  Seek Now was sent by S**** **** to inspect my roof after I had storm damage. The inspector from Seek Now did not even come to my front door and introduce himself to me much less ask if he could inspect my roof. Of course, my claim was rejected even though damage is evident on all slopes Seek Now recommended repairing missing shingles. I was told by my case handler Seek Now just took pictures and counted shingles and I asked to speak with a manager. Manager confirmed what I suspected, S**** **** goes by recommendations from Seek Now. My roofer has gone above and beyond to get my roof replaced and now I’m faced with making several choices. New roof or repair (repair exceeds my deductible) and new insurance company.

  I finally figured a way to beat these clowns at Seeknow. Have the homeowner call and refuse their service. The insurance companies don’t like it but they have to please the customer. Ask for a real adjuster.

  They get paid by the insurance company and have the insurance best interest to deny claims to save them money.

  My insurance company hired them to inspect our roof. They gave me a three hour window, they never showed up, never called, never apologized.

  I would give Zero stars for Seeknow if I could. Terrible company. My house roof and siding is totaled from damage Seeknow is a joke. The kid the sent looks to be 17-18 years old. We have a hole in the roof the size of a quarter and they say there is no damage?? Scratch’s all over the siding and some hole. Also do NOT use ***** **** worst insurance company ever. They use Seeknow and don’t even send their own representatives out?? Not good business. I have been a customer of ***** **** for over 20 years and now we are having huge problems. Also heard the CEO of ***** **** received a 24.5 million dollar bonus. Drop them.

  My insurance company hired SeekNow to inspect my garage roof after a heavy snow dropped a huge branch on my garage. The adjustor hired them and they set an appointment, sent a picture of who would come and a time. He was half an hour early, left a voicemail that he would send the report in. The problem comes in when he inspected my house, not my garage, they are separate buildings, and the garage is a lot taller. Evidently he can't tell new shingles from old, either. Our house was just rebuilt after a fire that didn't affect the garage. I hope they send someone who knows what garage looks like this time but after reading these reviews I'm not hopeful.
  This would be a no star but you have to pick one and half isn't an option either.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I had an issue with the roof and in the process of scheduling repairs we needed a tarp. Through her insurance company we were called by seek now to install the tarp. We spoke to them on a Monday and they were scheduled to come and install the tarp on Wednesday between 3 and 6 PM. I took off work to be home between 3 and 6 PM, however, seek now never showed up. When I called them at 5:30 to get an estimated time of arrival, I was informed that they canceled the appointment and just never bothered to tell me.

  The young man was very professional, enthusiastic and informative upon arrival. The company had texted me a picture of the representative that would be out so I would know who he is, and be aware of any imposters. He executed his job, timely, efficiently, and communicated upon leaving.

  Our roof was damaged in a hail storm and the inspector our insurance hired (Michael Gates) didn't even inspect our entire roof and didn’t take any pictures of the obvious damage. Then he sent his report to our insurance and said we were not allowed to see it or talk about it. Turns out he told the insurance there was no valid claim. This company is here to try and scam you out of your insurance claims—don’t trust them at all.

  My insurance company hired seeknow to look at my roof after a leak caused interior damage. The "inspector came out, found one nail pop and stated that the roof was improperly installed. The roof was 6 years old and had no previous problems. I contacted a different roofer and upon inspection he found the roof to be fine. He stated one nail pop is not a case of an improper installation. Because of seeknow and the wrong conclusion I had to pay for the roofer to repair the nail pop. In my opinion seeknow is hired to get claims refused by the insurance company. They are totally incompetent and should be out of business.
