      Yes, this company practices "predatory lending". I was sent to legal action for missing two payments. I wasn't informed. I had been making regular payments but they wouldn't remove the legal action even though the paper work had just been sent. They had it written down that I was evading the process server when I wasn't even served and was unaware of any one coming to serve me. I continued making payments. I went to the court hearing unaware I could should have made a statement to the court within 20 days. The Debt Attorney they use said he wasn't aware of any payments I made however when I spoke to the branch manager she stating all that paperwork was sent over. It wasn't showing as a status of collection because I was making, regular timely payments. When I had to go to court they closed the account and filed with credit bureau as a collection account... I'm furious. I paid over 700.00 on a 1300.00 loan. I was almost done paying... Now I'm told I owe 1900.00 even after all the money I have paid... And they told me I only paid 500.00.
      Stay away!!!! This company has ruined me! She because I had surgery and needed a little help now I owe even more..
      Read the fine print... Look at the interest rate and interest they want to charge... They are very predatory and do not care about you. Beware!!!!

      If you want to get a loan out from this company, this Loans shark interest accrues What Is the Rule of 78? The Rule of 78 is a method used by some lenders to calculate interest charges on a loan, most of what you pay goes to Interest, Not the principle so you are getting it going and coming
      DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT HERE

      The branch in my town is always closing before 5 o'clock. When I try to call to make a payment before 5 they never answer. Then when they call back they very short. When to tell them information about my account they said they can't input that information in and I would have to contact another department. They do not ask if I would like the number or anything. The whole branch needs a makeover completely. They are very trigger happy on sending cases the court

      This COMPANY is the so AWEFUL , they are taking me to legal court over a $1000 dollar. I was going through a hard times and couldn’t pay a couple of payment. People have situations that come up. I’m from Texas and didn’t realize that’s this company was out of Louisiana and i finally pick up the phone because kept getting a call from this 318 keep coming up but they would never leave a message. This company need to go out of business and be reported to the BBB. I will not reference this business to anyone. Going to legal court is how they making their money. I will have all my receipts when I go to court, This is bill——. This company was rated the worst financial business every, and it was rated right the WORST COMPANY EVER.
      It’s a Matter of time they will go BANKRUPT!!

      Never get a loan. Will never pay it off. Been paying on 2 years and I still owe more than the loan I took out and never missed a payment. At this rate I will pay them back over 20k on a 5k loan. So sad people are kind in the office but buisness is horrible. Taking advantage of people who truly are looking to get out of a hole to just get in a bigger one sucks.
