Horrible place, bait and switched an order on me showed a picture of a glock 43x and they sent a standard 43. Then they want to charge me 10% to return the merchandise and send me what I wanted in the first place. Not worth the time or headache of dealing with. They have a lot to learn!

We are sorry to hear that the customer was not happy with their order. This item was purchased through an auction listing that did correctly list and describe the item as a Glock 43 Subcompact. Unfortunately, in some cases, the photos we receive of items may completely represent all aspects of the actual item being described. In this case, this listing was for an item with a specific style of engraved grip which was shown in the photo. However, we do stress reviewing the title and description of our items because photos may be stock photos. We understand that the customer was not happy with the item they received but as it was listed correctly in the title and description we would incur a cost to bring the item back, restock it, and relist it through the third-party auction site that it was purchased from. For those reasons, the 10% restocking fee would have applied to the return, as long as the item had not been transferred from the FFL dealer.Review fromJacob W
