      We moved into our house October 20 22. Our solar panels have not transmited information to our utility company, no credit has been received on my utility bill. I am now being told the issue is fixed however still no credit has come on our utility bill. This has been on ongoing issue since 10/22. Finally someone came in July but that did not resolve the issue. We have had more visits since, but the issue has not been resolved. contacting this company is a joke. *** been moved around the latest person is telling me she got a promotion and that she doesnt have a supervisor. I told them I am not paying a bill until this is resolved and now theyre telling me that they can only give me a deferment I dont need a deferment I need my my issue resolved. I assumed a panel purchase when I purchased my house, we pay monthly and a year and a half in and no solar relief, no customer service.

      They have responded with a canned response and not actual facts. I have repeatedly attempted to contact someone at their company and I got conflicting information and or completely wrong information. We have been in our house well over 18 months and have seen no benefit from our solar panels, and no one can explain to me why other than there was a problem with transmission. Well now supposedly that problem has been resolved and now Im being told were not going to get a credit from our utility. I have been told several different things by phone by email and no contact information was left for me as a result of this complaint .

      I had to fight with them to get my solar panels working and they are pestering me for overdue bills prior to getting the issue resolved. They replaced an optimizer and one set of panels didn't register. They claim they were producing, but if they were registering on the inverter, that is hard to believe. They sent two people within 10 minutes of each other yesterday to my home to collect $165.00. It only took them four months to resolve the issue. This is a violation of the signed contract and I would just rather they come, get their equipment, repair whatever damage they did/do to ******* and terminate my contract. Worse company I've every dealt with!

      They told me I wouldnt be able to see the solar edge app until I completed the project so they could get paid, after 6 months I finally have the app and realized my $10,000 battery back up has NEVER actually worked. They have came out twice to evaluate the dead battery to discover it was never even hooked up and they hooked it up to discover it doesnt actually work! So now I have been waiting since 10/19/23 for another battery. Im completely blown away with how terrible the communication is and how I was strong armed into completing the project only to find it was never done correct.

      Refilling complaint that was closed due to no communication from the company after the initial call. Original complaint was #******** Yet another phone call where the worker claimed the manager was in a meeting or at lunch like every other call attempted. Original complaint is as follows and still relevant and issues still occurring : Multiple calls to this company about issues with the service they are providing. Every time I call I am told the managers are in a meeting and can not speak but they will call me back. This has been on going for months with multiple issues. First issue started in September and have yet to have any response to. This issue was about the energy assessment they performed which caused my lights to no turn off. I was told they would reimburse the electrican cost and I sent them the invoice and no reimbursement was received. My other issues has to do withtheir sales person misleading my wife and I about the effectiveness of their product and misinformed us about the solar study for our area and the amount we would save. This person manager was supposed to call me back multiple times since November with no actual phone call back. The corporate managers have also neglected to return any calls despite multiple customer service reps saying this would be followed up on this issue also is going back from November with multiple calls placed by me.

No phone call back was made and no update has been provided in almost 2 weeks. Also sales manager never contacted me as requested multiple times. I have zero evidence of any progress by this company or its representatives and will not accept any resolution through this forum until all ongoing issues have been addressed and resolved.

      Spoke with posigen twice once I was told they had to send information out to another department and wait for a response regarding the issues with feasibility. No response on my reimbursement issue and still mo answers to my actual problem due to this being kicked dept to dept. I will be Rejecting all responses until this matter is completely resolved because the last time I closed the case posigen became unresponsive.

       

      posigens response on the 26th has nothing to do with my issue and are making it seem like they have been unable to reach me which is not the case. Posigen called one day after we spoke and the employee on the phone was the same on both cases and he wa unable to recall the matter we spoke about the day prior. I do not expect them to remember the details just highlighting the gaslighting in posigens recent response on this forum

      Once again this response is not about my issues. I was told today I would keep getting calls until I closed this  complaint out or every time inrespond. The calls I am getting the representative has no idea initially that we have spoke numerous times about this issue and when I nention that i get asked for a refresher. I keep getting a run around and being told different depts have to look into this and that or that the enployee nonlonger works there. as stated this has been ongoing since September. One of their reps informed me I was mislead because my area is not good for this product and that it should have been caught during the initial process before installation and it was not. Also inwas mislead on the amount of money thisnwould take off my electric bill. The representative i have been working with stated this is not a shady sales tactic and it must have been a misunderstanding from the sales person or the company and once again said henhad to forward this to their feasibility dept and this was 1 week ago with no update.  while I keep this forum open I will be calling the Louisiana attorney generals office to file a complaint as well unless this is resolved by end of business today.

      ******* had a slow leak AFTER they installed the panels. We had them come out. They caulked something and called it fixed. Meanwhile the leak ruined the plywood and caused more damage. They refuse to repair it and now stated that I would have to pay them $1800 to take the panels off and replace them in order for ME to get the roof repaired. The leak caused mold and ceiling damage in my living room. I repaired that without any help from them. The issue was not fixed when they caulked it so the leak continued. My ceiling is damaged again. We contacted them and they are not willing to help us. I just need ******* and ceiling fixed. There is mold beginning to form on the ceiling.

