      I bought a mattress from Tempur-pedic and it has a 10 year warranty for $3500 plus tax years later my back is killing me can’t sleep on the mattress no more my wife can’t sleep on the mattress. It’s horrible. How much u sink in and does not support your back so I went to buy another mattress and the same lady Remembered me and said you still have warranty submit your claim so I did with Tempur-pedic the very next day through email. They denied the claim but I have a 10 year warranty and if you lay on it, you sink to the bottom and that’s gotta be a manufacture defect and they refuse to do anything about So I looked up common problems with supreme breeze cloud Tempur-pedic They all had the same problem you sink too far into it And Tempur-pedic says pretty much too bad so I paid $3500 plus tax and Tempur-pedic rip me off Peter Does not stand behind there mattresses

      First, if I could give a negative 10 star review i would! I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress about 8.5 years ago, which cost about 5 grand at the time and due to the sag from being a side sleeper "which they said would not be an issue", I put in a warranty claim. I did everything they asked and showed the sag by using a broom, which showed the gap. My claim was denied with a reason that had nothing to do with what I stated in the claim. The said that since I didn't have a bed frame my claim was voided yet my bed was on tempur pedic box springs and a flat solid floor. They were trying to tell me that a bed frame was more supportive than a flat solid floor. This is total BS and ignorant of the true issue that the warranty should have covered. The customer support was horrible, the excuse was ridiculous and they refused to even acknowledge the bed had an issue. Horrible company with horrible service. Would never buy from this company in the future.

      I am trying to file the warranty process but they're being very shady in providing the registration info I gave originally. I had an issue with a moldy mattress due to my own sweat that was "Supposed to keep the moisture out".

      Wont even respond to emails. Ever. At all. Have to process return through wells fargo credit card dispute. Absolutely abhorrent.

      I purchased a Tempur Choice mattress from Tempurpedic 11 years ago. I have a 25 year warranty on my mattress. Tempur/Sealey has deemed the mattress needs to be replaced and has offered be a prorated credit. However they refuse to allow us to use that credit anywhere except on line through their warranty center. Which is a change to my warranty. I still have the original warranty and that is not a stipulation in the warranty I bought. This change prevents buyers from being able to purchase the mattress of their choice in a Tempur store and prevents me from taking advantage of any promotional offers available in a store including financing. The warranty staff were very rude and argumentative refusing to connect me to the Escalation Department manager or willingness to provide me with a phone number for the legal depart.

      I wish I didn't even have to give one star. I purchased an Adapt Topper with cooking technology. The first topper arrive ripped and for the amount I spent, I demanded an exchange. They would not accept a return, but did send out a new topper. It arrived in goid shape so I was happy. I've been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now and it's the most UNCOMFORTABLE and HOT topper I've EVER slept on. They will accept a return for refund. I spoke to a manager (he emailed me) and informed that other than changing my sheets, there's nothing I can't do and that my comfortability isn't a valid reason for a refund. They've really taken advantage of a lot of customers by not offering returns. I have back issues and this topper is making my condition worse. Tempur Pedic has literally caused me medical issues. I told Mr. Manager that I'll contact the executive office and he basically told me to go ahead because the issue will be routed directly back to his department. So here I am complaining on the BBB page in hopes another customer reads about my experience and saves their money. These toppers aren't worth $20 so paying over $400 for one has me feeling sick about the whole situation.

      Not a honest company to do business with. I ordered a mattress from this company and canceled it and they charged me 185.50 for shipping, for a mattress that was never shipped to me. It looks like they can get away with this shady behavior because there are no rules to protect consumers. Please be aware and don't do business with them.

      After lengthy discussions only through emails and silly pictures with a broom stick and a quarter was I able to be awarded a warrantee.
      They would only give me credit for a mattress through them, not D******** where I just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic Breeze mattress. They wanted me to return my mattress to D******** which required a 15% return charge. That would have been more than the credit they offered me.
      D******** are an authorized Tempur-Pedic store. Tempur-Pedic still makes all the mattresses that are sold everywhere. But they will only honor a warrantee credit directly through their warehouse and not through any of your distributors.
      The D******** salesperson told me I should just file a claim on my old mattress, and Tempur-Pedic would just mail me a check for any credit I would have coming to me. So, that is why I went ahead and purchased the mattress. Even the salespeople who sales their product don't fully understand their warrantee requirements.
      I guess being a loyal customer means nothing. They said the credit was only for a replacement mattress and cannot be used for anything else they sell.
      Needless to say, I'm disappointed with all the time and effort I put into this warrantee request to finally get the results I received.

      I recently made a significant investment in what was supposed to be a top-of-the-line $10,000 Tempur-Pedic bed, advertised with cutting-edge cooling technology. To my dismay, this bed has been the hottest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, making restful sleep nearly impossible.
      The first bed delivered had a torn area, which necessitated a return. I was then informed that the model was discontinued and was offered this Tempur-Pedic bed instead, with assurances that it was their coolest option. This couldn’t be further from the truth. It has been a nightmare.
      Repeatedly contacting the store yielded no real solutions. I was told to lower my AC and change my sheets—completely inadequate responses. They continued to stall and offer excuses until the return window closed, forcing me to deal with corporate, which has been a frustrating experience.
      Adding insult to injury, the insurance/warranty policy I purchased from the store turned out to be worthless. I was told that M******* **** does not cover comfort issues, as "everyone is different." They suggested that only with a doctor's note stating the mattress was causing health issues might they consider my claim.
      For a $10,000 investment, this level of service is utterly unacceptable. Both the product and customer support have been exceedingly disappointing. I strongly advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious and skeptical of the promises made by both Tempur-Pedic and ******** ****. This experience has been an expensive and frustrating lesson in false advertising and poor customer service.

      Tempur Sealy works very hard to deny warranty claims due to their extremely poor warranty process & lack thereof. I have a 10 year warranty on my mattress & at year 7 when sitting on mattress it sank to the bottom of the mattress about a foot dip. This was a $3,000 mattress. Fi They have no human that will speak to you if you have questions. They have an antiquated portal to fill out online claim that is very poorly presented to cause confusion (probably intentionally so you will give up) They suggest you take pictures with a quarter & broomstick, how very 21st century. I did that & got denied, they didnt explain why I had to aggressively push for explanation it was becaus the quarter was "turned" in the photo. When I revised the photo showing extreme indention beyond their 3/4" inch standard. The photos were to their exact requirement. I then received a second denial because they saw a stain on the mattress & according to their policy, that equates to the consumer "not caring for the mattress" When in fact it is the defect of their mattress cover sliding off easily w/ the lowering/raising of the bed. Most all mattresses are going to have some sort of mark esp if they are several years old. A slight mark on the surface has no correlation to the fact that the memory foam is defective. This is how they get out of paying ANY warranty claims. If there is a dispute between customer/warranty groupl they should be sending out a Temper rep to assess the deficit in person. They can only see the exterior isses not addressing the internal defect. I highly discourage anyone that cares or is concerned about warranty to go into this knowing they do not operate in an ethical manner & are set up to deny most claims. In fact have never known anyone in any circumstance to be granted a replacement. You were warned....also there is over 1,000 BBB complaints against them.
