      This service is a huge rip off- taking advantage of low density parking availability in Chicago. I parked in one of there surface lots (uncovered and beat up) for a total of 5.5 hrs and the cost was $40. To make it even more expensive, and worse, my vehicle was towed from the lot at a price tag of $250++. They claim that there was a short lapse in between the initial and extension and therefore decided to tow the car, but refused to share details or computer printout of the time the car was towed. To make matters even worse, I had to contact 7 different people, filling out disputes and forms because they don't have a clue who does what or how to run a parking organization (consumer facing). The tow company they used pulled my car from the front wheels only (it's a AWD car) , destroying the transmission and now it is a rear wheel drive vehicle. No one will claim the damage on this and I will need to take them to small claims court. Stay away from ANY Premium Parking locations throughout the US and if an owner, in using them to manage your facility, they simply don't give a **it. BT

      I was charged 75.00 for going over 3 minutes...however, I was not aware of the time because they did not give parking tickets at this particular lot! Then the marketing manager ******* ***** admitted that the parking instructions were incorrect but refused to remove my ticket! This company is AWFUL!!!!

      We recently used a parking lot that had no payment box, signage much less warnings at the lot. We tried appealing bc this is a scam! Theres always a clearly marked sign, payment box and instructions at the boat ramps IF its a charge to use ramp. We couldve used a FREE ramp very close by had there been any signage clearly marked at the ramp. This is ridiculous. We will be disputing, appealing and reporting this scam.

      Glideparcs enforcement ticketed our vehicles but there was NO signage or payment box in the vicinity of the lot. I appealed both tickets but I just received a denial. Claiming there are signs but we didnt see ANYTHING at the parking lot. No payment box, phone number or warning clearly listed anywhere.

      I tried this service, Premium Parking, in July of 2022 and was instructed to park my car at a hotel about 5 miles from the Kansas City Airport. No problems upon arrival and departure from my parking spot; however, my return flight was delayed and I returned about 1/2 hour after the Premium Parking Service's shuttle (the Sleep Inn hotel to airport shuttle) had closed for the night. I was forced to take an Uber ($25.00 charge) back to my car. I requested a refund from the company for the Uber charge but got no response, not even an apology. I will never use this service again and would like to remind others that there can be quite a difference between price and value.

      It says parking for local businesses. Went into restaurant right in front of where I parked and was charged $55 for parking! Glideparcs said they could not cancel citation! Just a very unpleasant situation and will never return to Kure beach area.

      We were going to stay at the Doubletree in the MD Anderson Cancer Center area for appointments there. The parking attendant suggested that I pay for 5 days, that we could get a refund. Well we left after 2 days and I applied for a refund. It was denied for extremely unclear reasons. This company is making LOTS of money on very sick people with lots of medical bills. They cheat people at every turn and they need to go to prison for it. This is very sophisticated ROBBERY!!!!
