1 starThis is at the Texas Roadhouse in Cape Girardeau MO. 01-11-2023 Okay me and my friend got absolutely disrespected and embarrassed In front of everyone. I’m 21yrs old (22yrs old on the 23rd of January 2024) and she is 22yrs old. I was pregnant my entire 21st and my best friend come down from Tennessee to spend my upcoming birthday with me and my first drink ever being bought since I was pregnant. We ordered our drinks and the waitress said she will be back with our IDs. The manager brought them back, slammed them on the table and loudly said “these are fake IDs. Nice try!” And then smirked and sped away. We asked for her to come back and explain why she called us liars i front of everyone and just genuinely wanted to know because they are 100% real. And the waitress said she will not come back over because she was busy. Absolutely disrespectful to be a manager. I asked what her name was and the waitress said the managers name is April. We asked if they could scan them or if they needed our social security numbers and they said they don’t do that. Absolutely disrespectful and embarrassing. 1 starManager with glasses thst worked at 6.40 on the date of complsint seemed very aggressive and unable to handle her emotions due to my parties comcerns. Also Two people in our party received filthy silverware. The manager got covertly aggressive with the excuses "we are short" to which we expressed concerned of the cleanliness of the kitchen and food since they are short as per that managers constant argumentive excuses. 5 starsWe celebrated our 32 wedding anniversary at Tex. Roadhouse on Fairview in Meridian, Idaho on Dec. 28, 2023. As always the food was great as well as our server Lilly that day. She was excited for our celebration and was VERY NICE to us. We sat at our favorite table and had a truly memorably time there. See you again next year Texas Roadhouse, same time and date! 1 starWe dined in recently here and will never be back.
My child got the kids cheeseburgers and fries that
were by the way not fresh. None of my food was.
My grilled chicken was SO dry and not edible. After
We left a few hours later into the evening my child
was vomiting up her burger she ate at diner. I
submitted a response online and Noone cared to
check. I also called in and spoke to a manager and
she had no empathy and didn't even apologize.I
told her we were not coming back and she didnt
seem to care. The health dept is involved in this as
well being this same situation happened one time
being this sarie t a nting here being they
last year. Just be careful eating here

4 starsI was at a Texas Roadhouse in Il and they had a VIP card, so when we got back home to ky we when to dinner at a Texas Roadhouse and they did not expect or offer a VIP card.we think if your going to offer VIP cards it should be at all Texas Roadhouse not just a few. Hadn’t eaten at a Texas Roadhouse in quite a while but we were on a vacation and had a gift card, so we said “why not” and stopped in this one on Parkway.
WOW! Blown away by the food and service! Never had such a positive experience at TR before. In fact , we have
been to dozens of them over the past 25 years but this was our best ever visit, and we went back the next night to see if it was just a “one off”. Again, it was the same excellent service and food. Thanks to this Texas Roadhouse for going above and beyond. Oh by the way, in response to the other review I read about TR where the 4 patrons who dined , with 2 rounds of drinks, and then complained about the cost. Really!!???

We have been going to Texas Roadhouse since it opened. I told the waitress I didn’t know how to use the electronic gadget to pay my bill. The waitress proceeded to use the electronic thing once she started the transaction she left and i didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t find our waitress to ask her to help guide me through the process. Someone else took the thing and tried to figure it out. Stop at the front desk and spoke with the manager for the address for corporate. He said he could give a phone number and once again I had to ask for an address. 1221 Boardman Poland Rd. Rude as hell all of them. Jessica the manager of this location was the rudest. I was simply trying to place an order, I could not get a hold of them, it took me three to four times to finally get a hold of somebody. Jessica was extremely rude, detailed all of the internal problems they had that has nothing to do with customers, and were very blunt and frustrated simply because I was slightly frustrated. She then hung up the phone on me, and that is why I called customer service. I made a complaint same day, they took the complaint as they said. I called today, they told me the case was closed with no follow up nor any detail why. I asked for the customer service associate’s first name for proof of me calling, and she refused saying she didn’t want her name on the complaint. It shows the entire character that this company is going down ever since the founder passed away. Mind you I am a military wife and disabled. Horrible!Texas Roadhouse

Worst Racist Texas Roadhouse ever. I'm the type of person that doesn't think everything is about race, color but today was something else. Couldn't get on the wait list as we were 9, so we all had to all be there in order to be added to the wait list (normal). Everyone was there at 2:30 and supposedly added. A group of people came in after us (white), sit im the lobby with us and got called back. After waiting 40-45 min another group of 9 came in, sit down (white) in the lobby and they got called to be sitted. We had inquire about our status twice and kept being told "we are getting tables ready". We spoke to Laura, she said she was the manager and kept saying the same crap that we already knew about everyone being there and having to be on a wait list yet she couldn't understand we had been there before those 2 partys but she acted oblivious almost as if she couldn't understand English. Funny thing is Texas Roadhouse has had an information leak and my informatiom got stolen in a NJ branch 11/10 at 9:12 PM ET (except that manager was extremely professional and nice). We are defenitely not going to this or any other Texas Roadhouse. Racist mfs. Your headquarters is in KY, you shouldn't leave Racist people controlling your staff. As a customer it was absurd that the one person who is suppose to engage, fix (that's what they get paid to do) engaged in a vile, nasty attitude just because were all hispanics. We were just 2 families who went to eat with kids in a place where it's suppose to welcome families. I had never been to this location but between my information leaking from your website and then getting treated like less than a shoe, that was more than enough.
