Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. I have left Voicemails, left emails no responses. I call at 8:30AM everyday and cannot get through and no call backs. I will contact credit card company today and challenge the charge. I have been waiting 3 months on this.

i purchased a backup keyfob for my 2000 prelude from car keys express at the longmont, CO sam's club early February 2024. since older model fobs are not kept onboard the truck, so it was mailed to me ... when it arrived, i was very pleasantly surprised that the fob was a genuine Honda brand fob identical to my original one!
i called the number on the order form to have the truck come to my house to program the fob with my prelude, and the truck came b by just a few days later. the two techs quickly programmed the fob, which worked perfectly, and cost less than half of what a Honda dealer would have charged.
the two techs were friendly and professional, and my experience with car keys express was excellent!

1 starI had some keys made at Costco in Garner, NC while Keysexpress was there.
The vehicle that I had the keys made was at home 60 miles away. The staff at Carkeys Express told me as soon as I got home to call their number and they would walk me through the programming process. I called the number, left repeated voice mails, sent a text and got no response for a few days. I finally received a text saying bring my vehicle to their location and they would program it; that is not what I was told I would have to do. They assured me I could do it remotely.
I now want a refund and have gotten no response. I am out $$$. They did not keep their word.Review fromKaryie B

I'll try to be short. I'd say 3 yrs ago, in March, a few weeks before the "Covid Chaos & shut downs", I bought a used car from Cochran Kia @ Robinson. The dealer had ONLY 1 fob, and did NOT mention it, till I was signing last few papers. We are walking towards car and I see him handing me ONE fob. Huh? My car is keyless entry + push button start, so I don't use keys. Therefore, if I lost the ONLY fob, I was given, I am screwed. Kia dealer did tell me it was about $100. I didn't second guess him. It was such a a long day & I was getting a headache & I know, it's my fault but.. I wanted to go! VERY Pathetic, cuz he already had the sale, you know? Either way, I've been pushing my luck, for 3 years & didnt feel to lucky. For some reason, I just finally starting to research info on Kia fobs. I went to Kia parts & guy said it was $260 to buy fob & $290 to program it. I could buy it online, instead of Kia, so I can save a lil money, but I still needed to get it programmed at Kia. Or vice versa with prices. Basically, ONLY a few dollars shy of $600. Last week, I looked on Amazon & found a reputable car key dealer. Basically Amazon key guy said something to the effect that he didn't have exact model. Ugh. I then recruited my kid to help me & within ONE hour, NO joke. We had 3 fobs ordered & paid for & just waiting for confirmation date of appointment. WOW! Fast Fwd.. Dec 2023, I met Car Keys Express (key guy) in a parking lot and like 15-ish min, I'm done AND on my way home! Plus, I have an after market remote start and... NOPE, NO problems & NO b.s.. I'm VERY happy. All is good! The best part & the grand finale IS.. I got 2 fobs from Key Car Express, instead of ONLY 1, from Kia & STILL saved approx $200. Yep, So that's my story. Plus 1st time experience with Car Keys Express, wasn't chaotic nor aggrevating. I would try them 1st, before ANY else IF I ever need help again, in the future. All is 101% honest.
