1 starIf could leave zero stars that's what Sealy would get!!! This company is the worst! We purchased 2XL adjustable mattresses, along with the frames in May 2023, for for our king sized bed. For the past year, I've been fighting for my pillows every night, as the pillows always fall down between the the headboard and the mattress. I was told this could be prevented by purchasing a gap filler from Amazon, did that, no justice! Called customer service because I was still within my warranty, they sent someone out, the gentleman took pictures and did his report on his findings, I got a call from customer service and was told WE would have to wait an additional 30 days for a representative from Sealy to come out for a second opinion, why do I have to wait 30 additional days and be inconvenienced and sleep deprived, because you wont take the word of the first representative? I went back to the store I initially purchased my bedroom set from, and they tried reaching out to this shysty company on my behalf, and they were told there was nothin they could do, I would just have to wait the 30 days out. I wont waste my time nor keystrokes to complain about the unprofessional customer services reps that answer the phones, lets just say rude, not empathetic, and no knowledge of their jobs. I would not recommend buying a pillow from Sealy!!! To have $5000 dollars on a bedroom set and have to fight for your pillow every night is appalling....please whoever reads this, take heed to the other complaints and stay away!!!!!Review fromJasmin R

1 starAfter testing out different brands for weeks, we bought a mattress in the Tempurpedic flagship store in Denver ( LuxeAdapt Firm for $4900). But once we received our at home it was SO hard, you could hear a thump when sitting down on it, and felt nothing like what we laid on in the store. We knew we had a 90 day trial, and went back to the flagship store before it was up and the staff there assured us to keep WALKING on it daily for 10min (which, btw, is something you need to disclose at purchase, because who has the time for this?). He assured us to give it another 1-2 months and it would get better. Well we were well into winter in Colorado at this point and were then told that the cold weather was likely making it harder, and we should raise our room temp - but even if we warmed our room to 70+ degrees, the mattress was horribly firm. We had a second baby in that time frame and weeks flew by, and our shoulder pains were so bad at this point that we went back to the flagship store where the store manager was kind enough to listen, but couldn’t help us. We were 1 day past the 1-year 'warranty.' We laid on the same ‘firm’ display model in the store again and now understand that their display models are not the same as buying a new mattress - they are RUN THROUGH A MACHINE prior to displaying them that simulates a couple hundred nights or more of sleep, so the in store displays are NOTHING like what you are getting delivered. It is deceitful, and should be known to everyone who purchases a mattress from them.
We feel cheated for spending $5000 for a 'premium' product that is nothing like the one we laid on in store with no recourse…and repeatedly asking your staff for help, who assured us it would be fine - up to the point of not being able to help us at all. Your products are not advertised correctly - if you are selling us a mattress that is very different than the mechanically ‘worked in’ version you are displaying, I consider that a deceitful business practice.Review fromCleo B

1 starI purchased the Tempurpedic "Grande mattress that costed over $8000 in 2013. This mattress is up under warranty, This mattress is extremely uncomfortable and causes my husband and me restless nights and back aches. I toss and turn all thru the night and cannot find a comfortable position. Stitching has come aloose through out the mattress causing uneven bulges. One side has has a dip in it. I have sent pictures as requested and and they ask for pictures of the base which is hard for a senior citizen which has back problems and a candidate of a Total Knee replacement to lift this dense heavy mattress up and take pictures. When I purchased this mattress I favored this because I thought it was quality and had a fantastic warranty. I thought the Company would send someone out to inspect this mattress and not have me use brooms for measuring and take pictures of different angles. I supplied them with the order # and date of purchase, copy of the law tag which is still on this mattress. I have kept this mattress encased in a mattress protector so mattress appears like new. After reading other reviews I see I am not alone on what I am going thru with Tempurpedic. I guess sometime the name does not mean nothing. The base the mattress is on is a tempurpedic and it is in good condition which has nothing to do with why this mattress is extremely uncomfortable. This mattress is over 10 years old and by now she be loosening up and not hard as a rock. Next time I will not go for the brand but the feel and check reviews and see how the Company handles their warranties.Review fromKrystal C

1 starLike many state below, tempur-pedic does not hold true to their warranty. Within 6 months my pillows from them changed shape and went extremely flat. I shared photos, videos, and needless other things they asked for. Their response was careless and even the chat agent I spoke to didn’t know how their warranty worked or any helpful information regarding their pillow’s performance. I highly recommend staying away from this company as their products do NOT hold up and are a waste of money.Review fromBrent B

