  I stopped in Thornton gas station on Fern valley road the new one used my card to purchase a scratch off from the machine. The machine took my $50.00 and I never got my scratch off. Spoke with the cashier was told I needed to speak with the manager the next morning she in turn directed me to call Lottery headquarters. They in turn told me it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money now I get an email saying. Your transaction was successful, and they are unable to issue a refund. Unacceptable I called the lottery to speak with a supervisor and no one is available. they would have to call me back. I asked when this would happen, she didn't know. How can you take my money and not provide me with the product. Rip off!!!! I will never purchase again. Terrible customer service had I rip them off I would have been in jail!! They want your money but what do I get in turn the run around. Bad business they don't care I purchase in good faith to get nothing but a run around.

  Total rip off spent $1000 in past week and barely hit anything. There’s no way that the online lottery is random. I can bet $1 20 times and never hit. Take bet down to $.10 and hit instantly.

  Been playing scratch offs for years now.i usually spent 10 to 20 dollars a day and would win on occasion but here recently within the past couple Years i am lucky just to get my money back.they are more interested in paying off scholarships and the state debt then giving you a chance to win anything worth while.its a waste of money anymore.im done

  I played Payout Peak online game on 09/08/2023, I play this game every day. I played the $5.00 game and the character on the last step of the game took the anchor like rope and put the character at the top for the top winning prize of $45,000. The game showed that I won the money but did not pay me. I checked all day long to see if I had been paid by the Kentucky Lottery, but nothing. So, I called customer service and the gentlemen put in an escalation request for me. He even asked me did I take a screen shot. I told him that I was so excited all I knew was that I won. Where in the guidelines does it say that if you win you are to take a screen shot? I have called, and even asked for the Manager or Supervisor. Today is 09/13/2023 and my funds have not been paid to me. I don't understand the problem with the Kentucky Lottery system, it seems that something might be wrong. After reading these reviews of other players, maybe something is wrong, I don't know. If the system shows that you have won, it's not the players fault if the system made a mistake or something. The winnings should be paid as the game shows.

  Random number generators are a secure, fair and impartial way to draw lottery numbers. We started using RNG’s for some draw games in 2011, and all our draw games went to RG in April 2020. Currently 31 state lotteries in the U.S. use some form of a random number generator for their lottery drawings.
  By using this system, our drawings are done in a much quicker manner with the same levels of security and integrity as before. The random number generators are not connected to any external system and contain no ability to connect to the internet. The device is locked into a full-sized chassis, and tampering is prevented with a bar-coded security bolt that has to be destroyed to be removed. Detailed written procedures require two people to be present at all times in order to access the system, containing a number of checks which must be verified by both individuals before a drawing can be conducted.

  I’ve been playing the instant play games for a couple months now here and there. In my opinion I find them fun and enjoyable weather winning or losing. I’m not playing the lottery to get rich by any means but hopefully get lucky one day. But after a couple weeks of playing I was gifted $10 as a VIP bonus which I thought was cool! So the VIP bonus became a consistent weekly thing. The more I played the bonus bucks went from $10 to $20 which was also a once a week thing. And I was still playing here and there not strictly on the bonus bucks too I might add, but overall still consistently. Well all the sudden my weekly “Bonus Bucks” went back down to $10 which was odd because I was still playing frequently! I’ve won a little bit here and there but obviously not much as what I’ve spent. I’m just curious to what caused my VIP bonus bucks to go down when I’m still playing just as much.

  I was playing multiplier spectacular online and I got the mega bonus and the app glitched on me I got a notification a few minutes later that my account was credited $7 dollars. I won $24 dollars. I have screen shots and screen recorded it . Noone has helped me to get the money I lost. I thought this was a reputable site .

  I have been playing scratch offs for several years. I used to go after work and buy about $200 per week. It use to be where you might win more than you spend maybe 30% of the time. Now it is closer to 10%. Even when you "so called win" basically, spend $5,$10 or whatever per ticket, you basically "win" back what you paid for the ticket 80% of the time. Now your "lucky" if you double your money on a ticket 5% of the time. I just wanted to thank the Ky. Lottery for their extreme greed and for actually being the first company and/or person(s) to put a positi e outlook on that sce ario. " I will never play again". Thanks again for your greed and letti g me vent.

  On 5/10/23 I was playing an Instant Lottery game online which kicked me out of the system, leaving an unfinished game. However, unlike in previous instances, the game could not be played when clicking on the unresolved play nor did the game automatically play. Today is 5/15/23 and the issue remains the same and I am unable to play the game nor use my funds to play other instant games. This comes after multiple customer service contacts including a call back from a supervisor. Since the lottery started jackpot instant games problems have increased with Instant play games. When speaking with the supervisor I was told multiple people were experiencing the same issue and that it was all unresolved. I expressed concern and said the lottery should suspend At least the jackpot instant play games until the issue could be fixed, obviously that did not happen. Those jackpot games are the ONLY reason I play the instant games regularly. Since the issue with this stuck game two jackpots have been won -one being about $120K and the other almost $500K. Meanwhile I and countless other people were not able to play due to the unresolved technical issue with the lottery. There should be some sort of compensation for these players because the lottery created an unfair playing ground. Seems like legal counsel may be something I seek out ESPECIALLY since the issue still remains unresolved. On 5/14/23 I even received an email saying the issue had been fixed and the case closed. However that was not true and I still cannot play due to the stuck game. All customer service people I have spoken to agree this is a ridiculous issue and the supervisor even agreed with me about suspending the jackpot play until it could be fixed. Still, here I am with no answers and a call into Ky Lotto to speak with a supervisor again. I am very unhappy.
