We paid them for both days that we parked there in *********** on 10/14/2023 and 10/15/2023. I cant help that the receipt that printed out from the booth had random numbers that we dont even recognize as a tag number. The correct tag number was entered and we paid. We provided the receipt ticket that printed out once we paid and we submitted our bank transactions for both days that proves we paid. We appealed the ticket violation that we got in the mail and they still want $20 as a courtesy to them. Thats fraud! Fix your machine to print the right information on the ticket receipts. Im not paying you a courtesy for your technical issues. I paid for 4 hour parking for each day and still didnt stay the entire 4 hours so thats extra money you still got out of us! Im willing to take it to court!! *** contacted this company several times by phone and emails and still havent gotten anywhere with this!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I have continued to follow up with this business by phone and email since they responded to the complaint and waited the allotted time they gave me to be sure it was voided. Today, November 20, 2023, is the 5th business day and the citation still isnt voided on the business side of it. I need proof and verification that it has been voided and would like an email confirmation with the proof attached for my personal records.

On October 28. 2023 my wife and I attended a *********************** concert in *******, **. We researched where to park online and how to pay. We used Parkmobile for parking at ***************** which was one of the parking garages with space left. I used a already loaded prepaid gift card to purchase. I got an email that stated to print out a physical paper copy to bring with me. It said there would be an attendant on duty to show the ** code and email. It also stated that the physical piece of paper had to be laying in the dash of the vehicle. So I printed it off at the local hotel and took it with us. Upon arrival at the garage there was NO attendant. IT SAID there would be someone checking. There was no attendant and no gate and no nothing. Everyone in the garage had their papers in their **** with the ** code clearly visible. There were no assigned numbers on the ground or walls for parking. Yesterday on Novemvwe 8, 2023 I recieved a parking ticket invoice from a *********** company called GlideParcs Compliance. The invoice says unpaid parking $25. The Parkmobile app I was made to use was $28. I paid 3 dollars extra. PLUS on the ticket there is a picture of the plate of my car. In BIG letters the ***************** is spelled out. Funny how when I go to look up the website listed on this ticket/invoice it says the state of my car plate is TN not ********. I uploaded proof of my payment, email, ** code, bank statement and the physical paper copy of the proof that was in the **** of my car. I submitted the dispute. I also called them. Funny how on their invoice they now want me to pay $50 more dollars but can't give me a phone number. I had to go hunting for a phone number to contact them. I called and they said it takes 72 hours for them to decide if they will accept my proof for the dispute. They are threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay. REALLY!!! I paid. I have proof. Upon research I found these people have tons of complaints on them.

On 8/13/23 I arrived at the parking lot at 3rd and ***********, ********** (Lot P8670) at about 12:42pm (as shown via GPS). At 12:**** someone from parking enforcement issued a citation as I walked to the sign located at the other end of the parking lot to get instructions on paying for parking, about 5 minutes after we left the vehicle. I've paid every time I've parked in this lot without issue, but this time I was receiving errors for each attempt. I tried calling the number I found to get help, but no one answered. This may have taken about 15 minutes. I walked all the way back to my truck to find the ticket issued. I tried calling again and no answer. I walked back to the sign at the other side of the lot and tried to pay for parking again, and was finally successful ($5 parking fee). I never left the lot as I attempted to pay for parking. Once parking was paid, I left to continue my day. I came back around 6:20pm and followed the directions to dispute the $55 fine issued. I received an email as proof (attached) of my appeal, and never heard from the company again. On 11/7/23 I received a letter stating that it was a third and final notice (after never receiving the first two letters) and threatening to turn the fine over to collections (now $60) and damage my credit. Again, I followed the instructions to appeal, but this time the website stated that no appeal was possible.

I received a parking ticket from GLIDEPARCS demanding payment for $80 for parking in a private lot in downtown ******. I submitted an appeal and provided proof of payment which they denied and sent me pictures of my vehicle in the parking lot. The phone number just *********** have been unable to contact anyone to discuss further. I paid $36 for parking in that lot and was only there for 30 minutes. For me to receive a ticket for an additional $80 is absolutely ridiculous. As a business, people should be able to get in contact either by phone or email and maybe there wouldn't be so many complaints on BBB.

