    They sold me a new gun (at a new gun price). But I received a used gun. They claim it said it was used, and won't help me at all. I can buy the same gun new at other gun shops, so why in the world wold I pay the same amount to get a used gun? I have used buds gun shop before, but will never use them again. There support is terrible, and they are blatantly ripping me off.

    We are sorry to hear the customer is not happy with their purchase. This item was specifically listed as a used firearm as the description stated: "Used DP-12 Double Barrel Pump Shotgun 12Ga Used Condition 80-90%, No box, Safety, Really Good Condition" The price for the item was also correct for used inventory as a similar model new is about $350 higher than the item this used listing. When the customer contacted us stating that they were not happy with the item we advised we can take a return on the item, but as the item was listed correctly there would be a 10% restocking fee and $25 shipping cost to return the item.

    They need to hire a General Manager who has technology skills. I don't think that their marketing methods are very World Wide Web worthy. And the biggest issue is in their product marketing. Questions about do they even have the product they are advertising. It says yes, but then it took 4 days to find it in their warehouse . There are no "Next Day" options. Think about that. Nothing you order here is going to leave their store for 7 to 11 days. Need it fast? Ooops, not an option. I was half expecting that when I called to get an update (after four days of delays, they should call you) that they would tell me that the price had increased. I've worked with a ton of mom and pop stores on the web that only advertise what they have and it is mailed the next day. Plus, there are no options for deliveries. You get what they send it with. For all the technologies available on the market place today, I hope that they find one that does "order, bill, package, and ship" in under 30 mins. I'm not saying that they should be able to work like Amazon, but their technology support team should at least review the marketplace and take notes. The product I ordered did eventually arrive, packaged and in good condition. The packing was excellent. And the product arrived by UPS, which is an excellent carrier.

    We are very sorry to hear that the customer was unhappy with our processing time frames. We understand wanting to get items as quickly as possible and we do ensure that all of our items are processed and shipped out as quickly as they can be. Due to the nature of many of the items we ship, we do advertise that our standard processing time frame for orders is 3-7 business days. We will always ship an order once it is fully processed but due to the number of orders we process daily, and the additional steps required to process any firearm orders, we cannot guarantee an order will ship out faster than that unless the item is specially marked as a Fast Track item. We do offer 1-day processing on those specially marked items for our Team Bud's members. As for shipping options, we do not have the option to upgrade shipping as all handguns are shipped via 2nd-day air shipping, while long guns and accessories are shipped via ground shipping. In the case of this order, it was placed on 3/17 and was shipped out on the 5th business day 5/24. The item was then delivered on 3/31 which was 5 business days in transit.
