      Tgis is basically the worste insurance I have ever had. I have never had a copay before on ssi. Thier company got me to swap to them and bow i have to pay to see the doctor. I can't afford a 50 dollar copay on ssi disability. I walked away from the doctor and tbh wish I was no longer alive at this point after so many problems dealing with them to just get help. This should be illegal. They are conning America to pay them for nothing by government.

      If I could I would give HUMANA a minus 10 score, they are3 by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.
      I've been trying to file an appeal with them over their non payment of my doctors order for 90 urostomy pouches which I have been getting every three months for the past two years without a problem, however on my last order they have refused to pay the full amount for the pouches as usual and will only pay for a lesser amount of 60 pouches which I can not possibly stretch into a three month period of time, I need the full order of 90 pouches to last that long.
      Long story short, I've tried to fill out the appeal forms online as they state that I have to but all I get after filling out the forms is a "500 Error" saying that "Something has gone wrong on our end, We are aware of the problem, Please try again later".
      So I have tried again and again and again and still keep getting the same error 500 message and it's super FRUSTRATING and MADDENING trying to deal with this HUMANA online appeal process, I think it's being done on purpose to discourage people like myself from filing an appeal.
      I know when I call them about the situation all I'm going to get is the SCRIPTED, CANNED ANSWERS and NO HELP !
      I am in the processors of finding a new Insurance Company as I can not take anymore of HUMANA's very FRUSTRATING POOR SERVICE !

      Didn't prove a thing, and they wouldn't unlock it keeping me from medications I needed refills on.
      After 15 phone calls in 15 business days I gave up and went somewhere else.

      They don't really cover any medications and if you ask for an explanation they don't give you one they use acronyms that mean nothing to someone not in the company and when you question it they hang up on you

      I sent a package to Corporate claims office as told. I sent it May 29,2024. I have proof of the delivery. The contents was a dental claim for reimbursement, promised by a Humana agent. Three witnesses heard him promise the coverage before I signed on to Humana. Now I cannot get anyone to help me. This is fraud. Insurance fraud is a federal crime. I will be filing charges. I was on the phone tonight, to follow up with my claim. 1 and half hours. No progress. Hideous people.

      I was covered for medication the last couple of years. Sudden denial of medication coverage is based on not having active “Event” of cardiovascular disease such as stroke, heart attacks, heart failure, diabetes. I had been taken the medication to prevent these conditions. Now I’m refused coverage with no alternative treatment options. I was given the run around and have spent hours on the phone trying to get someone who could tell me the reasoning behind the change. They want you to be sick and will refuse treatment for preventive measures. They are stupid, cold hearted and really don’t care about your health! They want you to continue to pay increases for coverage but refuse to pay for preventive treatment! There is no money in being well only for being sick! I will be canceling my plan!!

      Healthcare plans for healthier days -- those are the first words you see on their website..However, they do not care about you, your loved ones, Just the money. here in San Antonio, they partner with a company called Maruti Transit Group. While I have to keep a job to support us my wife cannot drive and relies on transportation to her doctors. these people have left my wife and others out in the 100+ Texas heat for 2+ hours without blinking an eye. upon reporting this Humana has done nothing.       I was sold a policy as a 50 year old that had an age limit of 26. They took my money for 3 years and would not cover anything. This is criminal and this policy should never have been sold to me. I would leave 0 stars if I could

      We've been w Humana a few years they do fine with coverage, not a problem.
      However, last December we changed our policys, the guy who sold us the policy said he would take care of canceling the old policies, he didn't so we called humana shortly after that and requested that all old policies be canceled, they did except one, they have continued to bill us for that policy for 5 mo., I've talked to them for hours all about this one policy, my wife was double covered for dental all this time, I finally realized that they are all clueless inept people that have a curious relationship with honesty. When you call them half the time the call mysteriously disconnects, or the person is so hard to understand that the conversation goes the direction that you would have with a 2 year old. Today a manager was supposed to call me, no call, I've had case #'s, reference #'s assigned to this. I've been told that the one gal kelly who was really so helpful, ya she was from the wrong dept?
      I was to get all my money back in 2 weeks
      they all say they will help me, today after hours on the phone I call and the robot says I owe the last month on the policy that they all claim to have cancelled. I wouldn't let any of them walk my dog and my dog is dumber then a box of rocks but I love her cause she's my dog. It's frightening that a company so huge is so lost, sometimes it's kinda funny as you're talking to the rep.s you can hear chickens in the background LOL They do have a fraud line and you can file grievances and you get all this mail like they are really gonna fix something, but no, today I've got 3 hr.s on the phone 2 dropped calls, they act insulted when I ask if they will call me back if the call drops, then it drops and they don't call back. Today at midday I was told a manager would call me so I'm supposed wait by the phone, you guessed it ghosted.

      I'm handicaped. Centerwell Pharmacy is not very nice to me in regard to switching me UPS. I have two packages that were sent UPS from Centerwell Pharmacy. By the way, Centerwell Pharmacy is rated 1.2 out of 5 stars! The United States Postal Service will not drop-off my mail anymore. My caregiver stold from me. I requested a new caregiver from Humana. I will wait, and see. I have two attorneys. The one is a Criminal Attorney. The one was a Prosecutor, but now, he is an attorney.
