    Someone at the health insurance market place signed me up for 2 separate coverages without my consent or knowledge and I’m pissed off

    This company continues to harass me about services. I continuously tell them I am not interested because they take my tax money. For 2024 they are taking around $450 from my taxes for only January. This is even I told the numerous times to stop. They no longer continued for February 2024 but they still keep harassing. This cannot be legal, why are they just able to take your hard earned money? I want them to stop

    An insurance company, ******** **** **** ***** ******, a company through Health Insurance Marketplace, 465 Industrial Boulevard, in London Kentucky, 40750-0001 is claiming to have been paying for a health insurance policy for me from January to December of 2024 in the amount of $885.87 per month. The total payments equal $10,630.44. And they said that I took out cash payments on the policy. All of this is false I do not have health insurance and never have I heard of thus company. And this issue is causing the IRS to reject my federal tax return for this year.

    went to file my taxes and was told that I needed a 1095 to file. I honestly thought it was through Medicaid. I have family Medicaid. I also work for the state so I am aware of what my current health insurance is I found out that somebody fraudulently enrolled me into the marketplace. I filed a claim last week on Monday this week.I called back to get the agents name. They were playing on the phone asking me if I had an agent clearly I don’t. I was covered a different insurance the entire year of 2024. They need to close it out. I have proofthat I’ve been covered under Medicaid. I’m not sure why the last time I called just 10 minutes ago the agent was acting funny, but this needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

    I was signed up for this insurance without the proper signature and required documentations for their contract. I filed a fraud claim and settled August 2024. I won the fraud case, and the insurance was supposed to of been canceled. However, I have received notice that I have been reenrolled in this program again and I have to file another fraud claim. How can they reenroll me in something that was supposed to of been canceled in the first place? I need for this to stop. So, would you help me with this problem?

    Today, January 31, 2025 I called ************** because it is the last day to register for health insurance coverage where no days will skipped. I waited 20 minutes on hold before they answered. When she answered, there was confusion about what I was asking so she got very angry at me and started to yell. I asked to speak to someone else who could help me and she would not transfer me to someone else. Instead, she hung up on me. I then called back and waited on the phone for another 25 minutes. The person who answered was also not able to answer my question fully. He gave me unclear answers. I also asked him if I could speak to someone else who could answer my questions clearly since this was an important issue regarding my health. I am almost certain that this person also hung up on me. I am left not being able to address my health insurance concerns today and today is the last day to get coverage for 2025. I just need definite answers.

    I received a 1095-A form from the market Place, I receive Medicaid and did not apply or use the market place to my knowledge at any time, I used my medicade. The agent at the market place told me I signed up in 2023 for a 5 year automatic renewal,I was signed up by an agent **** ******** his ID Number is ******** but my 1095-A form shows May until December of the year 2024. I spoke with my medicaid worker today 1/24/2025 and she stated this has happened to other receipents. I need your assistance in making the Market Place void the 1095-A and helping others with a similar situation. My Medicaid case worked gave me my forms showing where I have received medicaid since 12/1/2024 until present, I put below a Dollar amount the business said the state paid for me.

    I have received over 35 calls a day and had to block every single one of the numbers. I reported it to ****************** and have asked to be put on a DO NOT CALL list. I can share my block list of how many time they have called me interrupted my phone service, call all hours day and night, cost me phone minute times,. etc. They have sold my private information to
    ACA as well and I have been bombarded with unsolicited calls, unwanted calls, been ******** ********* by these calls, telling me they want to **** *** ** ******* ** ****** **** * ** **** ** ***** ******   They owe me tons of money for the harrassement I have endured over 12 months period of time. I received well over 5000, FIVE THOUSAND, CALLS.
