  We have had to have the base unit control box and power supply on one side of our king size bed replaced twice. I will not work again and now they are saying we have to purchase it! 256.00! The last tech that did the replacement said the units fail a lot. Wish I could give them NO stars.

  The Tempurpedic Neck Pillow has caused SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE AND PAIN from it's terribly flawed design! I purchased it because their old version was my favorite, but it's no longer available. I unfortunately chose this new model to replace my old one and it's literally THE WORST PURCHASE THAT I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE! I now have permanent damage to my neck and shoulders and they have the nerve to refuse my request for refund under the warranty, even though the defective product is clearly cracked and falls under their terms of warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain. Their products are all worthless now and lack the quality they had in the past. It's very sad that this piece of garbage even made it onto the market!

  I’ll never purchase from this company again wrong mattress 4 times going on the 5 th time hopefully not I just want my money back they just keep giving the run around not fair poor customer service

  Warranty through this company is a JOKE. You can't speak to anyone and whoever is processing them can't seem to comprehend the terms of the warranty. Everyone on here is saying the same exact thing. File a BBB complaint and check with your attorney generals for consumer protections

  How do you know if mattress brand is good? Easy, by warranty claim and how well they stand behind their product. Tempur pedic is a Total scam. This corporation will charge your thousands and thousands of $ for mattress and promise you warranty but when it comes to claims, they will not honor anything or come up with bs excuse not to honor it. Its basically feels like as if you slept on it for 1 night, they will not honor it because you slept in it. Its an exaduration, but you give them the problem, they already have an excuse not to honor warranty. Bad business. Mattress firm [old sleepys] warranted a few of my other brand mattresses in the past that were NOT tempurpedic. This was my first time buying this piece of..... Stick to a different brand. Anything but this company.

  Worst customer service. Very rude and no compassion. Corporate office has no way to reach them. This company doesn’t care about consumers. High dollar mattress with low class service. Do not want to send back your item. Will find any way not to take a return. Very disappointed. If you purchase get it in writing you can return it

  I wrote to Temperpedic CS that our Temperpedic mattress has split down the middle and sent required pictures . They wanted picture of boxspring- although the boxspring was fine so I sent pictures from the side. They asked me to crawl under bed to take picture. I explained already in my original submission there is no way me or my husband can lift the mattress off the box spring or go underneath the bed which they asked me to do. I am so upset by your request as we are in our late 70’s and not physically able. Also I did also state that this was bought 20 yrs ago from a family owned furniture store that has since gone out of business, so I do not have receipt, but I did proved picture of mattress tag. They can see clearly from picture how mattress has split. I wrote to corporate headquarters and have not received response.

  If you are looking for lasting comfort, look elsewhere. I was duped into believing Tempurpedic is a name of quality. Just look on BBB and you will see how wrong this is. I originally purchased the TEMPUR-Adapt (Supreme) 3" Memory Foam Mattress Topper, King to make a firm mattress softer and for a while it did just that. The problem is that it did not last. I paid a premium price for this topper because I trusted the company name and the 10 year warranty that they offered. I am fairly certain the mattress topper would have had to spontaneously combusted to be considered defective. My topper has permanent indentations that remain when no one is laying on it. This meets the criteria defined in the warranty, “Deterioration of the cell structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape.”
  However, my claim was denied and I was told that the pad was like this when I bought it. I can assure you I would not have kept it if it were like this when I bought it. It is very disappointing how little they care about their customers. I also can confirm that I did receive an authentic product shipped and sold by Amazon.com and it was brand new when I received it. It just did not last. If you are considering something of quality, I would recommend you look elsewhere. You will likely be disappointed before long if you choose this product.