1 starTempur-pedic does not stand behind their product. I, and many others, have been denied warranty claims for false accusations about misuse of the product. Their warranty is a sham and they do not uphold their end of the warranty.Review fromMary T

1 starHorrible lying company! I placed an order for a topper, turned around the same day to cancel the order and talked with the escalation team who “guaranteed” the topper was encased and that no raw tempur material would touch my new mattress. They lied. I purposely didn’t unpackage the topper as I could tell the “cover” was nothing more than a mattress cover and that nothing would cover the bottom of the “foam”. I specifically asked this and was told “absolutely it was completely encased.. that they never send out just foam”. Well they lied and now I am stuck with a topper that I don’t want.. they won’t return it and when I called back they had be unpackage it and put the “mattress cover” on it. Now it is opened. I want a full refund.. and they refuse. This is a horrible company… I urge everyone to not buy from them unless you want to overpay and be unhappy.Review fromTahia A

1 starI bought pillows from Tempur-Pedic and upon arrival they are way smaller than expected. I bought the larger pillow and i believe i received the smaller size. I called them to ask if they can exchange or return them and they refused per their policy. I explained to them that i received them 30 minuted ago in the mail and they still refused. I asked to speak with the manager but i was told there is no manager either. They took my money and disnt give me the right product and didnt want to exchange or return it. This is theft. They should be stopped. I wish to give them zero stars.Review frompatrick h

1 starThey do not guarantee the quality of their mattresses. One I purchased, a tempur-breeze, was clearly defective. It had no side support on the left side, I documented this clearly with photos. Their warranty is very specific to central sagging only, so any edge failures (such as mine) is not honored by customer service. Buyer beware!Review fromDavid B

1 starOrdered a foundation from Sealy website for delivery to my home via white glove delivery. The delivery sub contractor was no call, no show and did not respond to any contact to find out information on delivery. Contacted Sealy for help in process via customer support numbers on website. I was told they would look into it and get back within two days. No call back in two days so reached out again to be given phone number to different delivery contractor of theirs that had no record of my order. Contacted Sealy customer support again to find out more and was told they would continue to investigate and was given number to their delivery contractor that had my order this time. Contractor sub contracts to another company so had no details and mentioned would investigate. Finally reached delivery sub contractor and told only had one day available which I had prior engagement were I was going to be out of town. Tried to offer door drop-off negating Sealy advertised white glove delivery which regretfully accepted as only solution despite arguing their failing to meet advertised delivery method by doing so. Reached out to Sealy customer support again for compensation for botched delivery and excited no compensation other than comment of dropping the FREE delivery fee and was called a liar about no call, no show despite have phone records and evidence of only outgoing messages and calls. Overall poor delivery process and lack of customer support doing their job from Sealy, their contractors, and sub contractor. Delivery did arrive in new condition and was deliver as advertised but took 6 days from original delivery date and 5 days of trying to talk to companies to get delivered to me.Review fromLonetta T

1 starI wish I had read the reviews but instead, desperate for relief and buying into the hype, I thought I would spare no expense to get relief from my pain. I spoke with a store salesperson and they accessed all my bedding needs to the tune of $5000. And sold me on the fact that they come standard with a 10/25 bed and frame warranty so I need not have any worries. When the bed arrived, I almost started crying because it looked so flimsy and cheap. But I tried to keep an open mind because after all, that great warranty right. Well, after 13 months, the metal on the adjustable bed came apart and no longer raised the bed. Confidently but disgusted, I placed my warranty claim. I was bombarded with picture taking etc. Finally they agreed to a replacement. I was given a credit for the amount i paid and then instructed to go to the warranty replacement
site to choose what my credit could afford. Mind you,the prices here are much higher than whats advertised on the store site. I was advised there was enough credit to repurchase my same frame which i did. When it arrived it was inferior to my original purchase as my original purchase had a head and feet motor for massage which was a selling must for me. But the replacement, they assured me was the same model only had a head motor. Now the replacement bed singular after 1 week is roaring like a lawnmore and i also realized it only had one motor. So i had to make yet another repair request but I also wanted the features the bed I purchesd had. I explained over and over this feature was a selling point and a must, otherwise, I never would have
purchased this bed. After many many many emails back and forth asking for what any reputable company would automatically offer, that the replacement come with the features I purchased, they continued to go around the issue with idiotic responses like" Thank you for trusting Tempur-Pedic with your needs...yada yada yada" but a firm NO, they would not be replacing. Run Run Run. God sees
