  I had an appointment for 8:00 on a weekend. At 9:30 I called the office and spoke to someone who was very hard to understand due to a accent. About 20 minutes later the inspector called and told me his muffler had fallen off. When I asked what that had to do with his phone or him calling, he didn't answer, but said it was raining and would have to reschedule. Note it was barley sprinkling and you can see the damage from the ground. Later that day i received a text stating due to inclement weather I would be rescheduled.

  I had the same experience with seek now that others have had. We had 2 roofing contractors come out and say we had damage. We called it into our insurance company for which they turned it over to this company called Seek Now. When the guy came out, he was here for 1 1/2 hours and then said we had no damage from Hail even though every neighbor that was around us supposedly did have damage done to their roofs and have already gotten their roofs replaced or are in the process of getting it replaced. So far my insurance company is refusing to come back out and do their own inspection of the roof even though we sent pictures from the roofing company that were taken of our roof.

  Terrible experience ! Guy rolled up on my property and acted like he was doing me a favor ! Denied my roof and I had two other roofing companies come in behind him and refuted everything he said ! Got my roof approved! I think ge gets paid to deny deny deny! And he left black chalk all over my rake boards!

  Seek Now, came to my house to inspect my roof for hail damage after the tornado that came through and dropped debris all over our roof. Our roofing contractor was here and the 2 of them climbed up to inspect. Even providing my roofing contractor with chalk to circle damage. There were over 400 pock marks on my roof. Seek now said the only part of my roof that needed replaced was the back quarter of my home. My roofing contractor disagreed but did not stick around to assist. When I contacted my insurance company, I let them know seek now was rated F with the BBB and my roof was toast. He agreed but said the best he can do is send another inspector out. The experience with seek now was terrible. I’m thankful my adjuster cancelled the second inspection and just paid out for a new roof.

  My roof suffered wind/ storm damage seek now came out for my insurance co to place a tarp on the damaged area that’s all I thought they were doing I got my roofing co (lifetime roofing and restoration) come out and check my roof the found wind damage that allowed my foot to leak submitted their findings to my insurance co and a quote for repair, that’s when I was told they had a report of no damage to my roof but water was backing up in a valley on the roof but the same valley is on the other side with no problem, my insurance denied my roofers report and took seek now just like the other complaints I see on this page and refused to repair my roof. They are horrible seek now should not be allowed to continually get away with this and the insurance companies.

  Absolutely, brainwashed by carriers... total waste of time. Everyone please make a formal complaint with the TDI to ensure accountability and documentation.
