      did not get anything I ordered. I only received a crunch wrap supreme and I did not order this item. I only receive that even though I order much more items which was never delivered. I am very disappointed I placed the order on the app.

      Complaint:

      On March 2, 2025, I placed a mobile order through the official Taco Bell app for pickup at the Manhattan Beach, CA location. However, upon arrival, the store informed me that they had no record of the order in their system. As a result, I did not receive any food or service.

      Following this incident, I contacted Taco Bell's customer service multiple times via email to request a refund to my original payment method. Despite these repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a response or any acknowledgment from Taco Bell.

      Resolution Sought:

      I am seeking a full refund for the unfulfilled order, returned to the original form of payment used when placing the order. I would also appreciate a formal acknowledgment of the complaint and an explanation for the lack of response from customer service.

      I don't know what's going on with the Taco Bells here in my city (Winston Salem, NC) but both on Reynolda Road AND Summit Point have been SEVERELY slacking and I'm truly appalled by the level of customer service etc. But this issue was the last straw for me. I recently went to the Taco Bell on Summit Point and I want you to look at what I was given. I'm gonna attach the picture. This is UNACCEPTABLE but it's NOT the first time!!!!! But to make matters worse
      .. I came to bring the food back and the manager said "I don't make the food" but you could CLEARLY tell that it had been sitting for a long time. Then as im standing there, he rudely tells me to "throw it away" instead of him taking it and putting it in the trash. He then gave me another batch of food then he proceeded to ask me what my sauce is and when I told him cheese sauce, he chucked it over the counter and it fell on the floor. Then he had to give me another one and walked off. I have never in my life experienced such bad service!!! It's currently May 6th at 3:28PM just for reference of the manager that was on duty that day. He was a younger African American guy, heavy set. This needs to be addressed promptly!!

      On April 7th 2025 I made two orders at about 1 AM using the Taco Bell App. I used the app to submit my complaint but was not answered for several days. I then called to see what was going on and was told I would be called in 2-3 business days. This was on 4/17/25, almost 3 weeks ago. I am unable to make orders and I have offers that are worth money. I tried calling again and was told to delete and redownload the app. I have done so multiple times and am not receiving help. Each time I have called 800-822-6235 I speak to someone named *****. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak to the app team or *****'s supervisor I was told they are unavailable. It doesn't matter when I call. Here is the original complaint:

      I’d placed my order before the store closed, at least half an hour, and when I pulled up I was not greeted yet my online order came up and I said it was correct and they continued making it. When I got to the window I was told the order had to be cancelled since they had closed early. I tried to tell them I didn’t have the option to cancel the order but they backed up and stared at me through the window. I would like this order refunded and the coupons associated reinstated. I also drove to 2 other stores way out of the way for me before I was able to place my order. I am quite upset by the lack of service and experience I had. I hope you will help. This is the first order of 2.

      This is very frustrating not being able to use the app, I get a payment error each time I try. I contacted the credit card company and they see no error. I received bad service and now I am getting worse service every time I try to use the service.

      I've emailed and submitted several complaints. Taco Bell won't even respond. The location at 3705 128th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006 has the logo, Taco Bell light has been have out for a long time. Additionally, ALL yes ALL the lights in the parking lot are out at night. I keep saying this in complaints. They don't even reply to me nor do they fix it.

      On the evening of April 24th I ordered a lux box from taco bell North Ridgeville online. However the order went to Colorado rd. Lorain.

      I called the Lorain, OH location to cancel within 5 minutes of placing order. TB employee could not cancel the order.So l had to reorder at the correct store.

      I have been going to the Taco Bell in Shelby, NC for my whole life and the past few years the service has become horrible. I went there tonight April 30, 2025 and three of the employees were standing outside on their phones. I went to the speaker to be told what I have heard for the past year and that is they are out of ground beef, chicken, chips, and potatoes. It was two and a half hours before closing and they said they could only fulfill Door dash or online orders. I have heard that now for almost a year now that they are always out of food and that they can't do it unless its ordered prior and I've had it happen 4 hours before closing time.

      I went 5 months ago and I was told that they were only accepting online orders and so I went and parked to place an online order and I went back through the drive thru to pick it up and they said they were out of beef. I was then instructed to cancel the order and choose an alternative meat and so I parked again and did it immediately and when I went to place a new order the website said that online ordering had been disabled. I went right back through the drive thru and told them I tried to replace my order and I was told that they were no longer accepting online ordered, an HOUR before closing. After they had refused to simply change my meat by verbal request and being instructed to cancel my original order. When I confronted her, and reminded her that she had just told me to cancel my order, she just kept repeating I'm sorry we aren't accepting orders.

      If the business has no intention of taking orders after 10 PM they need to state it clearly on the business it is false advertising. I have also been told by a friend that they intentionally only do online order so that they don't cause any red flags for no fulfilling online orders and turn people away in the drive thru so that they don't have to work as hard.       I went to Taco Bell on 04/25/2025 and ordered the new chicken nuggets that they had and discovered there was hair in my food and when I called back to ask for a refund I was rudely told that there was no way the hair came from them and I wasn’t getting a refund and they would only remake my order “if it made me feel batter”

      On Friday April 25th at 9:19 pm I made a split transaction where 20$ was took off my account, I was then told i still owe the money when it’s clear as day says the money was took but they went and refunded the order. I’ve called and went up to the Taco Bell at location Seymour in Cincinnati multiple times for a transaction made off my card , I checked my account it no longer said pending but that the 20 was took off my account and they keep telling me denying that it was took off my card, when my bank and apple wallet clearly states APPROVED and no longer pending . The coworkers are constantly catching attitudes with me because they failed to do their jobs correctly, I asked for a receipt and they kept telling me they wouldn’t be able to because “I didn’t pay for my order”

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like my full 20$ refund, I am not interested in ever supporting this company, was supposed to be my first time trying the food that night and they messed up and tried to make it seem like we were the issue, they were all rude and disrespectful, I’d never support a company that don’t show good hospitality or customer service to their CUSTOMERS. This is completely unacceptable . Whole time she probably rung it up as cash and couldn’t take accountability for the mistake they’ve made, I’ve never had to go out my way to make a report of a company over a mistake they clearly made and try to make it seem like I never paid it’s sad and I will be reporting.
