      I bought a ge coil top range in December 2021. It comes with sensors in the middle of the coils to help prevent accidents when cooking. However, unknown to me when I bought it, you need special pans to cook on these coils otherwise the temperature keeps going up and down, does not keep even heat. I called ge and they said this stove will only work with these coils. You cannot replace them with coils without sensors. If I had known this, I would not have bought it.

      I purchased a GE AHP12LZ W1 air conditioner on AUG. 5 2021. One month before the one year warranty ran out it started dripping water into my room. I read the manual . It had been installed at the correct angle. I cleaned it inside and out without removing the unit from the wall. That worked for a week. Then I had to tip the unit back much farther than recommended to stop the drip. GE support sent someone to pick up the ac for warranty service after I had removed it from the wall. Ge told me there was nothing wrong it just needed cleaning and that would cost me just under $80. Cleaning was not covered by warranty. i asked this ac needs to be serviced professionally once a year to maintain? In the past properly installed units in that location lasted me 3-4 years before any problem. Again I was told cleaning not covered. I told them to send it back I would do it myself. When I took delivery of this AC year ago I saw how poorly it was constructed ( half the interior case is made of Styrofoam) I almost sent it back. I sold have but I needed it to badly. Big mistake $360 mistake. I will never buy GE again.

      I purchased a new home in April. 1 week after my washing machine did not work. It took 6 weeks for a oart to finally come in (GE refused to replace ) amd the new part didnt fix. Then it took 10 days after countless calls and emails and calls from my builder for them to replace . New one came in 4 weeks ago and is also defective. GE claims defective part is not uner warranty. I cant believe my ears or emails ive recieved. I want to buy my own machine and get reimbursed. They are horrible in customer satisfaction. How would any human being buy a new home and move in April and now July still not have a washer that works properly or at all ?

      I purchased a fridge, range, hood , microwave , and dishwasher over 5000 for all. Within 6 months a burner went out on my range , took three tries to fix it and then they broke the light on the stove that shows burner is on. My French door fridge makes a weird sound every time you close the freezer plus dispenser drips . Now my dishwasher has quit cleaning and won’t wash out the pod. I’ve tried two different type of pods and still it doesn’t come out and when it does the dishes are not getting clean. It worked fine for almost two years and now it stops. There is just me and my wife and the appliances are not abused at all. I worked in three different appliance stores over eleven years. I remember GE Profile having two year warranty now it has one because HAIER bought GE Appliances . Not to even mention the rust pits on my range lower drawer which has been replaced twice . Please people Don’t waste your money on GE products and go to Bosch or another brand. If I would have remembered HAIER bought GE I would have not bought them. Two year old appliances and I’m spending money for repairs already. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. I’m sure I won’t hear from GE but I feel they owe me a refund .

      Deplorable customer relations. We bought a GE fridge three months ago. The compressor bunt up and they finally got a repair tech out. They are going to braze in a new compressor on a contaminated and damaged brand new unit instead of replace it. Horrible decision and I now will have a rebuilt brand new unit so I can face future problems. So far they are adamant they will nor make it right and appear to really not give a care. There is still time to make this right but my hopes are not up at all.

      I bought all my kitchen appliances from GE. I was very excited to finally have the chance to purchase some more expensive appliances. Unfortunately, the microwave door cracked in less then a year. They did not want fix it because the technician stated it was too close to my stove. When looking at the GE manual, my stove is more than the required distant. After talking to several rude costumer service employees, they finally agreed to order me a new door. It has now been three shipments of doors. First one was broken and the next two are the wrong color. Just got off with costumer service after waiting for 30 minutes. Fingers crossed it will be the correct color and not broken. I will never be buying GE appliances again because of their horrible costumer service.

      We bought a new GE a few months ago. The first thing it did was tear up all my clothes!!! My jacket came out with the arms torn and everything else in knots! So I tried blankets. They also came out torn to shreds. So I called the GE complaint department and she told me I was loading the washer all wrong so "it was my fault" thing got torn. Really? She told me I had to put the clothes in the washer in little balls all the way around the bottom of the washer, so how the hell do I wash a blanket!! In a little ball on one side of the washer? or 4 blankest all in little balls all the way around the washer. IT WON'T HOLD 4 BLANKETS! And you cant fill it als let things soak because after 20 minutes, IT DRAINS ALL THE WATER OUT, WTF? Now, as of today, when I fill it for a load, as soon as it is full of water it goes STRAIGHT TO DRAIN AND SPIN WITHOUT WASHING!! IT BYPASSES WASH!! It is completely skipping the wash cycle. I just did it twice so twice I wasted a full tub of water and it never it never washed. This digital, electronic crap for washers is just that, total crap!! They need to go back to the good old basic mechanical freaken washer!! If you look on Marketplace, people are selling these dam digital washers left and right for nothing because just to get rid of them because THEY ARE ALL FAULTY! GE, you should be ashamed of yourself for putting a washer on the market like this. I know I am ashamed of you and will NEVER buy or recommend a GE washer to anybody again. This washer/dryer set cost me $1600.00. You owe me $1600.00 Thank You, ******* ***** ***** ******* *** ******* ** *****

      I bought GE appliances for my house 5 years ago. All Junk. Buy this crap if you want to keep the repairmen rich
