      Can I rate less than one star? Purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress in Feb 2023. After many calls, many emails, and listing the purchase as fraudulent with my credit card company, the mattress finally arrived three months later. It was supposed to be delivered in three weeks. Turns out they found an old mattress that had been in their warehouse - it's manufacture date was August 2022. The website promised the mattresses are built when ordered. It wasn't in it's original plastic, and I was unsure if it was new or used.
      Then, I didn't like the sleep - so I started a return in July based on the 90 day retun policy. It took them two months to return it (we're up to September now). This was many many emails and phone calls (long ones).
      Then starts the refund. It is now mid-October, and I don't have the money yet. Nor do I have a bed. Got an email three weeks ago stating the money would be in my account 7-10 days. Didn't show. Now they've corrected their problem, and guess what? They say the money will be in my account in 7-10 days. I highly doubt it.
      Stay away from buying online with this company. There is really nothing but a pretty website and the marketing people that go with it.

      We have an tempurpedic mattress we purchased 02-23 for over $3000.00
      I was told to take photos of the mattress and copy of my receipt. All of that was done i explained about how the mattress had a indentation. and should be covered under the warranty. No one ever came out to inspect the mattress just photos and denied my claim.

      Pro breeze mattress purchased April 2022. The mattress is sagging significantly on one side. The claim was denied due to stains on the mattress, which had nothing to do with the sagging. The rep said liquid spilled may have damaged the material inside. So much for a 1@ year warranty with loop holes!

      Company won't honor a warranty claim for a medium firm Cloud mattress bought 2.5 yrs ago with a 10 yr warranty which has gone soft. Not sagging, just soft. I can't sleep on a soft bed, its giving me migraines and company won't refund my money. Very very unhappy, not the quality or company they were when I bought an original Tempur-Pedic mattress 25 yrs ago. So angry, don't recommend anyone by from this company, their mattresses don't hold up and they don't honor their supposed warranty. Will never buy from them again.

      We submitted a warranty claim on our Cloud Supreme King. Of course, it was denied. It stated we didn't meet the requirements. It asked me to put a broomstick in the center of the mattress (were most people sleep). Don't know about you, but my husband and I don't sleep in the middle. You can clearly see the indentations on the sides. Very frutatrated. Will not buy again.

      My husband & I bought a contour Supreme temperpic mattress in 2016.
      We are having sagging issues. Did everything they wanted . Took pictures. Problem with pictures is the sagging doesn't show because the area fluff back up. It is no longer firm. We bought it for firmness. Now its so soft that it molds to your body instead of being firm. We are 8 yrs into bought. When we bought it they told us we have someone come out and look at it with the warranty. They tell us now they will not because we didn't pass the 3/4 test. That it costs 150.00 to have someone to come out. They no longer make this mattress. They guarantee us firmness. We didn't get it. It's wrong of them to stand behind a product that us seniors especially need for back support.

      We purchased a new bed in November of last year it has not been a year and neither me or my wife can sleep on it for more than a couple hours it causes sever back and hip pain to us every night we have submitted a warranty request and was told they are not going to replace or refund as they don’t see any issues with it we paid a lot of money for it and thought we were buying a quality mattress form a highly rated company. Beware they will give you the runaround and do not stand by their products. I give them no stars and will tell everyone is out or poor choice of products.

      The Luxe adapt soft mattress was fine for the first few months then it became softer and softer to the point where it is not usable. I can't get off the mattress without multiple rocking back and forth with my legs in the air trying to throw them over the side.. I can't turn over without pushing myself up and off the mattress first, then turning over. It is like sleeping in a trench. I find out now that this is a major complaint about this mattress. I pulled an old Beautyrest Black from my guest room and took the tempurpedic into the guest room. In a matter of 3-4 days severe pain in both sacroiliac joints was GONE. After a year and a half of pain and multiple injections I find out the cause was the failing mattress. I can now walk up and down stairs with no pain.
      I have filed a warranty claim with temperpudic but have discovered their warranty is basically worthless. All they want is pictures of a coin against a yardstick or broom handle. Unless there is an indentation they won’t do anything. I explained you have to lie on the mattress to feel how bad it is. They won’t even consider pictures of a person laying on the mattress sunk in 5 inches. Tough luck.
      Their web site states: “In order to properly assess the claim, our team requires photos showcasing the defect present in your product. We understand that some issues may not be visible in which case you can work with our team to discuss those issues in further detail. Here are some examples of how to properly measure any dips, sagging, or permanent indentations on your mattress for a mattress warranty claim. That’s a lie. Check out BBB as well. $4k for a piece of garbage.

      A bad joke. Seems everything they do is poorly thought out. When mattress was delivered, truck driver severally damaged my property and I reported the damage to them. Later, since their 1st delivery did not include part of the order, they had make a second delivery. It was delivered by the SAME careless delivery people. No reimbursement for my time or the damage.

      I am frustrated to the point of breakdown. To pay such a premium for a product and have it actually have utterly dismal performance, then deny any refund, is the epitome of a scam company. They get your money and refuse to honor their warranty and product promises. This hurts hard working people who don't have money to burn.
