5 starsAwesome product! I did receive the wrong color, but ************** at Byrna were quick to resolve the issue. Great customer service. Ordered the ** XL and seemed to be very well made. My neighbor who was a police officer and swat team member was impressed with the launcher, which made me feel good about my purchase. 5 starsGreat company! Great products!I bought my launcher a couple years ago, recently had a small issue with the CO2 compartment. I sent it back to them, they fixed it and sent right back to me. They were in contact with me the whole time to tell me what was going on. They even sent me a few extra CO2 cartridges It is refreshing to do business with good people like this.Review fromErwin D.

5 starsByrna is an excellent company!!I had an issue with a defective claps on a black sling bag I ordered, so I decided to contact customer service via email to see what options I had. I expected to hear back that I would have to purchase a new bag. I was wrong, ******************* contacted me within minutes, I was asked to send in a picture which I did and I received a new replacement bag two days later. Now thats excellent customer service!Ive read previous reviews that Byrna has good customer service, its Excellent!!Im definitely a lifelong customer.Review fromGary C

5 starsI sent by 68cal Byrna HD in for a repair, of course the cost is $50. Byrna's customer service repair team was awesome, they received it, repaired it and prepared shipping label all in one day, than emailed me with the findings and what they repaired. I am absolutely amazed at the quality of service.I purchased my Byrna in April 2021. I've not had any problems until a pepper round broke inside and jamed the launcher, and it wasn't Byrna ammo, it was a after market pepper round. Anyway I wanted Byrna owners to know my experience. 5 starsI am very impressed with the product it was delivered only a couple days after I ordered it I ordered it on a Friday and I got it on a Monday as a lifelong gun owner I can highly recommend this as an alternative for self-defense every gun owner should have one of these four situations that does not require deadly force but the use of self-defense every school teacher should have one of these and all police officers should be required to have these as well in addition to their existing equipment I will be ordering more product from them and I am already recommending it to my friends and familyReview fromChuck K.

5 starsFIVE STARS all the way! The package arrived ahead of time and was undamaged. I originally used their CHAT feature to determine the best option for my wife, as she doesn't want to carry a firearm. This turned out to be a great option and a great option for many in our families.My wife and I live in an open carry state and much of our extended family DOES NOT, this is a great option for them. Everything was as they promised it would be and the price wasn't bad either. After signing up for their email we got lots of great offers and we added 2 extra magazines for less than 1/2 the cost of a ONE fire arm magazine of a similar nature. The ammo is cheap and reusable (unless you're getting the powder rounds) which is great for my wife to practice with. We just set up a thick box, **** a target on it and placed an old pillow inside against the back wall of the box. It worked out great. The Byrna hand gun is a great alternative for driving unwanted animals away especially when you hit their nesting area with the powdered rounds, as they don't come back when they can't stand the smell, It's a great deterrent. We live in the country and often see Black Bear and Coyotes. Sometimes snooping around our farm animals... They haven't gotten any yet, but we have been caught off guard by the Coyotes at dusk or night time. Knowing my wife has our 2 dogs and her Byrna gun by her side helps ease her fears and mine. All it takes is a loud noise to drive them away. Now adding in the powered rounds should really get them running and teach them to stop with the easy pickings and **** Rabbit, Raccoons etc.... There are plenty of vermin around for Coyotes. I know you can buy a more lethal gun as I have, but just look at it this way, you now have a non-lethal option to add to your collection. If you're like me or my wife and you don't want to kill if you don't have to this is the way to go! *****Review fromSteve S.

I inadvertently order the wrong package and thought I ordered a carrying case. ******************************* asked her supervisor if one could be sent to me. This made my husbands day. I ordered two Byrna guns in May 2021. The first gun I returned because after inspection I deemed it unreliable. They refunded my money on the first gun. The second gun fired alright the first time used. When I got done there was a CS projectile stuck in the mag and the projectile release lever wasn't functioning. The magazine was therefore inoperable. I sent the gun back to be repaired and when it was returned it was still defective. I then contacted them again and they replied that it was in working condition and the guy that "repaired" the gun tested it and it was in working order I bought this for my mom for protection while I'm gone on deployments. I told them I am a ************* Army Infantryman and I know how weapons are supposed to operate. I wanted a refund but they were unwilling to do so. I just returned from deployment in November and decided to write this so others would know how this company operates.

The Byrna launchers do not operate the same way that a firearm does. The customer was confused by the orange follower in the magazine. The customer thought this meant that this was a CS round stuck in the magazine. The orange follower is what pushes the projectiles into the launcher and is not made to come out. Pressing the magazine release lever will not allow it to come out and this is why the customer thought the magazine release lever was not working. The launcher and magazines were tested thoroughly and passed all of our function tests. We do stand behind our products and will always do everything we can to make sure the customer has a working launcher if there is an issue. We are not able to issue a refund on a perfectly functioning launcher.
