I parked on 11/15/2024 and scanned the ** code, entered my credit card info, etc. and was charged $16.45 on 11/16/2024. Recently I received an invoice for $75 for "unpaid parking" amount of $25 and an "invoice amount" of $50. If I don't pay within 1 month I will owe another $25 for a total of $100 on a $16 parking charge, which was already paid. Inoice number ********.I submitted a complaint for resolution 4 days ago and the automated response said you would respond within 3 days. You did not. I also submitted a BBB against your parent company, Metropolis, that acquired you in 2022 and they closed it as this is apparently a different company.Customer Answer

Attached is the invoice. I don't quite understand why you need an actual picture when I gave you the invoice Id. I also submitted all this information on your website already 4 days ago and you missed your promised response time of 3 days. I also have a receipt showing I did actually pay and enter my credit card information, but I assume you have that information too and should be able to find my payment. I am shocked you are asking me to pay a $75 fee after I paid to park. Shocked. Bewildered. Befuddled. Disappointed.Business Response

On October 30th, at 7:05 am, I proceeded to the ***************************** parking garage (***************************************) to retrieve my car and go to work. My car was not there, and I called Rendered Services and confirmed that it had been towed. I currently rent a parking space and was confused about why it was towed. I paid $22.53 for an **** to take me to my place of employment at **************** (************************************). After work, I went to Rendered Services to retrieve my car and inquired about why my car was towed since I paid for a parking spot. They offered a discounted rate of $145 stating since it was not payment related and my car had been towed in error. I paid the $145 to get my car from the tow company. Upon picking up my car and looking at its entirety, I noticed there was damage to the front passenger of my vehicle, which was not there before it was towed. I completed a claims report and was told to get estimates and bring them back to Rendered Services to settle the cost of the damages. I turned in the estimates along, with pictures, and a detailed claim loss statement on 11/07/2024 with Dispatcher #***. As of todays date, I have attempted to call several times and was told a manager would contact you on the next steps to getting my car repaired. The nature of the dispute is the money that I am financially out of and the damages to my car due to the tow repair. I am requesting a refund from Rendered Services in the amount of:$145.00 (Tow)$22.53 (****)$25.00 (Ride to the tow company)The entire cost of body shop repair is approximately $2,000 Car Rental needed while the car is in the shop $35 per day.Business Response

On November 11, 2024, I parked at the P2705 parking lot at **************************************. Upon arriving, I noticed 3 parking spaces at the front entrance and decided to use the space since I could not allow anyone to park to my right side due to my wheelchair ramp. After a couple of hours, I returned to my van to retrieve my charger and found that my van had been booted. After paying the boot fee and contacting customers, I waited for the agent to arrive to remove the boot. When the agent arrived, I noticed that she appeared to have an attitude, so I started to record the conversation. Once I asked her why I was booted, in a very upsetting tone, she stated that I was booted for 1. improper parking, 2. double parking, and 3. parked in a no parking zone. I first informed her that she did not have to get an attitude about me asking a question and that there were no signs that said no parking. She was so adamant about proving her point that I just moved my vehicle and informed her that I was going to have to contact management. Management never reached out to me.Business Response

When parking at this lot I was confident that my payment for parking had gone through. Almost a month later I received a parking ticket. This was confusing to me as the payment for this parking transaction had already been drafted. Even so, to make sure I did not incur any penalties with the *** I attempted to pay for this ticket online. All of my attempts at entering both the ticket/invoice number and license plate information in order to pay this were rejected, "not found". I'm at a loss and beginning to think that this is a scam. I am an honest person who does not want this on my record, but I refuse to pay an additional charge for a late fee AND a ticket that is not because of any fault of my own. I would like this to either be investigated and given the ability to pay the original ticket online OR please eliminate this incorrect invoice. - ******* ****** Lot P147 ********************************************** ***********, ** "non-permit"?Business Response

I went to downtown ****** on 10/16/24. I was looking for a place to park and I found this spot that said it was free, ********************************************. Apparently it was not. There were a signs on the front of parking spots asking to pay, but those were for Premium parking. I went up the parking garage and there were no signs asking to pay, so I parked there. After being there for 3 hours I left assuming that nothing was going to happen and then received a parking ticket about month later. There are many many people who feel like they've been scammed out of their money, Whether they thought it was free, or got a ticket for being a minute over on time. The whole process on their system to pay has been very confusing to people. For example, I thought it was free. It just goes to show that the signs up in the parking garage are confusing and almost predatory. There also no arm bar or anything to stop people from just leaving, only a predatory camera just waiting for people to leave, almost laughing at you as you leave the parking garage. You're left not knowing that you're going to get a nasty surprise a month later. If I knew it had to pay I wouldn't have parked there. I would've not left a complaint or even gone this far, if they sent a letter saying something along the lines of "Hey you parked in our parking garage and didn't pay, we will fine you if you don't pay the original fee online." Instead they go straight to fining you and asking for way more money than what you should've paid for. Really all I'm asking is to pay for the original fee that I was owed instead of the outrageous fee that they are asking me to pay. Thanks!Customer Answer

