told “most people have it paid off in 3 years”. We were charged over 9k and will definitely not have it paid off anywhere near 3 years. Awful service. Awful product. A bunch of talk with no follow through.

      I have used water softeners my whole life, but this one is different. Yes, the water is soft, but it is also chlorine-free. My old Culligan softener used over 50 pounds of salt a month, whereas this system only goes through 50 pounds every 3-4 months. The reduced salt usage and the convenience of not having to add it all the time are worth it to me.
      This system comes with a lifetime warranty and Wi-Fi with leak detection. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. This system may not be the cheapest, but it is the best!

      Fading came out to our place this afternoon to do his presentation. He was here about an hrs n a half, maybe more. Very personable young man. Did a great job on selling us.       This companies sales tactics are not my favorite, but I understand why they do it. I signed my wife and I up for a Home Depot raffle and they let us know we “won” a free water test and a knife set. The sales rep came over and gave us his presentation. The demonstration was a little under two hours long, but I actually didn’t mind. It was quite informative and entertaining (really shows how nasty city water is!) The thing I did not appreciate was being pressured to buy the product with a special “one time only” deal. This type of sales tactic is predatory and we totally fell for it.
      The reason I am leaving a positive review is that the cancellation process is free and did not require any hassle. I appreciated the ease I had canceling the installation.
      From what I can tell, this seems to be a good company that is genuinely passionate about the product. My only gripe is the predatory “must buy now” sales tactic.
      If you are thinking about having a guy come do the water test, do it! It’s quite fun and, at least in our case, the sales rep was a joy; however, don’t let them pressure you into a loan for a product you haven’t had the opportunity to research and price compare. The installation fee, tax, etc is worth the cost for piece of mind that you bought a good product that you can afford.
      Would consider this product when our financial situation is more comfortable.

      We ordered a fridge through Home Depot and was told that it came with a free water testing service to come out and inspect our water quality. We scheduled the appointment and the day of they called us to confirm. They couldn’t reach me as I was at work so they called my fiance and told her she would have to be there as well as me so she canceled her appointment for that afternoon for something else and returned home. When I called them an hour later they asked if we were even interested in upgrading our water service and I said it was a possibility but we aren’t certain about anything. I was then told that they were cancelling our appointment because a representative called in sick. This was one hour before our appointment in which I had left work early to go home for. On top of this they lied to us as well. Do not use this company unless you want untrustworthy service and unprofessionalism.
