1 starOrdered a foundation from Sealy website for delivery to my home via white glove delivery. The delivery sub contractor was no call, no show and did not respond to any contact to find out information on delivery. Contacted Sealy for help in process via customer support numbers on website. I was told they would look into it and get back within two days. No call back in two days so reached out again to be given phone number to different delivery contractor of theirs that had no record of my order. Contacted Sealy customer support again to find out more and was told they would continue to investigate and was given number to their delivery contractor that had my order this time. Contractor sub contracts to another company so had no details and mentioned would investigate. Finally reached delivery sub contractor and told only had one day available which I had prior engagement were I was going to be out of town. Tried to offer door drop-off negating Sealy advertised white glove delivery which regretfully accepted as only solution despite arguing their failing to meet advertised delivery method by doing so. Reached out to Sealy customer support again for compensation for botched delivery and excited no compensation other than comment of dropping the FREE delivery fee and was called a liar about no call, no show despite have phone records and evidence of only outgoing messages and calls. Overall poor delivery process and lack of customer support doing their job from Sealy, their contractors, and sub contractor. Delivery did arrive in new condition and was deliver as advertised but took 6 days from original delivery date and 5 days of trying to talk to companies to get delivered to me.Review fromLonetta T

1 starI wish I had read the reviews but instead, desperate for relief and buying into the hype, I thought I would spare no expense to get relief from my pain. I spoke with a store salesperson and they accessed all my bedding needs to the tune of $5000. And sold me on the fact that they come standard with a 10/25 bed and frame warranty so I need not have any worries. When the bed arrived, I almost started crying because it looked so flimsy and cheap. But I tried to keep an open mind because after all, that great warranty right. Well, after 13 months, the metal on the adjustable bed came apart and no longer raised the bed. Confidently but disgusted, I placed my warranty claim. I was bombarded with picture taking etc. Finally they agreed to a replacement. I was given a credit for the amount i paid and then instructed to go to the warranty replacement
site to choose what my credit could afford. Mind you,the prices here are much higher than whats advertised on the store site. I was advised there was enough credit to repurchase my same frame which i did. When it arrived it was inferior to my original purchase as my original purchase had a head and feet motor for massage which was a selling must for me. But the replacement, they assured me was the same model only had a head motor. Now the replacement bed singular after 1 week is roaring like a lawnmore and i also realized it only had one motor. So i had to make yet another repair request but I also wanted the features the bed I purchesd had. I explained over and over this feature was a selling point and a must, otherwise, I never would have
purchased this bed. After many many many emails back and forth asking for what any reputable company would automatically offer, that the replacement come with the features I purchased, they continued to go around the issue with idiotic responses like" Thank you for trusting Tempur-Pedic with your needs...yada yada yada" but a firm NO, they would not be replacing. 1 starI purchased a temperpedic adjustable base 2 years ago. The cable connecting and synchronizing the two bases went out so I could no longer get both sides to adjust at the same time.
I called and spoke with their technical support and ordered the cable I needed. When it arrived I called them to send out a serviceman to install it and was told that I had to pay $220.00 for the visit. The base has a 5 year warranty; 3 years parts and service, and 2 years for just parts. The base was purchased April 13, 2022 so it was still under warranty,
I was told that my warranty was null and void due to a power outage. There is nothing in the print of the warranty that lists this as a reason to cancel the coverage.
I have since contacted the Attorney General for Kentucky and filed a report with them and putting my review of them everywhere I can to warn people about their filthy and unethical operation to keep you from purchasing anything from this company.
I also left a message with their corporate office and no one ever got back to me. When you call their main number it won't let you get through to anyone and provides their hours of operation from 8-5 eastern time. I called from Chicago at 12:00pm CST. So they are purposely keeping you from being able to access anyone. I am also an Interior Designer and the company I work for sells their product. Therefore I let everyone I come into contact with know about their business practices and my personal experience with them. I will never promote them again.Review fromChristina M

1 starGot the cocoon chill hybrid, worst bed ever! I bought it online thinking I had the normal 90-100 trial period. Nope. I slept on it for two months trying to give it a real shot. Everything on my hurts. I was a couple days over the 60 day trial period and they refused to help me. It’s the worst bed. I end up on my couch most nights now because of this bed. My joints and nerves are always on fire. I even bought a mattress topper and it’s just horrible. The customer service is awful. They were rude and unwilling to do anything. I had to buy a whole other bed that will be coming this weekend. Wasted a thousand dollars for a crap bed.Review fromKay J