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced at our parking facility. We understand your concern regarding this matter. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our services. We are committed to providing a positive parking experience for all our customers. If you look at the images on your invoice, you will note the sign that says "Park and Pay Upon Arrival" at the entrance as you drove in. This would apply to a full parking facility as it was the first sign at the entrance you drove past.
To rectify this situation, we have decided to lower your invoice to the minimum of $15.00. If you ever need help or have any questions, please feel free to contact us at ************.

I received a parking invoice on 11/13/2024 for an alleged violation that occurred on 10/29/2024. I parked in the Whole Foods parking lot located at *********************, as a customer of the store, with the sole purpose of grocery shopping. I was using the parking lot in accordance with its intended purpose. The alleged violation is listed as "non-permit," but Whole Foods customers are not required to have a permit to park in that lot. I park there regularly as a customer for Whole Foods, multiple times a week, and have never paid for parking nor received a violation. This invoice appears to be fraudulent, based on an incorrect violation. Furthermore, it is issued by a private entity, not a governmental authority, and therefore lacks the legal power to enforce parking fines. It seems to be an attempt by a for-profit business to exploit unsuspecting customers of Whole Foods.I request that this invoice be dismissed immediately.Customer Answer

Thank you for contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate you taking the time to file a dispute regarding your recent parking invoice at our Whole Foods location.
We understand from our records that your vehicle was parked for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes, exceeding the 2-hour free parking limit for that location. While we reviewed your appeal carefully, in this instance, the adjusted amount of $28.00 was determined to be appropriate.Additional Dispute Options
However, we recognize that you may not agree with the outcome of the appeal process. The recent Florida legislation, signed into law on July 1st, provides you with the right to request a third-party arbitration for your parking ticket dispute. This process allows you to present your case to a neutral arbitrator who will make a final decision.
How to Request Third-Party Arbitration
If you would like to pursue this option, you can easily initiate the process by visiting the following website *********************************************************; Please use the same email address you used when filing your original dispute.
We value your business and appreciate your understanding.

Date of incident: October 12, 2024 I am disputing this company because I received a letter in the mail on today, 11/13 for a parking invoice. There is no date on the later indicating when this letter was mailed out. The charge schedule says pay by 2024-11-11 with amount $112.10 right underneath it says pay by 2024-12-11 with amount $152.10. Considering I just got this in the mail on 11/13 they always intended on trying to scam me into paying late, if I decided payment was deemed necessary upon receiving. This issue is I do not believe it to be my fault at all. I entered the parking lot and parked in the spaces reserved for ********* Storage. There is a sign that specifically says ***************** with their hours only their customers can park there. It was after their hours. I went to the website to pay for parking in which I was given a message saying payment wasn't required at that time. Thinking nothing further of it I went to my dinner then left promptly afterward. I called this business just before deciding to file a complaint here and they were no help at all and kept over talking me as I was trying to explain the entirety of the situation. This is not fair at all and I was totally prepared to pay for parking has the website indicated it was needed during my time there. The invoice says "Invoices not paid after 60 days will be referred to collections. ******** vehicles are subject to booting/towing." Is that even legal???Business Response

I am filing a complaint for a bogus parking ticket that came in today. I was surprised by the ticket, so looked up my (and my vehicles) wherabouts for the time in question. On Oct 16, I reserved a parking spot at the Premium Parking lot ******************, **. I reserved the spot via the parking app Park Whiz that is a 3rd party company that works with Premium Parking. I reserved the spot for approximately 12 hrs thru the app and entered my truck license plate # which is supposed to allow Premium Parking to check my car for payment. I came out after about 6 hrs of parking and noticed a boot on my truck from ******* Security that enforces my tickets for Premium. When I called Premium to notify them I had paid to reserve the spot they claimed they couldnt find payment and that I needed to take it up with Park Whiz. When I took it up with Park Whiz (and filed a formal Complaint) they said the payment went thru and to take it up with Premium. ******* Security would not budge and made me pay $112.49 out of pocket to remove the boot. Despite filing multiple complaints with both Premium and Park Whiz I am still left with the bill for the boot not being reimbursed.Business Response
