I was charged for a product that the company had not even produced yet. I was sent an e mail suggesting that the product was ready to be shipped. I am not the bank. I cannot afford to pay for a product that was expected to be shipped within 3-5 days. Now they say I wont receive my product till mid March. Is this legal?

Customers who have already ordered LE launchers have begun receiving their shipments. We started shipping LE launchers Mid February as was stated on the LE product page. We are working to have all preordered LE launchers shipped by end of February. We are not taking more orders for the LE launchers until March so we can continue to produce and ship the LE launchers that have already been ordered.Review fromTgunnn

5 starsMy roommate thought he was doing me a favor. He was trying to make the trigger on my SDXL smother. After he go it apart he realized that it's not like a real firearm & then he couldn't put it back together. For $50 & free shipping Byrna fixed my launcher & it was shipped back to me very fast. 5 starsI had several friends purchase these and after my friend who in the police force and very knowledgeable with firearms gave it the thumbs up, I ordered one for myself. This idea of having something that I could use to protect myself and others around me with it being an end game for the other person was intriguing. Ordering the Firearm was simple, picked out some extra items (a hard case that allows the trigger light would be nice to offer BTW) And it shipped right away. Opening the package everything was there and nicely packed. The Firearm felt correct, felt like any other composite firearm. The clip loads very easy, I can see it as a great alternative for someone with arthritis. Getting familiar with it I accidently unloaded the magazine and the balls (sorry don't know what to call them) went everywhere but it quickly made me realize my fears of them opening in my hand was not going to be an issue (I was way too worried about some old reviews I had seen, obviously they have improved this product quite a bit over the years). Firing it didn't disappoint. It doesn't have the distance of a regular firearm but you're pushing a gumball through the air. I definitely don't want to be on the other end of it for sure. Customer service has been amazing and there to answer all my stupid questions.Review fromDavon T

5 starsI am very pleased with their products. I had ordered additional CO2 cartridges as part of my first order as a gift and after running out of the cartridges that came with the Byrna basic box I realized that the additional cartridges were the wrong size. Although the additional cartridge order fell outside of the 14 day return policy they immediately sent out a replacement order. The customer service has been phenomenal and I would recommend the product and company to anyone.Review fromEdward P

5 starsI have been looking at this product for a couple of years now. Today I decided to call customer service to inquire about some questions Ive had about it. I spoke to a woman named *****, and I must say she was very informative and extremely patient with the amount of questions I asked her. Im feeling really good about the customer service ********************** offers, this in turn makes me feel more optimistic that I will be receiving a quality product. 5 starsThese are incredible! We were so impressed with the 1st Byrna that we purchased a second one. We recently had one of the magazines break, and Byrna issued an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) the same day that we reached out to them. They sent a pre-paid shipping label, and in the same week, sent replacement (not one...but TWO) magazines out to us with a tracking number. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is so hard to find these days!Thanks so much, Byrna, for running a sustainable and customer centric company! 5 starsLove the customer ****************** I get from **********************!! ************************* is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! He has helped me over a dozen times with silly & not so silly questions I have had about the products Byrna sells. He is so professional and attentive to what I need. Byrna itself is an AWESOME company that I'm beyond happy I found through my BFF!! Can't say enough about the *************** products!! Glad they finally opened a shooting range in *********. The next time I'm there I will definitely be going to see their new facility!
