      I bought a soft bed from them and it never got soft. I believe it was mislabeled with a firm, but they don’t make mistakes apparently and that’s not a possibility. Don’t waste your money and just get the bec where you can adjust the comfort.
      This company somehow gets away with not honoring their warranty and it’s a shame.

      There should be a lawsuit against this company.
      Purchased a $6,000 mattress and base (Ergo Plus) which they stopped supporting any longer and retired the product. A simple base legs are not produced any longer and they commit 10 years and 25 years of warranty on bases.
      The mattress has been sagging in the middle but due to the no 'visual' defect, they are not honoring the warranty, this is not what's expected from a luxury mattress company.

      They do not stand behind there product l purchased a $ 5000 dollar tempur-pedic mattress it has a bad defect in the mattress the mattress has a bad dip in it bad for my back bought the mattress bc I needed a good mattress for my back but I got a piece of defected material in the mattress I should of just kept my old one I would of been able to sleep as just as well sleep on the. Floor for I can’t sleep on a mattress that has a dip in it

      I have a 10 year warranty on a product that they can’t warranty because they stop producing it. The remote to my base is no longer in production after 2019. My warranty is for another 4 years and need a replacement because the backlight stopped working the base can’t lift or go back to reset with out the actual remote. I was told to go to a tv repair shop to repair my current remote. No.. it’s a warranty, I need it replaced. I was told to go on eBay but to be warned because of price gouging. It needs to be fixed for all consumers that are within a 10 year warranty. The base is 2-3g by itself.

      WARRANTY IS A SCAM!!! Buyer Beware!
      We got our mattress from ******** ***m who sold us on the mattress’s stellar warranty and it being a 30 year mattress. 3 years in a section started to sag and by 6 years it was so bad that I had back trouble every day. Our 10 year WARRANTY IS USELESS! Since it’s memory foam the MASSIVE DEFECT is not visually apparent. But as soon as you have any weight on it, it is super uncomfortable. I have 4 herniated discs and I can no longer sleep on this mattress without excruciating pain daily. My wife does not have any back trouble, but she also wakes up in pain daily. The warranty only covers a “visual” defect, so essentially you can never collect on it. Our warranty got denied because of this and we are stuck having to buy a brand new mattress. Again, we were told by ******** **** that we wouldn’t need to replace this mattress for 30 years. This is very disappointing and I would have expected better from a company like this. Save your money and your back pain for a better mattress and company.

      We purchased a Tempur-Pedic after being told by the salesman that it was "life changing". It certainly is life changing... since we paid over $6000 for it and now we wake up in agony many times throughout the night due to hip and low back pain. I literally HATE going to bed, because I know I'm not going to sleep well and that I'll wake up in pain.
      Giant fox hole on my husband's side ...the warranty is bull and non existent scam NEVER purchase a TEMPURPEDIC they are crap disguised as quality Ridiculous photos don't show the hole crap crap crap low quality trash company

      In February 2016 we purchased a Contour Rhapsody Luxe mattress and were assured we would get a good night's sleep. We started the mattress shopping process because I was waking up with severe back pain every day and they assured us this new mattress would help. Once delivered, things were going well. Then about 6 months or so ago the pain started coming back and I just brushed it off not thinking much about it until recently. EVERY DAY I wake up with pain and most days with headaches. I started looking at the mattress and realized it was sagging. I would wake up 3 hrs into the night and getting comfortable with the pain was impossible. I started to scoot to the very centerline of the bed for some minimal, but noticeable relief. I reviewed the warranty policy and abided by all their requests for pictures and submitted the claim. Pictures clearly show that the quarter, which is 1", is 3/4" sunk in the mattress. I submitted all receipts and pictures and a few days later DENIED. They claim the pictures do not support their requirement of 3/4". The only thing they have done is look at the pictures, no other assessments have taken place. So after spending just shy of $4000 for a mattress alone, I have to live in pain. My husband, 28 yr Army Veteran, has had back and neck surgeries and he too is struggling with the same when we were assured this bed would help. The mattress is LESS THAN 7 Years old and already showing indentations and issues of 3/4", what is it going to be in another year or two?? Their Warranty is a false advertisement to give false confidence in their product. I never thought with a Tempur-Pedic name that we would have to endure this. I'm reaching out to other Consumer advocates as well in hopes of a more favorable and pain relief result. It is evident based on the sheer number of similar complaints that they do not stand behind their name or advertised warranty.

      They will not take a return of an unopened, in the mailing box, topper because it is supposedly too personal an item even though it never touched a person. Even though I said the intended person is deceased and I can provide a certificate.
      Then they forbid their customer service from transferring to a supervisor for me to complain about the policy. What kind of company forbids transfer to supervisors!
      Don't buy from them.

      I purchased a top-of-the-line mattress from a Co I was told was the best in the business. I was told all mattress's where handmade and very pricy **mpared to the rest. The mattress I bought turned out to be too soft and left me with sleepless nights and aches and pains every morning. I tried calling customer support and I was told I was 20 days past the return policy. I asked if I **uld even pay a little more to resolve my issue, I was told to go buy a mattress topper. I replied, are you kidding me??? I just paid 8K dollars for a mattress and you're telling me to buy a topper?? Support was horrible for a ** in business for over 75 years, they ****. Do not do business with Stearns and Foster, they have obviously been around so long customer support doesn't,matter anymore.

      Have a great warranty however crazy they charge almost $200 in shipping
