Warranty is worthless. I puchased mattress March 2021 it has an indention but you can't see via pictures. If you sit or lay on it you can tell. This has caused terrible back pain. Warranty won't cover since it can't be see in photos. They won't send a technician either. I spent over $2000 for this mattress and what a waste of my money. I thought this was an honorable company but just a rip off.

Our mattress foam began to crack and had a spring pop through that we found when we took off the mattress protector for the yearly cleaning. This was a 6 year old $3,000 mattress that until this year had no cracking of the foam and had the claim immediately denied with no helping or standing by their product. They’re basically a money grab of an expensive product that they won’t stand by. Save your money and buy from a mattress firm that stands by their products.

I bought a tempur pedic mattress for my son that was supposed to be sturdy. I am still paying on it. It's supposed to have a life time warranty. It's falling apart and he's very uncomfortable. I got it from Mattress Warehouse. They tried to help but said I'd have to fill out all kinds of papers and bla bla bla. Who has time? They tried and tried to help but said it was tempur-pedias responsibility. It's got large holes, is lumpy, hurts his back so I had to get a topper. What the heck? The tempur pedia mattress doesn't even look like a mattress, has a cover, that's it. It's definitely not like mine. It's only a year old, if that!! It's ridiculous! If you stand by your products, you'll reach out to me. Very dissatisfied customer!! Buyers Beware! How can they have a triple A rating with BBB?

Awful experience with customer service. Purchased a Matress for $3200 3 years ago. It has since began deteriorating beyond comprehension. Holes, crackes, one hole is so big I can literally fit a bowling ball in it. They told me there was water damage despite there being no evidence of that. That warranty is WORTHLESS. DO NOT BUY

Bought a mattress in 2015. It was the temper-cloud. The bed has a 10 year warranty. Recently the bed started losing air pressure in one side of the bed. We contacted tempur-pedic about this and they said the claim was denied due to having the wrong base. I decided to swap the hoses around to demonstrate that the sagging was occurring due to a leak in the hoses somewhere. Upon doing this the side that losing air pressure held pressure, but the other side of the bed lost all of its pressure. I presented this to tempur-pedic’s warranty team. Once again they responded by saying that the base was the issue and were still denying the claim. But in this response email they indicated the actual reason for the denial. The mattress was no longer manufactured and there were no parts available. So I guess it is safe to assume that a warranty is only good so long as the manufacturer has the parts available. Otherwise they have no responsibility to do what is right. I will not be purchasing from a company so devoid of morals. Hopefully the bbb can do something about this.

I bought a tempur-pedic mattress after my son died. In now has a large sag in it, so much so it has caused back pain and muscle spasms. I followed the procedure for a warranty claim. They denied me, saying the sag wasn’t 3/4 inch or greater, which is not true at all!! I would never buy another thing from them and will make sure everyone knows they are terrible.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a mattress topper for $200.00 that was falsely marketed as being superior to “others” at reducing latex foam related heat through the use of special technology. When I received it and slept on first night I was burning up hot! It was like sleeping on hot charcoal briquettes. Next morning I packaged it up to send back for a refund. I call the number on my order confirmation and receipt. The customer service could not have been ruder. Said it was my problem and no refund. I asked to speak to his manger so he reluctantly escalated my call to the escalation manager. She was even more belligerent and rude. Said it was my fault and that I should have not thought that because on the Tempur pedic website it showed picture of the topper use of technology to keep it cool, that there would be no heat. Than chastised me for not seeing their minuscule return policy script. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their product was cheaply made, didn’t fit and looked like it cost maximum $20 to manufacture. RIP OFF

During the process of moving from another state I went Ashley's to purchase sealy mattresses for our new home. I ordered 2 full sizes beds and 1 Queen. When the queen size bed was delivered it looked smaller than its supposed to be. This queen bed is a $1600 mattress, curious I measured the mattress. and too my surprise the bed is measuring 3in short on both sides. I check the tag to make sure they didn't accidentally give me a full size mattress and the tag states the mattress is 60x79. I called support to let them know they sent a tech to come measure the bed and is now saying that because I didn't purchase a box spring my warranty is void. I was never told that I needed the box spring I was told that the warranty would void if I didn't have a mattress cover. which is ridiculous these mattresses should have a warranty regardless of the cover or boxspring depending on the issue. My mattress being on the floor has nothing to do with my mattress being manufactured too small and then being advertised as bigger. I think Ashley's has terrible customer service, for a mattress that cost over $1000 they should be more accommodating to their customers. This mattress was manufactured by sealy and they refuse to handle this situation.

Zero stars if possible. I purchased a $4000 mattress from Tempurpedic, Pro Adapt CG , King size, Firm in late March 2021. We loved the mattress for the first three years, but then it became ice cold and hard as a rock and unbearable to sleep on. I contacted the company because it has a 10 year warranty, and they had a ridiculous company policy to review warranties. No phones, no humans. Send in a few pictures and fill out a small survey. All of the work is on the customer, and then they turn you down because the picture cannot show the consistency change in the mattress. I appealed. They denied and told me my preferences had changed. It is insulting and a lie. I purchased the very expensive mattress partially due to the comfort of the warranty if their were issues with the product. DO NOT BUY A TEMPUR-PEDIC. They have zero customer service and do not try to resolve the issue with you. It was a horrible mistake and I am extremely unhappy. What a scam.

A terrible company which tries to get you to purchase a ridiculously expensive product they don't stand by. The 10 warranty is a joke. When making a claim you can only communicate via email, they will not take any calls. They hide behind their computer screens and deny your claim even though it's valid. If you want to spend $6,000 + for a mattress with a fake warranty that will only be comfortable for a year and a half, then Tempurpedic is the brand for you!
