      It's a shame that customers who give pineywoods sanitation the opportunity to thrive get treated like s****.We pay for services 2x per week an we're only getting pickup for 1x a week.Not to mention the discrimination an tough talk from *************** husband worked for pineywoods so I know exactly what they do an don't do for people of color.I will file everything I can because I'm tired of paying for services that I'm not getting and then get treated like the trash that they aren't taking out. Documentation,videos,Pictures in case it goes to court.They should be tired of lawsuits after that big $731k.Im over it.Run me my money back.

      This is a horrible service..always late or don't show up. They came 1 time in March and that was after numerous calls, emails, etc. They sent me a bill for March and I won't pay it. I didn't receive service so I feel I don't owe it. They are sending me to collections. Their trash container is still here so I will send them a bill for it being on my property . I have to pick a star they don't desire even one...HORRIBLE SERVICE

      Down right the most worthless trash company. They are stealing people's money and not picking up the trash. They are so quick to auto draft but not quick to get the trash. I demand half my money for the half job they do when it's not delayed.

      I started my garbage service with Piney Woods in 2021. At first things went well but after time my garbage would not be picked up on the scheduled day. I would be notified about the delay in service when problems first started but after awhile no one would even call me. I called numerous times after discovering my garbage was not picked up per the scheduled day. I decided to change my garbage service to another company on 3/31/2023 and notified Piney Woods of this decision and that I needed to have them pick up their garbage can. On 3/31/2023 I spoke to **** about this and followed up with an email. I was told at that time the can would be picked up between **** days. That didn't happen. I called again on 4/19/2023 and spoke with *****, who told me the can would be picked up THAT DAY. The can is STILL sitting at the end of my driveway. I called them again on 4/26/2023 and spoke with *******. She couldn't even give me a date when they plan on coming out to pick up my can. Terrible service.

      I can see why this company has a F. Without notice they stopped picking up my trash and I cant get anyone to return my calls........................

      Not even a STAR...I have no other choose than to use them. I wish I had another choice or even a place to take it myself. When the mail is late and the payment is there one day after I receive a late fee. My inbox for my account only holds 20 messages from them. They are all about delayed service. They moved me from Wednesday to Thursday. Now it might come on Friday. The drivers even just drive by the house. I saw them just this morning as I was leaving my house. When it comes to customer service, trash service, communication, or apologizes for their errors this company lacks in every category. I wish there was a way to fine them for lack of service. If you have another choice, go with the other choice.

      The majority of my neighborhood uses this garbage service, so it is not like I am the only one not getting my garbage picked up as the schedule sites. Our scheduled day is Friday, but it can be any day after that or even 2 weeks before it is picked up. I have called many times and do not get an answer. The last time I called, I was told not to worry, the trash would be picked up on the next scheduled day. It was 2 weeks worth of garbage and several neighbors had piles of trash on the ground around ************* and dogs had gotten into them. I know businesses have issues, but this is getting to be very regular. Several of us are changing over to the garbage service that comes like clockwork every Monday morning between 9:10 and 9:30. I will no longer recommend this service to anyone.

      We were on direct draft with this company and they say they attempted to draft our account and were unable to do so for two months. They never mailed a letter or anything. I called my bank and they said they never requested funds for those months. Plus if funds weren't available then we have overdraft protection and it would have gone through regardless. They are assessing late fees for our account. This was not our fault yet they are penalizing us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Have discontinued service with them.

      This is day 5 and our trash, once again, has not been picked up as scheduled or stated on the company's website. I can understand the holiday schedule or being short staffed, however, this is a continual issue with this company - not just for my household, but for all who use their trash pick-up service in my area. I have tried to call this company several times, however, you can NEVER speak to a LIVE person. All you get is a vicious circle of automated scripts. So frustrating! I pay my bill on time every month, in fact, I'm probably paid up for some time... so, they are definitely getting paid as they should, but I am not getting the service that I should.

      They bill you for services they dont do. Last pu was 9/9/22. Dumpster full but still billing. Dont return any messages nor will not answer phone.
