      On or around the beginning of 2023* I believe not sure could've been before 2023 they will know me well!!! I got posigen to install solar panels well did I make a big Mistake!!!! I was lied to they told me I would save on my power bill and blah blah blah all lies do not fall for it I did not save anything and in fact, I was paying extra. I was only I saving because I was under their $8.00 promo that I never paid thank God, I want them to come get their panel off my roof and it will also require them putting me a new roof on. I feel lied to, taken advantage of, and deceived. I feel they owe me a brand new roof; because I would've never Had them damage it by installing their panels if they would have been truthful to me about my potential savings. ******* did not have holes prior to them installing their solar panels so I do not Feel its fair for my roof to be ghetto and silicone and whatever sealant you're going to try to patch the holes with not doing and I am not going for it and if you do not have new roofing panels for my home when you come to get your garbage you will NOT be taking anything from my Property and I will be consulting with an attorney. I also would like extra money Asa settlement for being lied to and deceived if I need to I will gather all my evidence including documents from power company and consult an attorney. I see they're already progressing towards a class action lawsuit.

      This is my second complaint with this company. My previous claim number is ******** . Posigen had come out to fix the issue with the panels causing leaks in my home. *** reached out to them several times and they assure the issue was fixed and it was not, the leak continued . I reached out to my insurance company and they came out and informed me that the company Posigen had placed then removed some brackets causing damage to ******* causing water leak thru the roof. I need them to come fix the issue they caused . They refuse to come and fix it stating that the issue is resolved .

      I started this process over 1year ago and still no solar panels installed. I was told up to 6 months to install PECO did their part now Posigen has to do theirs. Nothing but lies and fake promises!

      I signed up for a roof and solar system August 2 ***** was told it was a 3 to 6 month time-line to finish like they advertise , did not get system installed until August 22 2023 ,over a year from sign up date, and sent pics of panels that are sticking up and other sloppy roof work that needed fixing, was told they would fix it next day, that was 5 weeks ago now without hearing from anyone, call customer service, no call backs, also my system is still not activated, horrible customer service, I have had a piece of cardboard blocking the opening of the meter box outside for months now. I want some answers, nobody returns these complaints!!

      I had solar panels installed in May of this year, and since that time I have had to repeatedly called the company. They are not working. I have seen no results. I have called and requested a technician and no one will return my calls. There are no supervisors to speak to, no technicians to come out, I have been battling with them since panels were installed about making sure that they were properly working. No one will come check them. I have spoken to one supervisor named *****, and she told me a week ago that I would get a phone call from someone else that has never came.

      We had the panels installed in 2014 and turned on in 2015. The company tried to start charging us before the panels were turned on because they stated that their computer showed the panels as functioning. During the installation, the electricians in the attic left before completion because they had to wait until the installers on the roof were complete. They advised us, all they had left was to connect the main wire. They have never come back, but Posigen swears that everything is working properly. With the 2G network issues, we went over a year and a half where Posigen couldn't get readings or communicate with the system but swears that they are working properly because I have credits on my electric bill. However, none of the math makes any sense and even their customer service reps have stated that it does not look like the system is producing what it should. Yet, they still refused to come do something about the system. For the entirety of the time that the panels have been on our house, we have complained that we are not saving any money, in fact we are paying more than before because we have to pay Posigen. Posigen finally agreed to take the panels down and end the agreement with us due to the many issues over the years. However, they send me a form to sign saying that they will fill any holes in the roof, but will not replace any shingles and that we voluntarily surrender the property and in exchange, customer, together with his/her successors, heirs, and assigns, hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge PosiGen, along with all of it's affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability for any and all obligations, claims, demands, and causes of action, past, present, or future, of any nature, known or unknown, arising from or cerning either directly or indirectly, any obvious, apparent, hidden, and/or latent defects related to or stemming from the installation or removal from customer's roof and all liability. Not signing that. This company is horrible!

      I had problems with Posigens equipment faulting and they did work on the problem but took a very long time. I rent a solar system from them. I had 5 months without solar. They differed 2 payments but I still had 3 months that I had to pay and for nothing from them. I don't think it's fair to pay for their service without getting anything from them. The system wasn't working but I had to pay them. I sent emails with copies of my electric bills and got no reply. The system is up and running finally which I'm glad but it doesn't change the fact that I paid months without the benefit of the system.

      My elderly parents have entered a contract with Posigen for solar panels and service. After the initial installation of the panels communications have ceased and the company has failed to keep my parents informed of steps in the process or complete steps in a timely manner. To make matters worse the sole contact given at the company never answers or returns phone calls. This is the second time this has happened. The latest explanation from Posigen is the company is waiting on the electric company to change the meter. *********** conducted an inspection on 22 Aug and received certificate of approval on 31 Aug. However, in speaking with the electric company, National Grid on 14 Sep, they are only at the conditional approval stage and still require additional information from Posigen in order to review and move to the completion stage which will take and additional 10 to 15 days to review upon receipt of required information. Then and only then can they replace the meter. In addition, the electric company also said the meter socket is loose to the house and needs to be replaced as well. At this rate, the solar will not be able to activate until the winter. My parent are disabled and I am a 100% disabled veteran myself trying to sort thru this horrible customer service.At a minimum I would expect the following:1. A responsible person and contact information to reach out to understand timelines, issues, and status.2. Accurate written process timeline and steps.3. Call from same responsible person above to highlight when specific steps are completed and next step and time to complete.4. Proper activation of the android app to also see progress steps and energy savings.5. Explanation of how we will see energy savings every month due to solar.

      Solar panels were installed in December 2022. They still have not connected to the power source ever source has been trying to reach them to do the connection. They are not getting a response. I called several times they said you were going come and finish months ago . I am totally frustrated with the whole situation ever ********************* has been calling me letting me know that Posigen is not responding to there calls.

      panels were installed in october of 2022. was told they were activated in january of 2023. i have called to complain every month multiple times due to panels not producing what i was told. most of the time they dont produce anything. they have been out multiple times to change parts and nothing is working. they refuse to remove the panels and void out the contract for the lease. i continue to get a bill for non productive solar panels.

We performed a savings analysis and verified the solar sell back on your bills on the recorded line. There is a known hike in utility rates/fees that many of our customer may be experiencing. However, we still tried to make things right for you. Our representative offered a goodwill courtesy to extend your existing discounted promotion to show the value in your relationship but you declined the offer. Unfortunately, we can not process a refund for services that the data showcases opposite of your claim. PosiGen encourages you to contact your utility company to review your bill in detail as there are many other fees that influence the price of your bill after the solar sell back is credited. Below is the amount of your electric charges gathered from the bills which are a clear depiction of your solar services having positive impact on your household!