On 10/12/23 my son was visiting an urgent care facility in downtown **********, **. He's a new student at the university there and doesn't know the downtown area that well. We have found that there are a lot of scams there that prey upon the young and ****, this parking lot seems to be one of them. Like any downtown area, parking is scarce. My son would have seen a great big red sign that said "Park Here", right across from the urgent care he was going to. Apparently this was a paid lot, but that great big sign did not say it cost to park there. Neither did the other sign by the other entrance as seen on the ****** Maps street view. I'm still not sure if my son actually parked there since all that parking lot company (Premium Parking) showed was pictures of his car entering one driveway, then out another. I have asked Premium Parking for photo evidence of his car parked in a parking spot, they have not provided it. It is reasonable to say that possibly he did park there for the 1hr & 15min he was at the urgent care. Based on the rates they posted on their website, that should come to $23 for up to 3hrs. I offered to pay this rate to close this case. They have denied my request and are asking $70. The letter (ticket# *******) I received 2 days ago asking for this amount includes threats of damaging his credit and booting his car. Also if he doesn't pay by 12/11 that goes up to $110. What gives a business the right to do that? He is being extorted for money. Based on the way those signs are setup, I truly believe their business model is based on collecting fines not parking fees. I'm still open to paying them the posted rate based on his being in that area, but no more. There was no contract entered that these penalties were accepted. I look forward to see a response to this post.

      Hi *******,

We are sorry to hear that your son did not have a good experience at our P3037 location. We do have signs posted at both entrances, as well as throughout the lot, indicating Paid Public Parking, along with instructions on how to pay. Unfortunately, our records indicate that we did not receive payment for parking associated with his license plate. While we do have a ********* grace ******* we found that he was parked on the lot for 1 hour and 18 minutes, which is why the citation was issued and your appeal was denied.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Per the "Parking Ticket" document I received in the mail, the unpaid parking amount is $20.  Even though no evidence has been provided that my registered vehicle was actually parked there, only still pictures provided that it was driven through the parking lot, maybe more than once, I am willing to pay that amount ($20).  Will you accept that amount and consider this matter closed?

More than doubling the amount owed without first attempting to bill me is extortion and I will not pay it.  I don't care about any further attempts by Premium Parking or any collection agency trying to collect anything more.  If your answer is no, then you have accepted not being paid.

So I'll ask again, will you accept the $20 to consider the matter closed?

      Regards,

On 10/03/2023 I visited the ************* for the first time. I parked in a parking lot in downtown and expected to pay for parking, but the sign directly outside my vehicle stated "weekdays 8am-5pm pay to park" and we parked after 7 pm and did not see any signs suggesting that the original sign was not correct. I later learned that the sign I saw was for the *************, not a private parking lot. I always ensure to pay to park, but I have never parked in a city that had private parking lots. I assumed that the ************* parking sign was correct and went about my day. I came out of my event to a $75 parking ticket. first of all $75 for a parking ticket seemed a little extreme and the address on the ticket being a ********* address also made the situation seem weird. I submitted a complaint with a photo of the ************* sign I saw as any person could understand the confusion with it being right outside my vehicle and this being the first time visiting this city. I was told my appeal decision would be emailed to me in 72 hours and it took almost 2 weeks before I had to contact the company myself. I was told i would hear back in 3 business days and of course because I called I had a decision the next morning when I called at 10 pm the night before. As most appeals are handled they are either approved or denied and you either pay the full amount or nothing at all . My appeal decision was that because it was my first offense they would split the cost with me. After my experience and the complaints I have read I am sure all this company is interested in is making a buck, if this company is even legitimate. I have seen several red flags these last few weeks in this process and cannot even confidently say that had I paid I would have avoided this headache.

On 9/3/23, I parked in the P406 parking lot, walked over to the big dark green kiosk with the 'PAY HERE' sign, paid $25 for parking, and went on with my day. I did not anticipate getting a ticket in the mail because I thought I did nothing wrong, being that I paid for parking - reference the screenshot of the transaction on my bank statement which is attached. I noticed that on this transaction it says 'Badine Lot' so I contacted a representative from this lot and she informed me that the kiosk I paid at was not a premium parking kiosk, therefore my license plate was not in the ********************************************* system, but was in the badine system. It is obvious I was not trying to be in the premium parking lot for free, as I walked over to the kiosk and paid. It was an honest mistake that I paid at the wrong kiosk. I am happy to pay the $25 to premium parking, but $130 is an unnecessary penalty for a simple mistake. What also is extremely frustrating is that the premium parking costs $25 which is the exact same price as what I paid at the Badine kiosk. I got this sorted out with them as well and they refunded me $25 since I did not even park there. Please understand how blindsided I am by this as I fully intended to pay for parking that day. I have paid the $130 ticket to avoid any further penalties, but I would like to be refunded $105 for this simple honest mistake.