Absolutely
Abusively horrible company! I feel raped and abused by this company. Took my $ and sent me a $100+ pillow without packaging. Shipping box also not sealed. The pillow itself was only half full so sent a message and called. Finally got thru to someone and they pretty much belittled me. Then spoke to someone else who agreed they were in the wrong and that he would fix it. He sent me an email charging me for shipping to return the pillow! I responded saying it’s not right for me to be charged for something I never received which was a NEW pillow and he said oh well your problem can’t help you.
This was not my first horrible experience. The last time I thought it was an isolated incident but no it’s their practice and all they want is your $. They could care less about the customer or your health.
They have a monopoly on this product for
NASA and they act like it

2 starsWe purchased a king mattress and a EAZE adjustable bed frame Dec 2021. The bed frame has a 3-year parts/labor warranty. Last night (04/25/2024) the head went up but would not come down.
We called and it was determined that we needed a new remote control. The new remote would take 7-10 days to ship. I told them we were Seniors and that the bed was unusable.
We spoke to the resolution team and to Priscilla, a technician. The company will not or cannot ship overnight. The company has a service team in Phoenix, but they do not have remote controls.
The bed frame has no fail-safe feature to allow the mattress to be returned to a flat position.
If you are looking for good/excellent customer service, look elsewhere. The Mattress Firm store was of no help.Review fromDavid M

1 starI purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress 7/2/22This mattress was purchased 7/6/22. Yes, it's over 2 years. The following is the problem.
I first notified S&F Customer Service about the ridgidity of the mattress. I was told to walk on it. Not an expected comment from Customer Service. I'm 75 yrs old....not able to walk on a mattress without hurting myself.
Now, 2 years later, It's still extremely hard core; I'm getting ready to turn the mattress again and take off the mattress protective cover, which had no stains, and there's a good size stain on the mattress. I included pictures as it looks as if there's seepage from within the mattress. The return email said there were no pictures.
The mattress is so difficult to sleep on and now it's seems to be seeping something through the inside. There were no stains on the mattress cover...just the mattress itself.
So much for Sterns & Foster being the best mattress to purchase.

1 starIf I could leave no stars I would do that. However it is a comfortable bed so it warrants at least one star. The company does not honor its warranty and I am only 5 years into a ten year warranty, and they will not honor the fact that the bed is not holding up. It will not even send someone to take a look at it. I definitely will never buy from them again and encourage people to be very cautious about doing so because they do not honor their warranties.Review fromRobert B

1 starThe bedframes they sell. Are not solid. I can take my arm which has likit muscle. And shake the entire king bed. (On solid level flooring.)(level'd)
My wife and I slept on it 3 night and got motion sick and are afraid it will brake due how bad it wobbles. (Legs are fully tighten)
I also received the wrong one. I've ask due health and safety please take it back. I don't agree with the terms and safety the tempurdeic bedframe has. I have had it for little over two weeks. Adcmvanced customer care janisha M knows the delivery company is aware of the issue since day one. As tempurpedic sales knows since date of delivery. And I get the delay delay . We are busy. This is my health and safety which tempurpedic prides its self on being a for this level of but can't provide and there fore need to return the unsafe frame.Review fromRobert C

1 starIf you are considering purchasing a Termpur-pedic brand mattress, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My wife and I spent a ridiculous amount of money on one of the best (supposedly) mattresses that this company makes; It was almost $5,000. I would like to remind all potential customers that Tempur-Sealy offers a 10 year, full replacement warranty according to their website, a warranty that they refuse to stand behind.
About three years into our ownership, the mattress started to sag despite us rotating it multiple times a year. By year five, it got to the point that the sheets will not stay on it, and it is tremendously uncomfortable to sleep on. I sent in a claim with photos showing sagging more than what they are asking for and they refused multiple times to honor their warranty. I will never purchase another Sealy product in my life.
If anyone is interested in seeing photos of what you are signing yourself up for if you buy their products, please feel free to contact me and I gladly send them if it keeps you from purchasing their products.
