      Today, April the 13th I was trying to complete an application online to take out a personal loan from this company. When I attempted to do it online my account would not pull up so I called in. I spoke to a rude person on the phone, I thought that she was attempting to assist me with my online application by asking me for my social. I gave her my Social Security number, and then she started asking me a whole bunch of questions. I interrupted and asked her what she was doing and she said she was completing an application. I did not give her any verbal permission to complete any application on me and only was trying to do it myself online. And she continue asking me questions. She was very rude. When I told her that I didn’t own a car she asked me how do I get to work which is none of her business especially when I’m applying for a loan. She then said that they needed collateral when I was applying for the loan. Had she explained everything to me before just putting in my information to apply for a loan, then I would have known that I possibly might not qualify for the loan if I had to provide collateral this company is very rude. When I called back to get the corporate number they refused to give me corporate number, and then said that the person from corporate was in the office prior to that when I call to get the number for corporate to make a complaint, the lady on the other line mocked me and laughed and said, do you want to make a complaint as if I said complaint wrong they are very rude. If I would’ve come up there and face to face after she mocked me and caused a scene then I would’ve been the hostile individual. I hope no one takes out any loans from this company, but they probably are because the economy is going down what I want done is for people to know that they are very rude. The Eagles located in ************* ****, and that they will process an application without even giving you any information or you given them permission to process the application. I only was calling in for IT help. I did not complete the application and asked that she erased my information before she hung up on me.

      We regret that *** ******* had a difficult time in trying to obtain technical help when trying to apply for a loan.  We do have an on-line application for the convenience of applicants but our loan process is not completely electronic.  We speak to the customer to gather additional information and close all loans in our branch offices.  *** ******* is welcome to visit our website at eagle.com and call one of our other branch offices if she is still interested in applying for a loan.  We apologize for any issues *** ******* may have had and welcome her to apply at one of our other branches.

      This company has been taking over 350 dollars out of my checks for months now. Every time I call to see when this will be paid off they blow me off, put me on hold and never gets back on the phone. Yes I got a 1,000 dollar loan, yes I deserve to pay it back. But with me being a single parent of 2 child now days is very rough with over 350 coming out of my checks. I was barely making ends meat and now there is days I feed the kids and I go to bed without dinner. My goodness when is the payments going to stop? All my bills is starting to pile up and my cabinets does not have hardly anything left in them! And no I do not qualify for help from the state bc of my wages. We was doing just fine until they started taking 700 a month out of my check! To top it off they deny calling my employer giving her information about my loan and case. Which I can provide proof of this due to where I work every phone call that comes in is recorded.

      **** keeps sending me money and then I have to send money back to him and then he said that the 8,000 dollars would be there the next day but never came in cause now my bank account is saying -956.56 dollars in my account and I need the car by Monday and I need it for work

      I had a loan with this company. I suffered from a life changing illness and was unable to repay. I am now being harassed and threatened with letters and phone calls asking me to pay over 4 times my original loan amount. After financial hardship I don’t mind paying what I owe but they are robbing people and not allowing options to make it possible

      All my accounts are closed and paid off. These accounts need to be removed from my credit report immediately. I have been trying to contact them but all my efforts have gone unsuccessful. All I am wanting is for these accounts to be removed or legal action against them will be taken. I am trying to get help in regards to the matter at hand before it has to go that far. They are reported on my credit as closed and paid, so they need 2 be removed. They no longer need to be on my credit report.

      Hello, I had a loan through this company. They are by far the worst company to go through. I have insurance on this laon stating if I get sick and off work this covers this. I filled the paper work for them due to being off work for almost 8 weeks from covid and a stroke 2 days after getting covid. Well they did not file the paper work, plus now they are calling my employer telling them I did not turn in my income which I do not need to do that. I had the loan before I started working here. She also told my boss she was pressing charges on me and informed my boss she was going to come into my work! When my boss informed this lady all this is handled with HR and not her the lady refused to let my boss give her HR phone number. The lady stated that she would be in soon to talk to me! So since when is it OK for a company to give my private information out or threaten me? What happened to the privacy act?

      The original loan was for $1500 and that was almost paid off before I added a new loan for $1000 which took my new balance to $1100. They are trying to say I owe more then that and are refusing to provide the necessary paperwork showing my actual loan agreement. I have reached out numerous times to get paperwork regarding my real balance but all they will send me are settlement letters and I refuse to pay until I have the proper paperwork in hand that they are refusing to send. I want them to fix this account or remove it from my credit report.

      Eagle financial has been renewing an old loan that is over 7 yrs old, closed and has been charged off. They keep renewing it so they can keep applying to my credit report and I know once it is outside 7yrs it can only be reapplied once the debit is sold and it hasn't been. It shows as closed but they just reopened it and applied it to my credit. That is against the law and they need to remove it all immediately or I will be forced to take legal action against them.

      A MONTH AGO I USED MY EX DEBIT CARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT. LAST TUESDAY I CALL WITH MY CARD MADE A REGULAR PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE TOLD THEM ID CALL IN TWO WEEKS TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT. EX CALLED ME ON3 DAYS LATER SAID EAGLE TOOK OUT TWO TRANSACTIONS ON HIS CARD AND WHEN HE CALLED AND ASKED WHY BC HE DOSNT HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM THEY TOLD HIM IT WAS PROBABLY FAUD TO CALL THE COPS. I CALLED AND THEY SAID WE SEEN WHERE YOU USED THAT CARD A FEW MONTHS BACK SO WE JUST RAN IT. I EXPLAINED THEY CANNOT DUE THAT AND IT WASNT MY CARD. THEY DID END UP REFUNING HIS MONEY BACK AND I TOLD THEM ID CALL IN TWO WEEKS MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT. BEFORE I COULD THEY RAN MY CARD FOR $100 AND SENT MY ACCOUNT IN A SPIRAL. I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THEY CANT DO THAT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. CHAD EXPLAINED THAT THEY CAN AND WILL BC I GAVE THEM PERMISSION WHEN I SIGNED MY CONTACT AND THEY CAN AND WILL RUN WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT. I EXPLAINED THEY CANT DO THAT THAT SENT MY ACCOUNT IN A CRAZE. I EXPLAINED I WOULD MAKE A PAYMENT FRIDAY. HE SAID SO YOUR GIVING ME PERMISSION FOR AN ELECTRONIC PAYMENT? I SAID NO DO NOT RUN MY CARD I WILL PAY FRIDAY. AGAIN HE REPEATED SO YOU ARE GIVING US PERMISSION FOR AN ELECTRONIC PAYMENT? I SAID NO DON NOT RUN MY CARD I WILL BE PAYING CASH. I UNDERSTAND I GOT BEHIND BUT I AM TRYING TO CATCH IT UP. I TO MY KNOLAGE NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO AUTOMATICLY RUN MY CARD. I CAN NOT GET A HEAD IF THEY KEEP SEENING MY ACCOUNT IN THE NEGATIVE.

      I in the height of 2020 borrowed money about 1000 from eagle loan to help with bills then I lost everything during Covid-19 got my bill down and rehire owed to pull myself out of my hole because I was doing better financially. While this year I lost all my benefits and and struggling to find work I keep telling them that every time they call and giving the payment I have but the threats of not being able to bat for me and do I wanna go to court is not appreciated and the one person I enjoyed and who did work with me and for me . They removed her from my case. They have are mean I filed a complaint before and no one listened. So I am trying to negotiate a better way to pay or get some help apparently they had something that if you were financially ruined they had insurance but apparently I used it and when I resigned they don’t give it again. I am trying to show I’m trying but the constant phone calls and threats about having to bat for me are a issue
