After having 1 of our 2 vehicles broken into, we decided to cancel our stay and requested a refund for prepaid parking. Of course it was denied. Between Friday and Saturday night, 13 vehicles were broken into in this lot. The company has no type of security, including no cameras. We did not expect them to pay for the replacement of the window, but we did expect to be refunded for the unused nights, since our vehicles were not safe in this lot.Horrible customer **********************, no accountability, no concern for customers, and apparently no intention of trying to improve the lot security.Premium Parking Service, LLC

My wife paid for an hour via CameraPay in a Premium Parking lot in downtown ******, **, at $16/hour. She left after 1:20. I received a bill in the mail, $110 for the extra 20 minutes. Asking for something extra would be fine, but that is not reasonable, and this is not a business operating in good faith.Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starWe got a $55 citation for failure to pay and even though we obviously did and have documentation to prove it. Also, you cant get through to anyone on their customer service line; when you press a button that they tell you to press to get through to someone, it tells you its invalid and they hang up on you.Review fromNell T

1 starI parked in their lot and prepaid $33 for 3 hours. I came back and left the lot within those three hours. I got a ticket in the mail saying I owed $91 for the ticket because they showed I didnt pay. I went online and appealed, uploading the stub I still had that showed I paid (they probably didnt think I still had it), and my credit card statement. They emailed me back and said they reviewed it, could not cancel the citation but would reduce it to $15! What an absolute scam!Review fromDeric T

This companies services are incapable of processing a standard extension to the time purchased. Parked in one of their lots in Fells Point, Downtown Baltimore. Extended prior to the expiration of our initial time and again prior to that extension. So we extended our time twice and left prior to the time of the second extension. Apparently, their system won't actually extend your time, although you have actually requested an extension, but instead will only append the time from the time purchased. This is not what an extension to your time means. A few weeks later, received a citation in the mail for the offense of parking 'over grace' which was not true give the extensions purchased and the receipts provided. I am currently appealing, but even if the appeal is in my favor, this is by definition fraudulent activity or corporate malpractice. This is the note that I submitted with my appeal and am including here for the benefit of those that have used this parking establishment and have been targeted by these practices. "When we parked at this location we immediately paid for the three hours. We extended this time well before the end of the three hours which should have extended our time from the time that we initially purchased. We extended the time again prior to the time of expiration of that time, which would have been the 11:52pm time. We departed well before that time. We have three separate purchases against our credit card, so we know that we extended the time as appropriate. It would appear that the way in which you calculate the offense of being 'over grace' is flawed in that your system is incapable of extending time from the point of expiration as opposed to extending it only from the time of purchase. This type of extension is basic parking meter operation. Please review your records and make the appropriate adjustments by rescinding this citation."Premium Parking Service, LLC

Requested a refund. To begin the refund form did not work properly. I incorrectly paid for too much time for parking and immediately tried to correct the mistake. Instead I was overcharged. My request was denied. This is Premium Parking in New Orleans, Louisiana. Will never use Premium Parking again.Premium Parking Service, LLC

PARKED IN THE LOT IN DOWNTOWN MEMPHIS, PAID AT THE MACHINE, PLACED MY RECEIPT FACEUP ON THE DASHBOARD, AND HAD A BOOT ON MY CAR WHEN I RETURNED. THE TEXT YOUR CASE NUMBER DID NOT WORK AT ALL, AND WAS CONFIRMED TO NOT HAVE WORKED BY THE AGENT WHO WAS DISPATCHED OUT. THE AGENT SAID THAT I HAD NOT PAID. I PROMPTLY SHOWED HER MY RECEIPT AND TOLD HER THAT WHEN ENTERING MY TAG NUMBER IT ALLOWED THE FIRST LETTER AND THEN SKIPPED TO THE NEXT PAGE. I WAS NOT CONCERNED BECAUSE IT WAS PRINTING A RECEIPT, WHICH I PLACED IN THE WINDOW WHERE PARKING ATTENDANTS CHECK. I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY DO NOT CHECK THE WINDOW. AS A RESULT, I WAS FORCED TO PAY THE $50 FINE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ASSESSED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND GO THROUGH A REFUND APPEAL. THIS PROCEDURE IS RIDICULOUS GIVEN THE FACT THAT I WAS IN A VERY DANGEROUS PART OF THE CITY AND, ESSENTIALLY, A SITTING DUCK. AGAIN, WITH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I KNOW NOW WHY THERE WERE SO FEW CARS PARKED THERE. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND QUITE DANGEROUS AS A BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WILL NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN.Premium Parking Service, LLC

I visited a Baltimore City restaurant that utilized a Premium Parking owned/operated garage. Upon logging into the app, I read that there was a 90 minute grace period when visiting associated businesses. My partner and I returned to our vehicle 38 minutes beyond the grace period. I received a penalty notice in the mail, which I anticipated as we went beyond the grace period, however the fees included within the penalty notice were a "parking fee" of $25.00, and a citation fee of $60.00. Keep in mind, the normal parking fee assessed for 0-3 hours within that lot was $5.00, so I am unsure as to how the parking fee assessed quintupled. Additionally, a $60.00 citation is extremely unreasonable considering the benign circumstance. After reviewing additional complaints and contacting customer service directly, it is clear that there is no legitimate justification for the amounts fined and this company seeks to make majority profit through citations.Premium Parking Service, LLC

Parked in downtown Bay St. Louis, MS at Premium Parking managed lot. We followed instructions using the QR code we paid for three hours starting at 5:16 PM. We returned less the 2 hours later to find a “citation/violation” sticker on the window that was placed there at 5:36PM. We contacted customer service was unable to resolve the issue. They said “probably a glitch, you’ll have to appeal on/line”. This is akin to “guilty until proven innocent “. I thought only the IRS had this power. With so many options in nearby communities, we will avoid Bay St. Louis businesses.Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starI saw a sign saying "$5 and up" for parking. I was running late and went into the parking garage. I paid for 3 hours-which was a minimum of $15, not $5-and then was given the notice to renew the parking when it was about to expire. I renewed, and then the app glitched and it brought me back to the notification. It said the "internet service not available". How did I get the notification if the internet isn't working? So then I tried again and figured since I had paid, I was good to go. I could pay any remainder upon returning, which is how legitimate parking structures seem to work. I had 2 tickets on my windshield, one stating "vehicle blocking a lane" with no ticket price and the other for "expired permit". That one was $105. I tried the appeal page that is listed on the ticked and it says "this page doesn't exist". Just so everyone knows, in the state of California, private parking cannot enforce collections or boot your car. The ticket is a scare tactic to get you to pay extreme fees. Don't fall for it. I will never use this "company" again. I advise you don't either.
