Very disappointed. I purchased their protection plan when I bought furniture. Have used them in the past with no issues. You cant get anyone to take your call or answer emails. Their claim website leaves much to be desired and should offer multiple ways to submit a claim other than selecting the plan #. My plan # was not in the selection I was given so I could not continue to submit my claim. It was a dead end. Very frustrated and dont know how to proceed. You pay a good amount of money and dont receive proper service when you need it.

Run. Not walk away from this company. We filed a claim in January, to which they took their time, but that doesn’t matter because we paid them. The first plumber sent out was in and out of my house and never got back in touch with us or the company. The second company that came out (3 weeks later) was very thorough and showed us what the issues were with our water heater. He kept in contact with us and provided receipts of what the warranty company was saying. I got an email that our claim was denied - because the water heater was too small for the house and seems like the previous home owners neglected the system. This is after the plumber showed me they took good care of it, and when he went to try and flush it he originally thought he wouldn’t get anything out - but alas. The “claims department” aka a piece of miserable work named Abby, stated that the plumber said there was sediment in the water. I said no there wasn’t because the plumber said he was shocked there was nothing in there backing up the system. I said the water was just murky and he was surprised he got anything out of the heater, with how old it was. She stops me and says that’s sediment. I said no, the water was just murky, what do you expect from a heater? There was no stones or calcium build up. she told me that they were denying my claim because even though it wasn’t my fault they don’t cover water heaters for being too small for the house and having sediment from not previously flushing. I hung up on her because she was very condescending and inhumane. The plumber messaged me back a day later and confirmed he told them there was no sediment indicated. Shame on that woman for trying to flip words of a professional and weed her way into hesitation of someone who is not a plumber and doesn’t know what to look for. This company is a sham and I would run as far away as you can. We only bought our house in January (it’s now 2/18) and we were “gifted” at closing with this warranty we can’t even use.

After reviewing this ticket with our team, we see that your coverage is still active. If you have any further issues with other products, or even the water heater, you are still covered under the home warranty. The coverage is limited by the terms and conditions in your agreement. A water heater flush is a maintenance activity not a covered service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why would I want to work further with a company who is condescending and down right rude? Why would I want to continue services? I would rather pay out of pocket to not deal with how long it took for you to send not one, but two people to our home. Then flip what the plumber stated so you don’t have to help my family out. The plumber never said a flush was needed. I was next to him when your company told him to do a flush to see if there was sediment - just to turn around and tell us that it’s not covered. There wasn’t any sediment but that’s why you denied our claim. Why would I want to do business with a shady company? Thank goodness we didn’t pay for your services otherwise we would be in small claims court by now.

We purchased a dining table from Zgallerie and the glass broke. We had an extended warranty and Zgallerie directed us to OnPoint for our claims We filed a claim and the company offered us compensation for our dining table, to be exact $662 for a $1400 dining table. Also, mind you, there is no way we’d be able to replace the glass. We directly told them we just want a repair or replacement and they instead told us to reach out to Zgallerie because that’s the company that promised us a repair or replacement. When we reached out to Zgallerie, they told us to contact OnPoint, even though when we bought the extended warranty, in the email Zgallerie send us, repairs or replacements were promised. I truly do not know what scheme they’re playing. Be careful with the company you buy furniture and the company the warranty is contracted with. OnPoint is a horrible company and be careful if you ever have to get a warranty through them.

In June 2022 I received a letter from Electrolux Home Products, stating that the extended warranty for my Frigidaire upright freezer was transferred to the company "On Point Warranty Solutions LLC". My warranty is good til December 2024. On 2-13-23 I made several phone calls regarding my upright freezer and was on hold each time over 30-minutes. Eventually, I hung up the phone. Their online request is just as bad, you cannot speak to a live person. This is BAD business and they should be shut down for good. I no longer want to be with this company and would like a refund of my un-used extended warranty payment.
I made a payment of $133.54 for 12-13-21 to 12-13-24 extended warranty. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I purchased warranties for three appliances. The wine frig has a panel that is not working.
At first they said I canceled the warranty, I finally got that resolved and a repair man was sent to diagnose. We have been waiting months for them to approve the repair under the warranty.
    DO NOT USE THEM

Hi Julie. We sincerely apologize for the delay. There was an issue with the contract on your wine fridge which was resolved with Direct Buy. We were able to ultimately approve the service on your product.
Our records show the repair was completed under warranty on January 10. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope to earn back your trust for any possible future repairs needed.

I have a Kitchen Aid Gas Range a Service call code came up F2E1. I have the extended warranty bought through State Street Discount in Portsmouth NH. Which is On Point Warranty Solutions. This is week 5 that I have been calling with no solution. Every person I have spoken to at On Point says they will look into this claim and call me back. I have not received one call back. I was told by On Point told last week that Kitchen Aid needs to provide this part that is needed to fix my range. And that they reached out to Kitchen Aid and were waiting for response. I then called Kitchen Aid and sent the warranty department and email on this issue. No one has responded from them either. I called both companies today and Kitchen Aid told me it's not covered by them. Called On Point back and I am waiting on a call back. The call that will never come. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

Hi Chantel. We looked into your case and our records show that you reached out on August 15, 2022, and we were able to dispatch to a servicer on August 16, 2022. The initial diagnostic required a part that is typically warrantied by the manufacturer. We advised the servicer or yourself to reach out to the manufacturer to supply the part under warranty. Unfortunately, neither party was able to get in contact with the manufacturer. In the interest in making the repair, OnPoint purchased the part needed in order to move forward. Our records show the repair was completed on October 30, 2022. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope to regain your trust with any possible future repairs needed.

Bought furniture from American Freight. Got the warranty, had to file a claim because the spring on the recliner broke. Called them and then decided it would be easier to file online. I did that and claim was " denied because I didn't speak to an agent". You're on hold for over 2 hours and never speak to anyone. The recording says to press 1 to hold your place in line. Over an entire day later still have not received a call back. This company seems to just want your money and does not want to help. That person" ****** " on the recording seems to be lying about the entire process since you can never get to a real person. And the response from this company I read here seem to be nothing more than a canned answer. I regret that I was suckered into this useless warranty. BUYER BEWARE
