      There are individuals who may or may not be working with Humana who are scamming medicare patients from their insurance and switching them iver without consent or any knowledge

      I had Humana dental insurance. As our old dentist was retiring we were looking for a new dentist. We called Humana to find a new dentist that Humana covered. I live in KY and Humana referred me to a dentist out of state in Ohio. The dentist said I need two root canals and two crowns. The dentist office did not ask for a copayment, nor tell me what Humana would pay. In the end, the wife and I had a bill for $3500.00. my wife was on the phone with Humana for several hours trying to get this mess straighted out. Humana gave 4 different stories to the wife why they did not pay for dental work. We had no idea Humana would not cover out of state work, and Humana referred me to this dentist! Humana refused to pay for their mistakes by sending me to a dentist out of state.

      Humana won't cover prescriptions I need to move without pain or prescriptions to breathe like Flovent that has worked for me for years. Looks like I'm screwed

      Humana Sucks!!!!
      84 yr old woman. Moved 2 yrs ago & update billing address. Humana has been mailing the policy info for 2 years. They say there was a billing issue and sent past due & cancelation notices to old address. She never rcvd them. Policy canceled. They say it's not their fault they didn't use the correct address. Won't reinstate policy. Made me spend a total of 4 hours on the phone req a new policy...only to deny it bec it is outside of time frame to get a new policy. No there understands the issue. Uneducated employees. Humana Sucks. Could've just cxd her policy instead of wasting my time.

      It was determined your Humana plan terminated due to nonpayment of your Humana PDP plan’s premium. Your premium was on autopay with a VISA card, which declined payment on September 05, 2023, and October 05, 2023. The autopay was removed, and a coupon book was mailed to you on October 09, 2023, to the address on file, 9. Humana sent payment reminders on October 13, 2023, November 19, 2023, and December 09, 2023. Humana has no record of you contacting Humana until January 04, 2024, regarding your new address and the premium that was past due. You paid the past due balance; however, not updating your address is not an error on Humana’s part and is not criteria for reinstatement.

      How can I rate this company as a zero?
      I have been on the phone with the 4 times now and I was assured the last time I spoke with them that my prescriptions has been transferred and were on order.
      Now I’m checking Ang I find that not only have none of my prescriptions been ordered, I don’t even have any prescriptions listed on their site.
      Absolutely inept.
      Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this horrible company.

      Seven years ago, my primary care physician referred me to the eye clinic in the same medical building; as I had been diagnosed as diabetic and and having my eyes checked annually, was important. This year, Humana denied the fee for my annual visit. My doctor also said I needed an annual lung screening because of my age. So for many years, I have had it done. I received a call from the lung screening clinic to tell me, Humana would no longer covered the procedure. To me, this is a breach of contract between Humana and myself. And naturally, they began denying it when I could no longer enroll in another plan that does cover these two procedures.

      It was determined that Arnuity Ellipta is a Tier 3 medication and there are no lower cost alternatives to the medication. You are currently in the initial coverage stage, which has dropped your copay considerably from when you were filling the Arnuity Ellipta in the deductible stage.
      In regard to your order with CenterWell Pharmacy for your order to be expedited, it was confirmed that you requested your order to be sent via UPS or FedEx. The CenterWell Pharmacy representative did not add the request to the order. We would like to apologize for this oversight.

      Anybody who uses Humana is a damn fool. I believe them what they said to me. They said I had a grocery allowance they also said I had transportation to and from the grocery store. Neither of which is true. I took over to the grocery store they charge my old account which apparently had a few dollars on it. I get to the store all the purchases were denied and then Uber denied Transportation home on my Flex card from humana. Got a hold of a supervisor he said he would would or could do nothing for me. Bad information below 30 degree weather a guy with ospreyoporosis and a bad hip and I had to walk 3 miles home this is wrong

      Misinformation
      Spent hours at a time several different calls I placed in regards to an unauthorized debit from my bank
      I was advised that a Supervisor would better assist me the rep asked for my cell number
      Assured me within a few hours I would receive a call
      No call received
      Unauthorized bank draft has been reported to my bank also reported to the Federal Trade Commission of Washington DC, I was sold a dental policy which $99 would be authorized to be drafted out of my account monthly, my bank account showing almost $200 dollars taken by humana. I spoke with 3 different employees after waiting on hold for each one between transfers only to be told the draft is for 2 months and humana disregarded the fact that 2 months were drafted yesterday even though my paperwork my policy shows a monthly draft at $99/ month
