After waiting weeks and not receiving $200 worth of gift cards, I called to see if there was an issue. Ashley, was rude, insisted I received them by email, (1 was never sent to me), I told her I always got them by mail and want them by mail. I feel it's tacky to hand someone a gift card that is a piece of paper, she kept referring to "tacky" and that I should check my spam folder. When I checked my order, it said shipping to my address and charged me a $2.00 fee on each one for "shipping insurance". Her solution was someone would have to call me back because she can't help me on a Saturday. I never had an issue before, all my gift cards were always mailed as well as emailed.
I guess it's okay to be on hold for 16 minutes and have your customer service person Ashley, give you an attitude and not resolve your issue.

Susan, thank you for reaching out regarding your recent order purchase with us. We greatly apologize for how you were treated on the phone. This past year we have resorted to emailing the gift cards which seemed to get to the customer much faster than the post office. The shipping insurance is optional on the website. It is usually to secure the package incase it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit. We still can send the gift cards in the mail if the customer pleases. Unfortunately we do not have a Ashley who works for us but I have conversed with my team to ensure we can provide the best customer service moving forward!Review fromMike M

Simple, one of the best places to deal with. If you deal with online like I do, then KY is the place that makes things easy. They have always ship fast, play no games, customer service is always on it, and they do what they say. You will find the prices a little higher but what you get is what price they show when it's out of stock it will be that or lower. NEVER do they raise it!
I deal with a few different companies when it comes to my firearms and KY has always been one the first places, I try to buy from first. A+KYGUNCO/ Kentucky Gun Co.

I have ordered several firearms online from KY Gun Co. Also clothing, ammunition, and shooting accessories too......and they are amazing from their prices, shipping speed, products, and everything in between!!
If I am looking for new firearm this is the 1st place I look or if I see one advertised elsewhere and want to see if the deal they have is that good I always reference it by checking KY Gun Company too.
I highly recommend KY Gun Co. and is the first place I tell anyone at work or elsewhere to look or ask me where I get my firearms etc....

Company is posting inaccurate listing for firearms Radical RF-15. When contacting they are very dismissive and provided 0 assistance, the rep knew the issue I was calling in for before I even said anything and instead of making matters better his only help was (keep it or send it back )

Please know, the information we display on our website comes directly from the manufacturer along with the image of the firearm. We have corrected our ad since receiving the information from Radical Firearms that the newest models made after 2020 did not come with ambi-safety’s.
