    I spent $170 on an order I placed two months ago and have been ghosted by the seller. She won't respond to emails or chats, she shutdown her website and I want a refund.

    I purchase a sweater from this shop on September 1, 2022 and was charged $40.57 via paypal and have heard nothing from the seller after repeated attempts and after some further investigating via social media I see others have had the same issue. I believe I was scammed

    Shop owner has not responded to messages via company email or Instagram for weeks. Order #1300 placed 8/19/22 that said could take around 10 days to ship. Total was $53.15. Dozens of other people online have also said they have received no response & no product/tracking info from shop owner. I'd be happy to just get my product but that does not appear to be an option at all now.

    I placed an order with this the company on August 12th, 2022 and have yet to revive my order (October 3rd.) I have reached out to the company a number of things with no response. I have not received a refund or any information. My order was $31.11.

    I do not accept this response because I have yet to receive a refund or any messages regarding one. It has been over three months since I have placed this order.

    Online order was placed back in August. Communicated with seller through her website about the custom order. She told me it was possible and to place the order. It is now October and it has not shipped. I have emailed and message seller with no response. According to social media she has done this to many many people. She is taking money and not sending the products.

    I made a purchase from this company on August 19 2022 for the amount of 228.36 and on their website it says fulfillment would take 2-10 days. It is now October 2 2022 and I have not heard one thing from this company aside from the confirmation email I got when I purchased these items on August 19, 2022. I have sent emails reaching out and have gotten no response. I would just like a refund because I highly believe I will not be getting my items that I purchased.

    I ordered from their shop on instagram. I ordered a sweater on their 9/1 restock and per their website, it said takes 2-10days to fulfill the order to send it out. It has been over a month and it hasn't shipped. I have reached via direct message on instagram and the email they have provided and I have not received a response back. I have seen many other customer have this issue on the past post this seller has made on their instagram page.

    I placed an order on August 14, 2022 from Buena Vista Threads. The order fulfillment time frame on the website said around 2 weeks. I understand that small businesses may take more time...I contacted the business on August 30th asking for a shipping update and they stated that they were just waiting for more XL crews to come in. I contacted the owner again on September 24 and have received no response. It is now October 2, 2022 and my order still hasn't shipped and I haven't heard anything from the business. I would like a full refund if my order will not be fulfilled soon. I payed via 4 Shop installments on my Discover credit card, the 4 installments have been completed for a total of $83.10 that I need refunded.

    I had purchased an embroidered crewneck on August 31, 2022 for $40.53. After a couple weeks and not receiving a tracking number (to my email or phone number), I decided to contact the company through their online chat and by email. Both forms of communication and I never received a response. The automated chat robot said that my order was not fulfilled. I continuously tried to find a phone number or some way to contact the business owner and I was not successful. I went on Buena Vista Threads social media, and had found out that other customers have been experiencing the same issue as me. At this point, I just want my money back. I am extremely annoyed with this business. To make matters worse, the website for Buena Vista Threads is no longer active. So I definitely got scammed.

    Thank you for your response, and I will watch out for my refund. (I have not seen anything today.)

    Most of us customers were getting annoyed with the lack of communication. It was one of those times when we felt we were getting scammed out of our money. I'm only accepting this response out of respect for small businesses. Hopefully I receive my money back soon.