My parents tried to park at a lot managed by Premium Parking on 07/13/2023 1:19:00 pm CDT in **********, ****. The pay and display machine on site was broken and my parents do not have access to download apps on a smart phone so they were unable to pay and it is the only accessible parking in the area. They subsequently received a violation notice demanding payment of $10 for parking and $50 service fee. Unable to afford this exorbitant service fee, they sent in a check for $20 to cover the parking and as much of the service fee as possible. The check was cashed by Municipal Parking Services on 10/2. My parents subsequently received a letter telling them that they would be sent to collections and demanded another $70. Very scared and also ashamed, my parents showed me the letter on 10/16. I immediately called customer ********************** as the appeal was no longer available online. The customer ********************** agent, *****************************, was very diligent but was unable to get a response from any supervisors that day. I realized that the letter indicated that the violation would be sent to collections if not paid by 10/17, so I paid the violation online on 10/16 while awaiting further information from Premium Parking. Once the $20 check was cashed on 10/2 that should have constituted payment in full for the violation as a DIY debt settlement. ******* shared my information with a supervisor and accountant who claim that even though the check was mailed to the appropriate address and cashed under Muncipal Parking Services' business name and the violation was adjusted to $40 in the payment portal, they have no record of the payment. I am requesting a refund of the $40 that was paid in good faith during the appeal process to avoid collections and that the $20 be accepted as payment in full for the violation. Given the inability to pay by standard means in person, these violations target the elderly with excessive fees and intimidating letters.

This is a whole foods ***** downtown parking and there is no ticket validation, no parking payment machine or nobody to collect any charge. The gates are open and I believe it is a scam. No parking cost $90. This is an exploration in a such hard economy. I appeal whe I got the bill over a month ago and received the response. I got today another bill now in the amount of $130.Can you please stop contact me and remove this charge? Check your records again? My invoice is *******

      Hi ******,

We reviewed your appeal form for citation # *******. When determining a customers request for a review, we fully investigate each customers complaint. In doing so, we must always follow company policy. Our records show your vehicle parked at P2531 from 3:16pm to 6:29pm for a total of 3 hours and 13 minutes.  However, there are no records of payment or validation for your parking session. Premium Parking manages this privately owned garage, where Whole Foods requires all patrons to pay for parking in advance within 2 hours of entering the parking facility. (It is at the discretion of Whole Foods to validate parking for its vendors.) Per Premium Parking's Terms of Purchase, All parking fees must be paid in advance. Your license plate number is the credential that makes your payment valid. The parking operator or a third-party enforcement vendor checks the license plates on the location. If you... park at this location without paying in advance... you agree that the parking operator or a third-party enforcement vendor may ticket, immobilize, or tow your vehicle.

Signs are posted at the entrance, exit and all throughout the parking facility that says "Pay Before Walking Away" with instructions how to pay for parking, including but not limited to:
Scanning the ** Code on the sign (CameraPay)
Texting the location number to ****** (TextPay)
Using Premium Parking's app or website
Calling Premium Parking's Customer Support at **************

******************************************* uses a gateless system where vehicles are enforced using still cameras that check vehicle license plates for validity. Any vehicle license plate that does not show a record of payment is cited.

The citation is valid as Premium Parking did not receive payment or validation for your parking session. Premium Parking must pay a fee for all citation void requests. Because this was not an oversight on Premium Parking's end, we must balance accountability with grace. As this is your first citation with Premium Parking, we are willing to split the citation fee with you. Therefore, the best we can do is reduce the citation to $50.

This recompense includes the unpaid parking fee rounded to the equivalent rate your vehicle was parked, plus the minimum administrative fee associated with the violation. We understand that mistakes or oversights happen and by reducing your citation to the minimum, we are hoping to provide you with some closure to the situation. Appeal decisions are final.

Please allow 3 business days for the citation to be reduced. After that time, please visit the payment portal below to pay the reduced fee.