      Multiple calls to this company about issues with the service they are providing. Every time I call I am told the managers are in a meeting and can not speak but they will call me back. This has been on going for months with multiple issues. First issue started in September and have yet to have any response to. This issue was about the energy assessment they performed which caused my lights to no turn off. I was told they would reimburse the electrican cost and I sent them the invoice and no reimbursement was received. My other issues has to do withtheir sales person misleading my wife and I about the effectiveness of their product and misinformed us about the solar study for our area and the amount we would save. This person manager was supposed to call me back multiple times since November with no actual phone call back. The corporate managers have also neglected to return any calls despite multiple customer service reps saying this would be followed up on this issue also is going back from November with multiple calls placed by me.

      My complaint is that Posigen ************* came out to install solar panels on my new house that was finished in 2019. However, the solar power company didn't come out to install the solar panels until around I believe in or around 2020- 2021. Once the panels were installed and a freak storm hit my area where I live the roof leaked after the panels were installed. I contacted Posigen and the contractor came out and said they did not see any visible damage I asked them why they didn't spray any water on the roof and they said because it wasn't safe fir them to do that but they would apply more sealant around the areas and would reimburse me for the cost to have the sheet rock damage inside repaired. I never was reimbursed for the cost out of pocket which cost me $400 for sheetrock repair. in addition, to the leakage issue there were issues with the panels saving me the money which contractually I am, supposed to save I contacted Posigen again not even a year later in regards to having the same leaking issue and was told someone would come out. Again I had to pay $400 dollars for sheetrock repair, in 2022 I again had water damage spoke with people in regards to the leakage and how there was never a water test done by Posigen I even spoke wot a manger who stated she would come out to my house herself and check for leaks and clean my panels herself. But towards the end of 2023 no one came out and I received a call from Posigen stating they would not be able to come out and would get back with me before the year had ended. So I called them in December and again they said they would get back with me. However, January 8-9, **** a bad weather rain storm came through and again my roof leaked and again damaged my ceiling . I contacted Posigen spoke with ****** who works at Posigen about the issue about my roof damage from the solar panels still to date never being fixed. He transferred me to Gabby.

      In 2020 signed a contract with this company to add solar panels to my house. They sent a sales agent out to my home and sized the system and signed 20 yr contract with the company. Months went by after signing contract did not hear from them. While riding to work one morning I see my agent on highway 90 so it triggered me to call them. They lost my contract so they are going to send another sales agent out to size and sign a new contract. New agent comes out and sizes the solar panel size this time the size is smaller. I questioned the agent about the size he said the other guy did not know what he was doing this is the size I need I will be fine. So I signed the contract and weeks and months go by. Finally we have the panels installed. I come home from work and find trash pieces in my yard after there installation and a used system on my house. Which from the jump I thought this was going to a new system. Called them and they informed me that it is a refurbished unit which looked like it was 20 years old already with a crack Led screen which showed no numbers. Ok no worries after almost 2 yrs of dealing with this I just want it up and running but had to wait on inspection from the city. Next day city inspector calls me and tells me he is going to fail it because it has a hole in side disconnect and it about to fall off the side of the house was not mounted properly. I told him I would fix it could he just please pass it and come out the next day and check he agreed and I had to secure it when I got home. Ok fine finally done. NO come next billing cycle no change to my bill the system is broken. Which I thought from the get go because my wife said he dragged it out the back of his truck. The system is broken and here we go months go by. Finally after months of ****** trying to contact this company the put a new unit on the house. Yeah were done maybe if came save a little money. Wrong get my first bill hardly any difference only saved like 40 dollars which i pay back to them. Well call them up finally they figure out the system is to small for my house. WHAT! I asked you about this upon signing the second contract you told me I would be fine. Talked to a couple sales agent even one that worked in the field and they said they put the wrong system on your house he sized it to small. Talked to so many people do not remember who is who. But I do remember ***** because he is the highest person they will let me talk to when I call. He told me it was my fault they system was sized to small he said I signed the contract. He said If I saved you a dollar our job is done. They did offer to sign another contract and have two *************************************************************** pay them more. Why would I go into another contract after all the trouble they put me throw and get lied to again. Where I am at right now is come remove your junk off my roof and repair it where the holes and shingles your drilled through or give me what I need from the get go at no added cost. There other little things that has happened that I did not list but this pretty much explains this company.

      Nov. 2020 signed a contract/ lease 20 yr. with Posigen Solar to install solar panels on my home. $19.99/mo for 6 months $79.99 thereafter. Panels were installed. 1st months payment was March 2021. Hurricane *** - Had to pay $1800 to have panel removed and replaced - they were quick to take my money on that one. Production of my solar panels was not until May 2022- . $799.00 out of my pocket with no solar production. No compensation. June- 2023 no production again. I have not had any production since then. Called- complained- no one came to my home to inspect the panels until Dec. 2023 without my knowledge- thankfully my son was home- replaced a fuse and I am still not producing any energy. $399.95 extra I paid for my energy bill. I have spoken to several different agents but I am getting nowhere.
