      Humana has been a very bad experiece for me. My husband had Humana and they pester you to death about every little detail of a claim and can't seem to know what medications you are on. They call and the same infomaion every week!! Also, I had a HSA through Humana and the also pestered me about submitting an EOB on every transaction I made! Very annoying. Why can't they get their act together and know what is a legit transaction when they see one! Very ANNOYING! I will never do business with them again. If you want to be annoyed with pestering Health Care Company be my guest. You will regret it. Bad Customer Service.

      Got a bill today for $3.41 from 08/25/2017 been on over 30 minuites still no answer as what its for. Finally gave up no one can come up with an answer. Must be a scam. Todays date 10/25/22

      If anyone wants the best insurance go with Humana !! Trust me I have had several over the years and this company takes great care of me ! Just recently I was denied a certain medication and within a month they actually listened to my doctor and they approved the medication I desperately needed ! So anyone that questions if they care or not they absolutely do ! Whoever it was that decided to approve it thank you probably saved my life !! Thanks Humana I will be a customer til the day I die !!

      I was told that Humana could not refill my prescription because it is more than 90 days since my last refill. I asked to see written guidelines concerning this and was told by Mico this couldn’t be done. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told no she would not do this. I asked for the supervisor’s number and she attempted to give me the generic phone number. She refused to give me her last name.this medication cannot be suddenly stopped.

      I manage my Mom's medical care and she has been with Humana for almost three years. The service has been great. Switching to Humana has added up to savings of over $6000 in a three year period, compared to her previous insurance. Her prescriptions are shipped to her at no cost (of course it depends on your specific medications). Humana offers great service and affordable prices. When I need to speak to a representative, I've never had a problem getting a live agent.

      Customer service is horrible. I have only called a couple of times but both times the representative was terribly rude. I just don't call with any questions because of the poor customer service. I had ask a simple question regarding the transportation company who takes me to appointments. She was rude and said she couldn't help me because it's not Humana who transport me. That they use someone else. I already knew that. I just had a simple question. All she had to tell me that they use Modivcare and direct me to how to contact them. But the biggest thing is she was just so so rude. Because of this I may look for another insurance company.

      Wow.... According to the 2023 Medicare Book Humana has a members rating of 85% + on all their plans soooooo everyone here is giving one star! Hmmmmm perhaps medicare isn't doing their due diligence on checking Humanas actual policy holders satisfaction. Perhaps they need to start with the grievances filed with Humana. To the most degree nothing gets resolved even filing a grievance. Their response is very generic and unhelpful....matter of fact one time the letter response came back and it was actually someone elses grievance and not mine.... ?? Kind of scary and your not able to follow wherein the process the grievance is in their patient portal. And yet an 85%+ rating for their plans in the annual medicare book. Something is extremely amiss here. Lack of training could be one of the biggest dilemmas within Humanas business as I find their CSR's leave something to be desired, not all of them but most. Oh and did I mention if you want to speak to someone in claims or grievance dept. your at a dead end as they " cannot" transfer the call. This seems to be an issue as so often what you convey to the CSR and the notes taken ( if any at all) are two entirely different issues.

      Individual told that it would take 2 weeks to get their food order placed. People can't wait that long for food.
