      On 10/04 we parked in the Jax Lot in ***********. We paid for 3 hours of parking! $23.00. The ticket was was purchased at 5:20 p.m. At 6:33 p.m our car was booted. Our car is brand new, with a temporary sticker on the back. When we purchased the parking ticket we pressed the button (new car). We placed the three hour ticket in our front window . At 8:00 p.m. we returned to our car to find it booted. Immobilization # *******. Agent ****** premium parking. We had to pay ****** and a women who own the brewery helps us text the company and get the boot off. I tried call the number listed on the immobilization notice, but no one answered and the message kept repeating itself. Agent ****** didnt even look in our window, he just wrote us a notice that their was no plate number. I have tried and tried to contact this company but everything has been a dead end. Please help!

      My H31**3332363331323232H was paid for from 08/03-08/08. Meanwhile i&#**;ve received a notice for a violation although you can clearly see that i paid for H31**3332363331323232H. My card better not get charged on 10/1 for $156.00 due to your lies. How do you fail at making sure a customer doesn&#**;t get charged incorrectly? The violation dates are for dates that i paid for.m go figure

      On March 26, 2022 I used spot hero to book a parking spot at P151. I was charged $8.85 by spot hero to secure my parking spot. I do have proof of the transaction going through my credit card account. I received the confirmation number of ******** confirming.I later received a citation saying that my license plate wasnt in the app when it clearly let me book the spot. From there I filed an appeal number MPS- 753495.I never heard back from the company I even sent two emails and did not receive anything back from them. Now Im receiving a letter from a collections company from municipal parking services account number ****** SW. credit reference number is ******** debt amount is $130 I already clearly paid for the parking spot and now Im getting a negative judgment on my credit score this needs to be taken off my credit report and marked as paid.

      We parked our car in the parking garage at ************************************************* on 6/28/22 and paid via phone. When we paid, it allowed us to pay without putting in the license plate number, but instead required a car description which we inserted. However, we received a parking violation in the mail, which we appealed via their website (only accessible on the initial response to the notification) by sending in the text confirmation that we received. However, we continue to receive penalty notices as well as late payment penalties. I've tried to contact the company but there are no customer ********************** lines. We received an automated response to the initial appeal via email, but when I reply to that email, I do not receive any response. I have proof from my bank (attached) that I made the payment, but the company has no process in place to receive it. My appeal # is P2308 Appeal# MPS-*******

      As of 9/19/2022 I received over 12 tickets with this company for the past 3 months since 8/22. I'll start from the beginning. I been working at the canopy hotel in downtown ********* for 2 years now and the hotel is connected to one of their garages and I have an employee discount. I always pay for parking for 9 hours, five days out the week, I have it on record as well. Sometimes on my break I would go to the sandlot garage because it's a lot of people and cool activities going on and it's right next to the ocean in the inner harbor. All the premium parking employees always see me in this garage usually around 6pm-7pm because I get an hour break. They never had any issues with me sitting in my vehicle while on break. For some odd reason I just started getting this parking tickets about the end of July about parking thei r and another garage next to it. At least ten of these tickets are also lies saying I was parked there overnight which is a lie because I'm legally married and my wife and I have 2 children and and our own apt., which we lived in for over 10 years. She can also vouch for me the nights they say I was there overnight. I can tell by the angle of the photos attach tickets that it looks like the cameras from the ceilings and somebody might be harassing me also pictures of the front of my truck with me in it and my lights on and I never saw the person taking my pictures as if they are spying. And finally I'm still getting these same type of tickets until today from the same parking lot and always around the same time .

      I paid $33 for parking by scanning the ** code in the lot. I parked right next to that same ** code and I have a receipt that shows I could park from 8/18 thru noon 8/19.My car was towed on 8/19 at 1am. I had to pay $268 to get the car out of the tow yard and called to get reimbursed. They said they showed I paid and to send pics of everything thru the websites refund request.It has been a week and no one will respond to my emails, calls, or messages. The one response I did get said a week later that no one has reviewed the request and they will get back to me.This is unfair and I need that money back. Please help.

      ********* City outsources parking and ************** communications from *********** Municipal. My main issue like others is that you cant call, or email to actually appeal. Instead you just continue to receive mailing with additional fees and a threat to boot and tow (which has happened to some people.) I emailed in June when I received my first notice to appeal and pay the original amount of my parking, $13. I was under the assumption that my parking was paid when I visited the Thames Street lot. I received no response via email. I called when I got the second notice and left a message. Instead I received a third mailing with additional fees. The $13 ticket is now $137. To add insult to injury it was actually mailed out after the pay before date

      Entered a public parking lot. paid parking with Premium Parking app. got a ticket in the mail 2 weeks later for ***** fine + ***** unpaid parking even though we paid.

      I parked at a ************ in the Inner Harbor, ********* **, in a garage managed by Premium Parking.com on July 10, 2022. The garage required internet payment through an application or their website. Their application would not load properly, I was able to use the website to make a payment for the maximum time allowed--cost, ***** for 2 hours. I eventually (but not immediately) received a text message confirming that payment. When the time was about to expire, I received a text with a link to the site where I could extend parking. I entered all the requested information and paid for an additional hour. I never received confirmation of that transaction, and believe that it failed on the back end, with no notice to me. On July 11, Premium sent me a ticket which correctly recorded the time I was in the garage (2hrs 57 minutes) but claimed that I did not pay anything that day, and imposed a fine of ******, with a threat that my car will be booted by someone at some time. I have the evidence that they received payment for two hours, their ticket and fine is wrong. I made a good faith effort to extend the parking time--their website failed to record or alert. Their ticketing and payment systems are clearly out of synch, and they have no right to be imposing penalties above the amount that was not recorded by their system. I am happy to pay whatever they were charging per hour that day. I do not believe I owe a fine of any kind. Their system is blackmail and thievery and they should not be able to impose fines or threaten people in this manner.

      Parked my vehicle at 501 A St. parking garage on July 14, 2022. Using the instructions to pay via text message (pay before walking away), I paid the amount of $30 plus service fee $0.25 for a total of $30.25 for 8 hours of parking. I received confirmation of my paid parking via text message and was given an expiration date and time of my parking space (03:57 PM on 07/14/2022). As I walked up to my car at 3:00 PM, I noticed a paper on my windshield, which was a "Parking Violation" for a total of $105.00 due to "Failure to Pay." The phone number and website for appeals on the citation ticket are non-working/invalid.
