      Live Oak is not a reliable Company. They raised their prices at least twice in the last **************************************************************************************** the last 6 months. They are rude over the phone, if you can get them. Their employees have broken two of my trash clans by the method they use to get the trash out of the cans. This company is a bad Joke and shouldn't be in business. I don't know what to do as they are the only choice for my area. They don't deserve any stars. A big zero!

      I was able to speak with **************** about his concerns. I am in high hopes that I was bale to resolve everything we discussed. He will be able to reach me directly when needed. I am very appreciative of him for allowing me to make this right.

      Wow I cant conceive of so many bad reviews I can call and always get a response, I have with them from the very first. I never have an issue they don't resolve. They are always considerate and do answer their phones. I'm astounded over the remarks on here. They even make sure my can is closed in rain and that its completely empty.

      3 times in a month my garbage not collected. call and they WILL NOT awnser.they say go to website .go to website still WONT REPLY OR PICK UP TRASH.my trash has been there over 8 days this time alone.if a company won't awnser the phone for its customers ,THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

      I have spoken with ************** to go over his concerns. He was very understanding when I explained that Monday and Tuesday routes did not run last week due to inclement weather and that wen would collect trash, plus any extra. He knows that Live Oak does care about their customers and now understands that our call volume has been much higher than normal. I greatly appreciate him for allowing me to make this right.

      If the service failure was related to the ice weather event, where the roads were impassable, we will collect all of the customers garbage (both weeks) on the customers next scheduled service day.

      July of 2022 started service with them. I paid for an entire year upfront, (over $600) They never once picked up my trash, never brought a container. This went on for a month. I had finally had enough of dragging the trash out to the road, only to get home in the evening, and have to bring it back to our house. Another trash service company I contacted after all of this, not only brought a container immediately, the even hauled away the months worth of trash that had left by "Live Oak Waste" in **********, **.Live Oak Waste refunded my money, (MINUS $60) for doing absolutely nothing!Unfortunately I found out the waste company I have been using has sold out to "Live Oak Waste" so I will be seeking another service provider. I refuse to do business with this JOKE of a company.

      I have been with Pineywood sanitation since 2012 up until I started having issues about 4 months ago. They would not pick up my trash and my monthly bill was ****** that I paid on time all the time. I called to cancel the service. A month goes by dumpster still at my house. I call no answer I email nothing finally call again finally talk to someone they tell me they have no record of me having a dumpster. I am like are you for real check your records I have it since 2012 so no help there. I call again several weeks finally get another person she said oh I see you have it no one has picked it up yet. I will get them out there today well guess what I still have the dumpster in my yard to this day! I need help from someone on how I can get this handled. Will not use them ever again and advise anyone to stay away from them!!!!n

      I would give this company zero stars if possible. They NEVER answer their phone at either location, never return a call and sometimes skip picking up our trash. They are awful!

      The absolute worst company . Never picked up my trash on time. Went weeks without them picking it up . I no longer have their services yet the keep billing me. You cant reach them in their phone . Finally got through to them by email and let them know i would not be owing them for services i do not have . They picked up my can in July but keep billing me for august and September! At this point they owe me money !!

I have reviewed our call detail records from ***** - ***** and was unable to retrieve any previous calls from your number on file. A team member reached out on ***** and ***** to advise you that your account was in suspension because of an improper payment entry made online on *****. On both occurrences, we were unable to leave a voice message due to voicemail being full. Your account fell into suspension on ***** and closed on ***** due to non-pay. We then spoke with you on ***** regarding an email you sent. We strive to take great care of our customers and wish we could have connected sooner so that I could have resolved your issue. Please let me know a good date and time to reach out to you so that we can discuss your account in more detail.

      I have asking Live Oak waste to come and pick up their waste bin from my property for over a month now and I am continually ignored. I will be reaching out to ****************** as soon as I find his number. They have missed so many homes that use their service in my neighborhood too. Its ridiculous! Terrible terrible customer service!

      Ever since live oak bought piney woods it has been horrible ! We havent had trash picked up in weeks promised it would be done 8/18 still no show . I called today and want to speak with someone else because all they will tell you is we have emailed supervisor. She refused to give me a name , corporate # or anything says not allowed to do any of that but I can drive to ********** and talk to someone ?! But wont tell me who to talk to ?! Horrible service in office and picking up trash !!! Do not recommend this company at all
